Took my newly purchased civic into get my first oil change. Cant complain too much because it was free except I asked them to rotate my tires because it is best to do that every time you change the oil. I realized they did not do it so I called back to ask why. They said there was more tread on the front tires so we did not rotate them, which my receipt said there was 9/32nds on all 4 tires. I work at an automotive shop, so these people trying to pull one over my head I was not fond of, and we rotate tires to PREVENT uneven wear, not once they have uneven wear. Not happy that they did not perform the services that I requested. Nice people though.

My wife took our civic in to have diagnostics run on air conditioning. They said could be computer at the tune of 1,200.00 and could be pressure switch at, get this, 400.00.I can buy a pressure switch at oReillys for 20 bucks and put it on in five minutes. Pretty sure they thought because it was a woman and it was for ac she would pay whatever to get it going but not my wife thankfully. I will be giving hubert vester honda free advertisement for life and a side not, hubert vester Chevrolet service is just as bad
Terrible service by sales manager. I received the Internet price, went and test drove the vehicle but didnβt buy that day. After checking with other dealerships on their prices I called my salesman at Hubert Vester and asked for their best price. They changed the Internet price to a higher price. Sales rep said I had to sit across from the sales manager to get the Internet price offer, not over the phone. Low balled by $2,000.00 the trade-in value of my car. Super slow to give me their βbest dealβ offer, literally hours after I contacted my sales rep 3 times and then it was the worst offer among 4 dealers I spoke with. Unless youβre ready to overpay for a new Honda, steer clear. Youll notice a response below from the owner. I called twice and the receptionists response was, I dont know why he had the call come here. I called again and was transferred somewhere that was a dead end. Apparently he doesnt really want to talk!

Let me just say first off, when you walk into any dealer, do not expect to get their best deal right off the bat. There is work and effort that gets put into getting a really good deal, it just depends on how far youβre willing to push.Initially, I walked into the dealer, we talked numbers on a very high demand car, and honestly, I almost walked out. I went in looking at this particular car and I had a possible trade-in.I initially wanted a good out the door price, but that fell flat; however, bringing a trade-in to the mix changed that ball game.I donβt know what it is, but dealers right now will welcome any trade-in, you just have to push a bit on numbers.Anyways, fast forward to the last final minutes of negotiations, both I and the sales manager still not agreeing, I shake his hand and the sales personβs hand and say have a good day. I run to the bathroom (cause I had too much coffee) and plan to leave, because, thatβs it, itβs done, nothing left to talk about.As Iβm walking out, the sales manager Orlanzo Hall (great guy by the way, highly recommended working with him) tells me once more, βwell how much do you want for the trade-in? Whatβs stopping you from buying this car right now?βThen the fun part begins. We walk in to his office, I tell him what I want, he tells me what he can give me, I say no, he gives me a reason for his offer, I counter his reason, we go back and forth like this for a little bit. Keep in mind weβre shouting to the point he had to close his office door π. Finally, my parents walk in (yes my parents came with me). Then my dad joins the negotiation.Finally, we get to the deal, we shake hands and I walk out with an amazing deal, on an amazing car after having some fun with some amazing negotiations!For me thatβs a thrill, I enjoy the challenge, and I can tell Orlanzo did as well. That whole team is phenomenal.If youβre willing to do the research and put in the work and work with some reasonable sales people. These are the guys. I took a 2015 honda civic for an oil change they convinced me to also do a transmission fluid change because the fluid in the car was dirty. Not only I was there for hours even though I made an appointment but now months later while looking at my battery I see that they left the transmission plug on the top open. Waiting for the manager to call me back and will update this i mean you dont take your car to walmart or places like that to avoid these things and the dealership makes a mistake like this this is crazy I really hope they make this right

I recently purchased a 2020 Civic from Hubert Vester Honda. In the beginning of my buying process I wanted to go to Cary and have more options available but, I decided to shop local (mistake). Mike Liles was an awesome sales consultant he was very informative about the product. I had nothing but excellent customer service from him. On the flip side the management team was challenging to work with from sales to finance. The sales manager AL was combative and came across rude when discussing figures. We finally came together on payments and pricing. I then spoke with Kelly the finance manager. When discussing warranty options she showed me her computer screen and I realized she was trying to withhold information in regards to pricing. I ended up not purchasing a warranty contract when I began to feel uncomfortable. I left with an awesome car overall and a wonderful experience with my sales consultant but I would not recommend financing with this dealership.
As I live an hour away from this dealership, I made an appointment here (4 days ahead of time) to see a very specific used car. The gentleman who helped me set up the appointment warned me this would not place the car on hold and it could be sold before then, but he would be sure to call and let me know if that happened. I agreed that was OK with me. The morning of the appointment, the sales manager calls to tell me the car has not been sold and to come on in, that they would have the car pulled up front for me when I arrived, and to come in and ask for him by name.We make the drive out and arrive a few minutes early, so we arent too bothered when we dont see the car. There are signs all over the entryway about mask requirements and safety, but only a few sales associates are wearing masks. We approach the first available associate and ask for the sales manager by name, tell him we have an appointment, and we are told the sales manager is not in today and we are handed off to another salesman.The salesman we are directed to is not wearing a mask even though we are, and the safety protocols were prominently posted. He is outright rude to us right away, deflecting from talking directly to me to instead speak to my boyfriend. I tell him I am the one buying the car and he is immediately frustrated, but looks up my name for the appointment. He tells us the car is not available to test drive or purchase as it is in the Body Shop. The Carfax reports did not report any accidents/incidents that would indicate the need for body work, so I ask why it is in the shop, he tells me he doesnt know, and will not have any more information until Monday.Effectively we have now driven an hour for nothing, and the salesman makes no attempt to show us any other vehicle or even inquire about what we are interested in, he simply complains openly about how the sales person we talked to on the phone should have known better. He does promise to call as soon as he has an update Monday morning, and ushers us out with the message that theres nothing else he can do.We leave after being there for less than 15 minutes, and we sit in the car contemplating our next move and an immediate hour drive back. Another salesman comes out to our car (this one wearing a mask, thank you!) And offers to show us other cars. We decline on the basis that we were only looking at a very specific car, but at least he tried/offered!Despite a lot of set up phone calls and overall good experience with the gentlemen I talked to over the phone, the salesmen in the dealership was rude and flippant. It has been five days and I have recieved no attempt to follow up whatsoever. I am not upset that the car wasnt there, things happen, but I am upset we made a drive out for nothing and were treated rudely upon arrival. It is unprofessional to tell me the car is in the shop and not be able to give me a documented reason why, to not help the customer feel safe in spite of company policy, and to brush us off so callously.I genuinely feel that I have dodged a bullet by not purchasing my car here.

Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and my sales rep was great. Fast forward about 5months later when I took my Honda to a closer dealership at home for an oil change and was told my battery was getting dangerously low in charge and was strongly recommended a replacement. It was low enough that I might have been able to go another few weeks or only a few days before it completely died. I called this dealership I bought the car from and tried explaining what the other dealership had said and was basically told since I was outside the 30 day warranty there was nothing they could do. My information was given to the sales manager who was going to call me within 5minutes but never did. I understand batteries will die and need replacement but was not expecting that to happen to a vehicle I just bought less than 6 months ago.
Jim Tetter was awesome! From a video message the day before to introduce himself, to the test drive, and a speedy process. Hubert Vester Honda will be highly recommended as long as Jim is there.

I couldnβt close my eyes and go to sleep peacefully without writing this review. For starters I go to this dealership for my oil changes and been going there almost a year now. I havenβt had no problems and everything been great. However, I had to pay an unexpected visit today, and I was quite nervous how the outcome would be. For the last several days I have been having a time with one of my tires becuase of a slow leak. I started to get concerned thinking a slow leak would turn into putting a new tire(s) on my car; mind you (the tire is practically new). As soon as I got there I was treated with smiles, treated with royalty (given free popcorn), they even put my front car plate as requested after having it in my trunk for a year. After all that worrying, they simply plugged my tire with no hassle and I was on my way! I couldβve hugged everyone there who serviced my car and treated me so nicely! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I only hope this five star review will be as much as an reward as you guys were to me! I appreciate you guys hard work!
Since the moment I contacted them via a phone call regarding a car I just had to have after shopping online, Donnie worked tirelessly to make sure my dream became a reality. The sales rep I deal with was very professional and is a great car salesman, but as far as the company goes itβs terrible Iβve called 5 times to see if my tags came in no one is answering the phone and the call reps suddenly canβt hear me keep saying itβs lots of static which is a lie theyβre just tired of me calling but what else can I do my 30 day tags went out yesterday and theyβre not trying to help me at all

I went to Hubert Vester Honda with my mom looking for a car that was reliable and affordable. I am a college student who will be working far away next year and I needed something that wouldnt break down. Markeis Howard treated us with excellent care. He was very honest, comforting, and trustworthy. This location was out of the way for us but the drive was definitely worth it. We received some of the best customer service at this dealership.
I thought this was going to be a 5 star review, I had a great time test driving the car, but when it came down to the purchase, it quickly changed to 1 star. Via text with the salesman, I made an offer and asked, βdeal?β He responded, βcome on inβ. Confirming our deal, βshould I take that as a yes?β The salesman responded, βyesβ. I drove the 45 mins to Wilson to purchase the car for the agreed price, only to get there and the price was now $6k more. And almost $1k more than the weekend before when I test drove it. Iβm not upset they did not accept my first offer, Iβm upset I was told βyes,β and then the answer changed onsite. Needless to say I did not purchase from them.

Although the sales experience was amazing, I have purchased my LAST vehicle from this dealership. Mind you, I have purchased at least FOUR vehicles from this place in the last ten years. I purchased a car care plan with my last vehicle. I have since traded the car and Ive needed assistance trying to get a refund for the unused portion of my warranty. I have called the dealership 8 times in the past three days. These are the people I was transferred to from their switchboard. I have left (3) voicemail messages for Kelly Stewart, Finance Manager, (2) Voicemail for Braydon Castello, Finance Manager (1) Voicemail for Audrea Martin, some kind of manager. I have called a couple other times to be put on hold and no one answers. All I want is someone to help me resolve this minor issue and they dont even have the common courtesy to call me back. Considering the THOUSANDS of dollars I have spent at this dealership over the years, I feel like a phone call isnt too much to ask.
We got to a price agreement on a vehicle over the phone. They made me drive from Raleigh for an hour and when I got to the dealership they told me the vehicle was not there. They did offer to deliver the car to me when they get it the next day and take a few bucks more off the price when they called me after I left. But is just not professional to tell someone to come by when the product you want to buy is not there. Will not be coming back.

Just dont buy items from their shop.I needed a screw for my key fob and it is very tiny it was over 2 dollars for one! Outragious!But the service department is well worth the visit if you need it..

We were looking for a van for about a month when we found their site. We called an hour and a half before they closed, and it would take us an hour and and 45 to get there. I expected for them to tell us to make an appointment to come by. We where told to come on by and they would wait for us. The experience was great and they where extremely patient and did not rush us even though they over an hour past being closed. I would happily recommend anyone to at least visit them. We love our Odyssey!

I recently contacted Hubert Vester Honda by making an online inquiry to get a price quote on a new 2016 civic. I got a quick response and I went back and forth emailing with questions and was also price comparing with other Honda dealerships in the area. Donnie was the only sales person out of 3 dealerships that I felt was really working to make the sale. He went the extra mile to get the exact car I wanted within just a couple of days; whereas the other dealers said it could take up to 90 days. I even had my car delivered to my door! What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Donnie and the team at Hubert Vester Honda!

I cannot say enough nice things about the service department at Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson, NC. We are from Louisiana and on a long East Coast road trip. We stopped for gas and the car wouldnβt start. When I popped the hood to see what was happening Mr. Tony Smith from the dealership was pumping gas next to us and in less than 5 minutes had Jeremy from the service department come to jumpstart our car. Worst Customer Service - MooseFrom Mr. Trevor, Mr. Ashley(who does not return phone calls), nor does Mr. Trailbridge, and Mr. Heath. I have tried calling since noon to find out what to do about my βnewβ pilot that has been in the shop 5 times in less than a year for the same thing. Mr. Heath finally calls back after 5p to tell me I have to miss a 5th day of work to get my car to them and canβt do nothing about it. Have no customer service.
My sales guy was awesome, however Ive reached out to financial office multiple times beginning August 7th regarding a financial matter and no one returns calls. Financial customer service is lacking.
My family had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Honda CR-V from Hubert Vester Honda last weekend. Ive bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers in my lifetime, and it was the best car dealer experience Ive ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and negotiating the purchase was a pleasant and respectful process. I will return in the future, and I would definitely recommend Hubert Vester Honda to others based on my experience.
I wish there is an option to give rating below zero. I went to this Honda store couple of times for oil change. First time when I was there, I felt that the service desk representative was rude. I did not care much at that time because I wanted oil change to be done. My second visit last week was horrible. I did not like when customer service executives stare at their customers. I just walked without going through the service from them. Management should spend more time training their employees of how to treat their customers. I would not go for an oil change here. I prefer to drive to Raleigh and have my oil change done.

The person I worked with only cared about what he could sell. He was very rude, didnt care, and I will not be doing business with this dealership after this experience. Once he knew what I was looking to pay he was very rude. He couldve simply said Sorry we cannot go that low and I wouldve understood. I wouldve asked for the best offer and made a purchase since I am in desperate need of a vehicle. But instead he went on; telling me he wont discount at all, I was financing, etc. This guy had no idea whether I was paying cash or financing. I do not recommend this dealership if you want a good car buying experience.
We had a terrific experience at HVH. Jimmy and Chris were very helpful and friendly. Well for sure recommend them when our family and friends ask where we go our beautiful blue Honda Civic Sedan. Amazing job guys! Keep up the great job!!

This had to be the easiest purchase of a vehicle Ive ever had. I highly encourage anyone to use HVH in Wilson!! We were treated with the utmost respect and were not pushed into a purchase. Ask for JJ Kent. He was AMAZING! From start to finish, he helped us so very much. To say going above & beyond would be an understatement! JJ found me the car I wanted, arranged to get it here & closed the deal within 4 days! He is the absolute best at what he does, and if we ever have to buy another vehicle, it will be from JJ & Hubert Vester.
