Customer service was great! The gentleman that helped me was fast, efficient and friendly. For that I give 5 stars. I felt it was overpriced. 8.99 to have my fragile item bubble wrapped & fragile stickers placed on the box. It cost me more to ship it than the gift cost. UPS doesnt charge to package the item being shipped. Ill go back to UPS.

I am a first-time FedEx user and small business owner. I called this store for help and couldnt be more grateful to have spoken with Jesse Coleman. He was very patient and helped me understand all of my options, including how to purchase a label online and still use my own packaging. As a result, Im sure Ill be using Fedex more often.In contrast, I initially called the Oleander store and was told they were a drop-off location and was immediately transferred to the FedEx 1-800 number instead of getting the help I needed.Very happy I called the Monkey Junction store and was able to speak with someone so informed and helpful. Very friendly staff and quick service, I like to go and drop off my packages without a problem or big line. They have boxes for everything there. Highly recommend.
