I was having trouble with my mask fit and was not getting the full benefit of therapy. Jackie called me and ask me to come in. She adjusted my mask and gave me some instru tion and I am doing better. If you have trouble with sleep Apnea and using a new mask or machine, see Jackie an extremely nice lady who will work with you.Thank you.

Doug Newman was amazing at delivering and setting up all the equipment for my father in law. He made sure he taught us the proper way to switch tanks and clean the hoses. He was telling silly jokes and making us laugh. Thank you so much Doug and Dasco!!

Sylvia Brandel was outstanding. We had to transfer our mom to an assisted living facility with memory care. We had to get several items. Having not gone through this before did not realize that moms insurance might pay for what we needed. Sylvia took care of that for us. She got everything for us quickly, I even forgot an item we needed the day we were moving mom and Sylvia got it for us. I would recommend DASCO to anyone. Thank you Sylvia. Pam Adkins

Bryan was the one who set up my oxygen when I came home from the hospital. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. On Sunday we had a issue with the machine. He was very quick to respond and get the problem fixed.

The staff at dasco in wimington ohio were so friendly and very helpful. I needed a transport chair for my mother. They were able to provide me with one and delivered it to her home. The delivery driver Doug Newman was very nice and he made sure I knew how to fold the chair for transport . Very nice people. Thank you

I tried to order supplies online since the actual location doesn’t carry any stock since the buyout.it said it received my order but nothing ever showed up. i’m trying again since several reviews i’ve heard and read report terrible customer service if you can even get a human.it will be interesting to see what shows up, if anything at all.* update…i heard from the company within hours of posting the review. tammy was friendly & helpful & got my issues resolved in less than 5 minutes with my supplies being shipped the same day.if they show up within a week-ish as promised, they’ll get the fifth star. thanks!!*update pt 2…it arrived on time.

Since Dasco took over I can never get ahold of them locally. They charged me $14.60 for a maintenance call from back in December. I called and talked to someone that couldnt speak very good english and I asked her to transfer me to the Wilmington office. The person she transferred me to wasnt at the Wilmington office. I asked her why I had to pay a maintenance fee when I never had to before. She put me on hold for five minutes then she came back and told me I would have to wait on a call from corporate which could take up to a month. It was never like this in the past. I just wanted to know why I had to pay that but still have no answer.

I have been a patient with Littleton Home Care in Wilmington, Ohio for quite some time. So far and unfortunately, DASCO’s acquisition has not created a very good customer experience for me. First, they have taken the ability to directly speak to a live person at your local store. This is very frustrating especially since patients have created a good rapport with their local staff. Second, my experience with DASCO’s customer service has been less than impressive. I feel as though they could care less if a patient remains with their company or not. This is not how the local owners ran their business. They were all about excellent customer service. Here is my customer service COMPLAINT: I was due for a new mask. As a result of the takeover of Littleton Home Care in Wilmington I quickly found out they did not carry my ResMed F30 mask and was told there was no way to get access to it. I was forced to go to the Wilmington location for a mask fit and the closest mask in design was the Respironics DreamWear which was sent to me. My first night of use, I could not wear it no longer than 3 1/2 hours due to leaks and being very noisy. I was told I could get a ResMed F20 mask since the DreamWear mask did not fit well at all. There has always been a 30 day exchange in masks should there be an issue with the mask change. ResMed still honors this exchange at no cost to the company (DASCO) as long it is within 30 days. I cannot help the fact that DASCO, as a company, does not carry the mask (ResMed F30) I have used for over 2 years and that I had to switch to a mask that did not work at all for me. I will make this very clear - I will NOT pay a dime of my out of pocket because of this. May I also include that I have been a respiratory therapist for 25 years and I have never heard of any DME having such terrible customer service relations and not meeting the needs of the patient. I would appreciate any follow up from the company. We will see. ***UPDATE 10/20/2020: I found out yesterday from a DASCO representative that DASCO denied my request to replace the Respironics DreamWear mask I had so much trouble with. Again, it is not my problem that as a company they do not carry my ResMed F30 mask and they I had to switch masks in the first place. If they carried the F30 mask this post would not be necessary. I guess they expect me to pay for a mask I can’t even wear comfortably and get a good night’s sleep. Not a chance. It is a sad day when you have to switch companies for the sake of poor customer service and going above and beyond goes to the wayside to be sure customers are happy so they return and maybe recruit new customers for them. This is just ridiculous! This is what happens when your local stores cave and sell to larger companies who could care less about their customers. I live 60+ miles from their corporate offices in Westerville. Former Littleton owners would not have been able to take a bad customer review. When you cross paths with your customers at the local grocery store, restaurant or maybe in church there is a little more accountability as a business owner.
