Its a storage place. However, Jay, the manager there, is wonderful! Hes been helpful to me every time Ive needed anything. So would definitely recommend it if you need a storage unit!

Jay was polite & accommodating. I showed up at 6 just as he was closing and I told him I needed a storage unit in the morning before 11 to move out of my hotel. He said he would call me at 8:30 and make arrangements for me to meet him to do paperwork and pay him so I could get my storage unit. I was very pleased with Jay and his willingness to help me out! Love this business!

I had to upgrade to a larger storage unit today, and my girl Michelle Otero hooked us up. The process was quick and painless. I love,love,love Michelle. Thanks girl!! 😊❤️

We utilize this facility to keep back up equipment and supplies for our store and I must say that I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and appearance since the beginning. Top to bottom on point. The interior corridors are always spotless, the grounds are kept very tidy and always secured, and management is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking at storage options. Great place and great value!

Jay and Michelle are awesome!! I booked at the one further down Market Street by mistake not realizing there was more than one on the same road. They got my account transferred to the correct one and waived the first month for me!! Definitely call Jay if you need storage!!

If your considering a rental from this establishment, I would strongly advice against it during this pandemic or any other time for that matter. I had surgery and after 5 days of nonpayment they denied me access to my belongings as I received an email advising that after 14 days I would be denied access so I went 2 days after I received the letter to make payment and get some of my property and my unit was already overclocked and my code was deleted from the system and was not allowed to get inside to even look at my property until I made a payment and the manager(shes actually the one sent me the email) just pretended like the email with GO STORE IT letterhead meant absolutely nothing. and printed me out an invoice for December and January Im assuming she thought it was going to pay for a month that hadnt even arrived. So after 5 days they will steal your property, so hope and pray life doesnt get in the way because your belongings will be stolen from you and the emails are false. So I paid the ransom for my property that I assumed would be safe since they charge a mandatory upcharge to protect them. There is also no corporate number or office location for the Go Store It Corporation so if you have a normal life and you would like to keep yourproperty yours do not rent a unit from this place!Obviously you didnt look into the situation at all!The ransom was paid, I have two contracts I guess whichever works better for you guys!

When I decided to move to Colorado I knew it wouldnt be a permanent move so I needed somewhere safe to store my...everything really. A good friend referred me to A Extra Attic Self Storage and for the past 3 years theyve been storing my things for a great price and each interaction with Mike is extremely pleasant! Theres some places you dread calling to make payments but Mike always asks me how things are going and is the friendliest and most honest manager of any storage facility Ive ever used. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any and every person in Wilmington that needs a storage unit. I have 0 complaints.

I work at a neighboring self storage facility and when we are completely full, which has been the past 28 weeks and we dont have anything open at our second location on Market St. we refer customers to Mike at ExtraAttic Self Storage. He is always so courteous and helpful. Their rates are very competitive and he is very knowledgeable about storage.

We just moved to Wilmington and needed a place to store our furniture while we looked for an apartment. They prorated the first month and gave us our first full month free. We had to evacuate because of the hurricane. I was worried what condition our unit would be in with everything I saw on the news.When we came back our unit was bone dry, no flooding. The building didnt look at all fazed by the hurricane.From the start to the finish it was easy to go in setup with the machine and empty our unit.If you forget to bring your own lock, they have a vending machine in the front that sells them too!

Moving to Wilmington NC from Chicago and found this storage facility. Clean and well maintained. Exceptional service from Mike. Couldnt be happier in my experience. Will probably end up storing my Datsun 280z here too!

Cheapest storage around. Mike is a great guy. Always full, so you have to keep an eye out for an open unit.
