I asked for 3 UPS Express envelopes (which UPS provides in their drop boxes for free and I’ve gotten from every other UPS Store I’ve ever been to - for free) and the customer service rep said “we can’t give those out here”. I asked for the envelopes because I need them to drop shipments off at UPS Drop Boxes.Was in two weeks prior and different rep was rude as I was dropping off a prepaid package.I would avoid and go to another UPS Store in the area, you can see the other stores have a better rating.Update: recently went to the UPS Store located nearby at 4403 Oleander Drive - staff were very nice and cordial. I asked for a few (3) express envelopes and they gladly gave them to me and offered shipping pouches and anything else I needed. Will only go to this store moving forward and suggest anyone else reading this do the same.
Came here to ship out some products and it was very easy. I will be coming here more frequently to make drop offs.
Terrible experience! Showed up to ship 2 packages, both with labels but 1 was still in my email. I have been to a different stores, as recently as last week, and every time they just give me the email address of the store and print it off for me. The guy who was running this store told me it would be $3.00 to print 1 piece of paper. He was rude about the whole thing. I really dont care about the $3.00, it was more the inconsistency of the situation. UPS should have a policy, that they mandate every store, franchise or not, is required to follow. Next time, will drive another few miles to a much better store.
Extremely rude to me . I literally had Amazon ship me something (never even opened it ) . Ended up returning it and brought it there . The kid at the counter told me he wouldnt ship that and he would have to make a custom box which was $50. I laughed and told him it’s an amazon return and this is how it arrived . He said not from UPS, we would never ship a destroyed box(box is not destroyed) . I walked out and went to a new ups store that gladly took the shipment . Avoid this place, they will try and force you to use their custom box service to charge you . I’ll never be back to this place, ever. This kids customer service skills were horrible and he talked down to me .
Rude people work here. I tried to ship a few small items a friend left in my car while visiting. I needed a box. The young guy behind the counter tried to turn that into a $17 expense with additional shipping materials, wrapping, and packing, etc. When I told him I was just interested in the box I was told, I guess you dont care about your friends stuff. I left and went to USPS and shipped the item for less. I wont be going back.
Mason, a customer service rep was one the rudest and most condescending agents I have ever worked with in my life. Normally this store has great service not sure if he is new or not. He should definitely not be in a customer service role.
I made an appointment on line to have my will and accompanying documents notarized with 2 witnesses provided by them. Got there to be told they don’t do wills and DO NOT supply witnesses. I need to bring my own.The website tells you one thing and the store another.Double check before you go.😤
I was very disappointed. They said online that they were open till 630. I got there at 620 and the worker said they were closing early amd could not help me. I will never use this store again. The worker was too lazy to turn the register back on to help. Keep in mind the door was open and open sign was on.

Be very careful using this store. I had to ship something and said it was in no rush and I wanted to use the cheapest method possible. After looking at my receipt, I see an additional $10 charge for service options. Im not sure what it is, but I was never asked about any other services or insurance. Will probably opt for USPS or FedEx from now on, unfortunately.
Don’t leave any returns there. They won’t scan or give a receipt and they have lost 2 of my packages and have really nothing to say about it.
This ups store is amazing. I always go here for all my packing and shipping needs. I sometimes send packages overseas and they always make it as simple and cheap as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for shipping to China. They also helped me a lot recently by scanning documents for me. Everyone who works here is very friendly and nice. I really appreciate this business. They can do almost any office work you need all in one place.
Be wary of dropping items off here to be shipped. I dropped off a RECLINER that somehow disappeared. A 100 pound recliner in two separate boxes, and it was never scanned and never left the store via UPS truck. An item that I now have to pay for because I can’t prove I returned it. Be sure to get a receipt, even if you’re just dropping off.
This UPS store did an amazing job helping me out with my packages. The pricing is very fair and affordable. They always dropped off my packages the day the tracking says. Inside the store the employees were very professional and helped me with all of my needs. I recommend this store to anybody who wants to ship things out or needs any other mail related services
This UPS Store has managed my mail and packages for over 7 yrs. They have never let me down. I travel for business and it is great to know that my mail is handled with care and professionalism, and is always just a phone call away from having it forwarded to me. I trust them very much and they have never let me down. It is also very nice to hear a friendly voice when they answer the phone. I highly recommend their services.
The UPS Store is spectacular. The young Indian Manager/Owner is very smart and efficient. I was in the store quite a few times during the holidays with the line out the door he took care of everyone with such grace. His associates are always welcoming and polite. Pricing at this store is very fair, they NEVER charge for taping unlike other stores for prepaid packages. I would rather pay a few dollars more at The UPS Store then post office who half can take over a month to deliver mail or package. Thank you UPS Store staff for all your hard work.
Always polite and good service, but multiple times have not been open at 8:30 as advertised when I have tried to go before work.

The staff is friendly, courteous, efficient and accommodating. My wife and I along with the business choose to use this particular UPS Store for our daily mail and package needs. We know our packages are safe and secure. Any packages requiring a signature its taken care of. We travel frequently and without notice, they hold our mail. When requested the mail is forwarded to us while traveling.
Great store, great staff, friendly service. Whenever I have to drop off an amazon return this is the first place I go. I always prefer this store to the others in town given that they always seem happy to help me.No matter what it is, copies, faxing, or shipping these guys do it all. They are fair and always do their best for customers. Ive had to wait in line a few times, (5 minutes max) but they always treat every customer with the utmost respect and professionalism.
I got something notarized here and I thought it was going to be an ordeal but it took 2 minutes and I barely had to talk
$5 to print 2 pieces of paper... Now I see why they are never busy.
This UPS Store is amazing!! Its my one stop shop for all my business needs. Its very convenient and has great hours. The staff is very kind and helpful they are very well trained. One of the best things about this store is that they always have a notary on staff, makes finishing business deals so much easier for me. I can always count on them.
This UPS Store is the best store in town. The owner and associates at this store are very friendly and sweet they are very down to earth. Every time I am in the store I feel very happy they understand my business. They do their very best to help solve my problems no matter what.
Had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store today. The employees were very helpful and the service was great, and fairly priced. They always do their best to help with anything they can. They can even do some odd stuff you wouldnt think like pickup your package from a motel, a service I recently used.
The UPS Store is always my favorite place for printing. The guys there really know what they’re doing and the prints are always high quality. Recently my wife and I needed to scan a bunch of documents and this was the perfect place as well. Again the sales associates were experts and knew exactly what they were doing to help us get it done as quickly as possible.
Nicholas saved my life! After going back and forth on the internet and talking to two different (poorly) trained customer care reps that were clearly outsourced, I was pointed in the right direction. They found my packages and were able to rectify the problem in minutes.Tip for UPS: When you direct your customers online to the website to find information IN THEIR COUNTRY, they should be directed to a live agent WITHIN THEIR COUNTRY that is trained and can understand what is being requested. Not to transfer them to someone where a language barrier is clearly present and provide incorrect yet different information.
The manager of this store provided exceptional service when I was in a bind. I was nervous about sending a set of documents, as I was working on a deadline, and he stayed past closing to ensure all of my questions were answered and that the documents would arrive on time. His kindness and patience went above and beyond my expectations.
Great staff, always friendly and helpful. I go here weekly and will not go anywhere else due to the high level of service I receive. Highly recommend for all shipping needs as well as offering many other service options.

I needed to ship a package under a UPS account number, and they wont do it!!! I drove extra far to come to a UPS store just for that reason, what a waste of time!
I dont usually use UPS stores because I feel like they are very overpriced. This store definitely confirmed that. I decided to try this store because of location and convenience. I needed to overnight a package and this store wanted to charge me $115. I told them no thanks, that I would take it to the post office where it would be less expensive. The person working there tried to convince me that the post office would charge me just as much. Needless to say, the post office only charged me $46. It was out of my way, but definitely worth the price difference. These guys are ripping people off.
I have been to this UPS store a few times to ship a few items or to return a few items. Honestly, this particular UPS store is probably the most expensive UPS store that I have ever dealt with. On two occasions i dropped off a package and received a price of more than $100 to ship the item. I took the same package to another UPS store on the other side of town and they charged me $65.00 to ship the exact same package.On another occasion I brought a package to the store and was told it would be $75 to ship the package. I brought the exact same package to my local USPS and they ended up charging me $45 to ship the exact same package.As far as picking up shipping supplies their prices are in general 10-30% more costly than at any other store that carries the same supplies like either Staples, Walmart or the Fedex Store. I honestly do not know why I keep going back to this store, but this last trip will probably be my last.Oh by the way, the customer service is not great either. A smile and a thank you for your business would be nice every once in a while.

Nobody in sight when I walked in, waited for acknowledgement then was charged almost $7 for a plastic bag really that is a rip off and thetguy had 0% customer service skills I will not take my business here ever again. The only reason I used them anyway is because its the provider for where I ordered and had to ship back.
I had trouble with a package for two weeks. I called corporate several times without any luck. The owner at my local store helped me to fix what corporate couldnt. They were a lifesaver getting something very important to its final destination.

They listed themselves as a notary, but when I arrived the notary was out of town for a week. So extraordinarily unprofessional. If your notary goes on vacation you need to hire a temporary notary and not waste your customers time.

Customer service zero. I was there to drop off a few packages. The attitude I got from the manager or who ever he was as if I was asking for his life. I dont understand if you didnt have day at home dont displace it on us. Just a smile and kind words like thank you, plz, have a good day.... is the best way to move forward.

Horrific customer service. Employee got an attitude because I would sign a blank return receipt. If what Im returning isnt listed, Im not signing. Ended up ripping papers out of my hand and refusing to complete transaction. Refused to give me franchise owners name. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!

$17.99 for a small box not including shipping. I asked if this were a mistake and he said, I will give you a little extra bubble wrap. Shipping was already paid for so I went to ACE Hardware and bought a box for $1.99.
