My husband and I usually order online and ship it or pick it up. Today we were in serious need of USB-C chargers, so I sent him in the store. He comes out feeling uncomfortable because of being followed by a pregnant female with red hair. He only grabbed chargers and checked out, he went by the PS5 accessories but he didnt like being tracked. Stereotyping makes your customers feel uncomfortable and they wont buy more. Relax Please. Best buy had what we needed so thanks, will continue to ship it or pick up moving forward.

Pretty logically laid out and mostly well-stocked. Fair prices and great offers. Only thing I didn’t like, was I didn’t notice where the carts were when I walked in and just assumed they didn’t have any until an employee showed me where they were. But that’s on me for not looking more thoroughly. A cart return would be nice though

People are nice BUT ..... I purchased a back-up cell phone (Motorola G Play 2021) because I had to send my main phone off for repairs. They dont carry the screen protectors or cases for the cheaper phones. Only the 1,000 phones. That came from 2 employees. They told me to get it from Amazon. Really???

They need more salespeople on the floor, it took me a while to find help and I didnt like that experience, the person that did help me was beyond helpful and courteous.
Not happy with the clerk. I asked to see a specific TV. He gave me a dozen reasons why I didnt want the TV I specifically asked about. If I had not driven 45 minutes I would have walked out.
When to get a phone, be unlocked phones are cheaper at Walmart but man they got a lot of stuff. Refrigerators with washers and dryers, TVs as big as a wall. Check it out soon.
We purchased a Netgear router. Worked fine for almost a month. Took it to best buy and they said they couldnt do anything because they only have a 15 day return policy. Almost like they know items are going to have issues after that. Most places allow at least 30 days.The woman just said thats our policy.All we heard was....if you want us to stand behind our items youll have to give us more money for the extended warranty, otherwise too bad. Youre lucky we give you 15 days. Of course, Netgear requires you to return items back to who you purchased them from. We spent 3 hours on the phone with them and we wouldnt recommend them either. We no longer shop at Best Buy. They were not professional and they obviously have no respect for their customers.Of course we still have to continue making payments on that equipment. Which is more salt in the wound until its paid off.

My husband and I ordered a fridge 8 days ago (8-24-21) and was told yestersay (8-31-21) that it would be there for pick up on 8-31-21. We came in today 9-1-2021 at 3:00 PM and he was told it isnt coming in until the 8-7-21!!! Very frustrating considering were over the road truck drivers and leave back out on the 7th! In result on this ridiculous delay YET AGAIN, hes going to have to stay at home an extra day JUST SO HE CAN GO GET HIS FRIDGE HE PAID FOR. We sure do pray to God its there when we go on the 7th....
I went in the other day looking for a networking solution for my home and was assisted by an employee by the name of Alexis. She talked through the issues that I was having (specifically devices that kept going offline throughout the day) and offered a solution as well as guaranteeing me that if I was not satisfied I had 15 days to return the product. She was spot on with her recommendation and my issues have completely resolved. I really appreciated the help and information she provided.
No custome service, noone tried to help. No inventory 3x going to find what Im looking. This is 3 times its been this way looking different items. Tried to call but recording says not taking phone calls at any location only order calls. Needed assistance but none available last 5times Ive went in there after waiting for over 30 minutes so again just left.

The store stock is okay. Do your research ahead of time. Staff is not tech experts on products, they are simply there to direct you to a product then to a register. They have no issues selling open box products under inaccurate information then not standing behind what there staff may have told you. Be sure to know what you are getting ahead of time because they will tell you what you want to hear just to process a sale. The GM of the store is a young arrogant person, that honestly needs to work more years on the sales floor. Don’t assume the management will correct any mistake that there staff has made no matter how big or small the issue.

The associate named Mauricco spent most of his time with one customer when it was several customers waited to be helped. I was not acknowledged nor helped in finding my laptop. It took 45 mins for 1 item that should have been maybe 10-20 mins top. I will never spend my $$ there again.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to assist us with the smart watches. This is after asking two different people for help and no one ever came. Werent many customers either. We saw more employees than customers.
I have never had anyone in my family treated the way my daughter and my grandson was treated tonight. I ordered something he wanted online to be picked up curbside. They waited n nobody came out. Soy daughter took my grandson in the store walked up and told the lady that they had been waiting outside for curbside and she commenced to start screaming at my daughter with my grandson standing there. Yes he is 20 but he is artistically challenged and it upset him. He thought it was all his fault. So my daughter walked out. Only reason I give them 3 stars a nice gentlemen working followed em out said how sry he was and took care of my grandson order. We do curbside to stay safe. Then you are going to get an attitude and tell at my family no I dont think so.
Friendly staff, needed some ink for my printer the associate went and checked in the back for the bigger ink cartridge. They had it and it took less than 10 minutes.

Bestbuy in Wilson ruined my new years weekend I am sitting in their parking lot right now there web site says in store shopping and curbside pickup just like it did when I left Goldsboro 45minutes ago ....got here and they tell me I cannot make my exchange its curbside pickup only.....I had alot of personal stuff I sacrificed to make this drive and now due to false advertising and or bad business I am in a rut now.....iwish I could sue for stress cause Id be a trillionaire screw this place

Where to start... The staff is almost completely worthless. They dont know anything about the products theyre selling, the store is hardly organized, but the lack of effort from the employees takes the cake on this 1 star rating. I was looking at a $1,400 laptop for over 30 minutes and the guy working in electronics just kept playing on his phone. I finally asked for assistance and he told me he would be right with me. Well, two guys came into the isle next to me *mind you Ive been here 30min and they just entered the store* and the associate immediately walked up to them and assisted them for roughly 15min. By the time he was done, he looked at me and then walked off like we had no prior interaction. Pathetic.

I bought a computer from Best Buy shipped to home. Their carrier delivered to the wrong house so it was refused by that homeowner.Instead of rerouting his delivery to the correct address the carrier returned the item to Best Buy and tagged it with delivery refused 🤬!The purchase was a Christmas gift that will not be delivered. Not only will it not be delivered but since I used my Best Buy credit card it takes a full billing cycle before the credit hits my account and I will not be able to repurchase until those funds clear, because the purchase was for the amount of my credit line.Thanks so much for ruining Christmas Best Buy!Best Buy argues that this is a carrier issue, and my argument is that is the carrier they choose to use.I understand that this isnt a direct mistake from Best Buy but that isnt my problem! I purchased goods from Best Buy for Christmas and this is a big problem for me since I wont be able to give my kid his Christmas gift on Christmas nor will I have my credit line opened back up before Christmas is a Best Buy problem and not a me problem!

Was there to pick up order. The message said 5-10 minutes. We waited 24 minutes no one came. I had my husband go in to pick up and all the help, clerks etc. Standing around doing nothing. Why have curbside pickup if youre not going to do it. And I was not the only one that had to go inside to pick up.
Stores dont carry half of what they show online... I like to touch, try out,and hear what Im buying.

I went in looking for a refrigerator for my sons college house. I went to ask for help in the appliance section and the young woman employee was very rude and made it very clear she had no interest in helping us. She actually said they had nothing in stock. We left and ran around Wilson looking for a fridge for 2 hours. We looked online and lowes website said they were in stock. We went back and spoke to another employee and she said there were some in stock and we bought it. We complained about the initial employee but no one cared.
