Called the office on a Monday or Tuesday and they were able to set up an appointment that same Friday. Jose was able to fix the issue with our washer the same day. He was very professional and explained what the issue was. The customer service staff is also great. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Jose runs a great business. He did warranty repair for us thru Whirlpool/Kitchenaid. It took a long time for parts so he bypassed the corporation and bought from another vendor to accommodate us and get range fixed faster. Very knowledgeable, patient and customer service oriented. Range now working as it should. I highly recommend as this is a company willing to work hard!

Jose was very responsive. I called for a couple of appliance repairs on a Monday afternoon and they came out on Wednesday morning. Explained the problems and how they resolved. I would definitely use them again.
