This place is the worst place to get anything from I would recommend you go to Aaron’s they are very very rude and all they care about is money they do not try to work with you and will even threaten to file charges against you.
Once my items are paid off I will not work with this company again. It’s always a problem and there NEVER willing to work with you, not even during a WORLDWIDE CRISIS! I had to call corporate and complain !
I hadvent had anything but problems with these people. This is the worst company ever they call you all day every day then when you asked them to come pick up there stuff and its been almost a week now and they still havent done it yet all these people are worried about is money thats it
Outrageous prices and interest charges. Takes advantage of those least able to afford it.
Weve been paying on an Amana refrigerator and an Amana range since May of 2019. Fridge is new, range is used. The oven temperature sensor went out on the range and I called July 1st 2020 to get the model number to a representative so that the part could be answered. I do not remember the name of the girl who answered the phone but she claimed she placed the order with one company and shed call when the part came in to let us know. Two weeks go by and no call, so I called again (July 17th) the same girl answered the phone. She then claimed to place the order with the other company they used and again said they would call back when it came in. Again two weeks go by and no call. So my husband called August 5th and the guy he normally talks to when he has to call answered. He said there were no orders in for the part and that he would talk to his manager when she got back from lunch break about getting us a loaner range until ours could get fixed. Again, never got a call back. My husband went in store yesterday (August 12th) to find out what was going on in person and got brushed off, saying the girl I spoke to was supposed to be coming in that day and they would work on figuring out what went wrong and would call us. We just went back in today and experienced rude service. We just want to know when our oven will be fixed. Were about to call our bank and cancel auto payments until our oven gets fixed. This is ridiculous. Should not take a month and a half to get an appliance fixed. Will not be recommending your establishment to anyone and will soon be cancelling our contracts after we find replacements for the appliances we are currently paying on.
Went into this place some weeks ago searching for a computer for work, the new manager(tall Caucasian male) was very nice and very helpful. Now the bad customer service does not come until you miss a payment. Which I did I went through fraud where my bank froze my account and could not pay the payment. No questions were asked what happened to determine if I was really in a crutch or just ducking paying the bill, which I would NEVER DO purposely. When calling to make sure of my total the delivery guy answered the phone, his tone was not welcoming and he was getting fed what to say from another worker when she could have just gotten on the phone for proper customer service etiquette. I understand that the new manager is trying to whip this place into shape but I would suggest starting with customer service classes. I work in customer service so i take the topic very serious. But thanks for having what I needed.
The guys that brought my things were very rude and wasnt any help at all.
Went in to look at few things, had someone come help his last name was crouch, unfortunately he wasn’t very helpful, he was short in answering my questions as if I was bothering him, needless to say I will not be going back there again
