They never seem to have the hair or frontal closures that Im looking for they also dont have the greatest customer service I feel there is two young ladies that work there to answer the questions when you walk up to them and ask and they dont seem to be bothered by it, but however there is not anyone Walking the Floor to see if customers need help not necessarily to smother the customers, but be more friendly and welcoming to make sure its okay to ask questions so that they can help you in the best way possible Ive worked in the beauty stores when I was younger and I was always trying my best to make sure customers knew what products will work best with with hair and what products we carried but thats just what I did on my break so I can be more knowledgeable when customers came in but then again I also did hair for 22 years so that could make the difference

The man @ the register was extremely rude to me when I inquired about a price on my receipt. He started raising his voice @ me. I said you aint got to worry about me coming in here spending my money NO MORE!!!!!!!AND YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT. WILSON NC

This is not the first time but today the owner wanted to act like he was so busy shooing me away when I was trying to ask a question. so I went to the Chinese lady and she acted like she was too busy too because they didnt have the wig I wanted in stock and I wanted to see if could get a discount and finally the young black lady who worked there told me that they were not going to give me a discount. She was the nicest employee in there. I mean we the only ones who give them business and they gonna act like Im bothering them. Smh

Every time I visit I am blown away by their inventory. What you can’t find online or at Sally’s you can find here! Efficient knowledgeable staff and also their prices on regular things like brushes and Bobby pins are cheaper than Wal-Mart.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist you whenever you have questions or are looking for something particular. The store has a great selection of braided hair, natural hair products, weaves and wigs. Most of the time, you are given free samples or a free product.

Not as quick to help nor friendly as you would expect and desire... they were busy but it was 3 of them and people coming in got helped and spoken to before myself. Could be some discrimination

I found this location most like any hair place that offers hair and beauty products but what the others do not have was this special associate that makes me think he was the owner. My girlfriend asked for a product, one that I never heard about and he knew exactly what shelf and location where the product was. Either this guy put all those products there that morning or he was the owner and knew exactly where each product was. Not like those big stores that carry expensive name products and want your cash but dont know where anything is. Listen; if you want customers and repeat business, make sure you can actually help the customer like Beauty world and not just help the customer rid themselves of cash. Other businesses can learn something from Beauty World on how to treat customers.

They were watching me like hawk. Not sure if theft is an issue there. Customer service was terrible. They treated me like they didnt want to be bothered. I gave 1 star because the selection is great, but if your looking for something in particular your on your own.

The Management/Owners at this establishment are very racist. African Americans are their primary customers; however they clearly have trust issues with this race because they are constantly following/watching you. In addition their sensor detectors are inaccurate and falsely accuse customers of stealing. I will not shop here anymore, and I suggest others think twice before spending your money to patronize a business who doesnt trust you in their store.
