Our salesperson, Gina Everette, was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly, and thorough. Not pushy at all. Would come here again in a heartbeat just for her!!
The company i work for carried the truck i drive to get worked on. Since i got it back it has left me on the side of the road twice because of shotty repair work. They did not tighten the brake booster lines up causing a leak leaving me on the side of the road. They did not tighten the engine oil filter up. The ac quit working because they did not tighten the lines up. They damaged the condensor. They left the battery cables loose causing me to get stranded on the side of the road. They replaced parts that did not need to be replaced and charged the company for parts they damaged.
All went as they said in a timely manner and professional maner
My husband and I moved to North Carolina four years ago and shortly there after we found ourselves at Lee Ford looking to trade in a vehicle. Our salesman was Steve, who is still there, and he took very good care of us and since we have bought other vehicles from him. The service department is equally impressive Jeremy the manager, and Hayden who works behind the counter as well are polite and professional, but they also make you feel like family.Even down to the finance department, Anthony is a great guy and he always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. You may find bigger dealerships but I guarantee you won’t get the kind of service that you will at Lee Ford from the sales people to the service department. I won’t think of going anywhere else !
Very friendly staff! Every person I have interacted with at the service center was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable asking questions about my car’s needs and felt that my questions were answered thoroughly. There is a welcoming and trustworthy atmosphere, and I will continue to bring my car in for any future needs.
Me and my wife bought a vehicle this week from Lee Ford Lincoln and cant express enough how amazing they are. Our saleswoman, Morgan Witherspoon, is such a sweet and down to earth person and it was pleasure just talking and get to know a little bit about her. I would definitely recommend checking in with her if you are interested in anything Ford/Lincoln has to offer. Were taking our car next week to get some final things completed in the service department, but so far everything has been an incredible buying experience.
Excellent salesperson, Gina Everette. Thank you
While towing our travel trailer from VA to SC our engine cut off 15 miles south of Wilson NC on I795. Ultimately our vehicle ended up at Lee Ford for diagnosis and repair. Turns out we had a short in a wire that caused a fuse to continually blow. We dealt with Chris in the service department, if you google Southern Hospitality I am almost certain his picture and bio appear. I could be wrong but if it doesnt, it should. Several days after our service I received a call checking on our vehicle and us after our unexpected delay! These folks are awesome and deserve all sorts of praise. They even sent a shuttle driver to pick us up to save us the cost of a ride share service once our vehicle was ready.
Best dealer ever! The folks at this dealership are accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly and great deals on cars too!
Great folks. Checked out very nice Mustang Mach E and Awesome Shelby GT500
I intitially had no intentions of leaving a review, as car buying is a difficult experience by nature.I visited this dealership a couple days before my purchase to meet a salesman and discuss options and budget. I left that evening feeling confident in buying. When I came back a couple days later, it was as if the salesman and I had never had a conversation. All the information I had provided regauding finances was completely forgotten. It was mentioned that there would be a cosigner for the lease and monthly payments must be at a certain price. After hours of paperwork they called us to an office to sign. The problem is that they ran all the financing in my wifes name, and never once ran my credit info. This meant that even more time had to be spent on paperwork, and none of the numbers would be the same (not that they were on target anyway) We had a miserable experience at the lot between the waiting and entertaining our young son.But whatever, I got the car I wanted eventually at an OK price (though financing is not what I requested)About a week after buying my vehicle, we notice the button for the passanger window does not work. So I called the salesman that sold me the car, and was informed that IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY.They did tell me it would be $150 to fix the button on my now 2 week old vehicle.Buyers Beware. I thought I was making a sensible purchase from a creditable dealer. However it appears there are questionable practices here.
Brought a 2014 explorer and the touch screen went out the next day. Drove two hours back to the dealership to wait 3 hours only to be told I could pay to fix it myself or turn the car back in before they closed in 30 min. Don’t spend your money with them. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET $1200 less then 24 hours after purchasing a vehicle.
Over the moon and beyond pleased! I can not even begin to express how much of a blessing Regina Gina Everette is! I am so thankful for her and her huge heart. She is so welcoming with the warmest and biggest heart and the brightest most outgoing personality! She will make you feel like you are right at home, she makes the buying process easy and she is super efficient. I absolutely love her to pieces and I am so thankful God placed her to assist me in a huge accomplishment in my life! Anthony Saunders was absolutely wonderful with the financial end of the process and is very patient (I can be difficult at times 🤣)! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If youre looking for an amazing vehicle buying experience, I highly recommend Lee Ford Lincoln Wilson. Dont forget to ask for Gina! You will not be disappointed 💕
Plugged my Dads tire in timely fashion. Good customer service.
Staff there chose to help me there with a weird computer/key issue. It says much more about a business when they are helpful, even in situations where they made nothing on the transaction. Other than a happy customer. Im glad that still means something.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Service visit was efficient, waiting room was clean. ALL associates were friendly. Will be returning to this location for all of my auto needs.
Great group of folks
UPDATE: Reg cost $3,508.90 ($25 too much) I had to go to clerk pay $8.64 to have City Wheel Tax removed-I dont live in city. Will update if refund $300, $500 rebate or signed docs actually arrive. Ford says they recd rebate on 10/13/20.5 days later purchase of a new vehicle from Lee Ford is still incomplete. They werent willing to budge a single penny on their initial offer (I have email from them stating that!), they couldnt tell me what steps to take to successfully obtain rebates offered by Ford. Initially, I was asked to log into a secure website from THEIR computer, which I did, but once logged in, didnt have the documents on my person necessary to complete. I was later given a link and followed that process successfully, but it still was not good enough. They then needed a certificate number which was not available via that link. I had to locate the correct link online and navigate that system to get something that is labeled confirmation. Their accounting office personnel were required to complete my purchases because I had my own loan through USAA. But they dont work weekends and didnt stay Friday night when they knew I was coming to be able to finalize the purchase. All dealership information from USAA was emailed before I left to drive to the dealership, they just didnt look at them until after I arrived. So, I have been told I must return to their office DAYS later, once they have verified that my USAA funding has been DEPOSITED into their account to pick up my temp 30 day drive out tag.Because I live in and will register the vehicle in another state, they use a third party to license the vehicle. The company added on bogus charges, like wheel tax that my state and county does not charge and up charged actual costs on other items, like title fee. Additionally, they also charge $49 for US Mail and an $85 processing fee over and above the inflated charges for miscellaneous bogus items. My invoice for tax, title and license was based on a higher sales price than the vehicle less discounts and rebates and added additional charges OVER the actual costs. The dealership wouldnt process my sale unless I agreed to pay all the bogus charges, even though I gave them the information to call and prove they are bogus. They didnt reach out to the company processing to question or ask them to re-verify the costs with my specific county, even though I provided them the phone numbers to do so. They did not advocate on my behalf in any manner. They claim the fees charged are what MY State will charge them, but I called to verify and was told by my county clerks office that dealerships can add on whatever they want and there is nothing they can do about it when consumers are overcharged for non-existent items or over-inflated costs. The finance representative faxed documents to USAA at 9am Mon and advised he didnt feel it was appropriate to contact USAA to verify receipt until AFTER LUNCH. I called USAA immediately (10:05am) and was informed that the documents had arrived and everything was included and the loan would fund the same day. The response to my email letting the salesman know was Awesome thank you. That is what I needed. Two days later, their bank has not given them access to the funds and they want to discuss that with ME?Be prepared to spend HOURS at this dealership, no matter how much documentation and information you send them in advance. They didnt know the next thing they were missing until after they were provided the thing they needed right now. I have never been required to do so much of a dealerships portion of purchasing a vehicle! Lesson learned. Please end this nightmare!I asked to speak with the sales manager three different times and have not received a call yet. So, theres no access to help when you need it.If you have your own financing, are looking to negotiate or take advantage of a Ford rebate or plan to register the vehicle outside of NC, I do not recommend using Lee Ford.be one of great labor. I will NEVER return to this location!
Went in for an oil change and an inspection. Very friendly staff. Nice lounge area. Reasonable wait time.
Everyone is super friendly. Service department does the best to get your needs taken care of. Guys are very patient, I ask a LOT of questions and they do a great job with keeping you updated.
This week was my first experience with buying a vehicle from a dealership, they are very very knowledgeable, they comfort you through the whole process and All staff are super friendly and welcoming, to everyone at Lee Ford in Wilson NC thank you!! And a special thanks to Gina for my awesome new ride!!
Top of the line service. Good honest folks
I took my car there at 9am this morning cause i made an appointment. Its 633 now i called twice 3rd time i called at 3pm today they hadnt touched my car. Courtesy call would have been nice. They are closed for the day.i dont have my car an i cant get to work SMFH .THERE IS NO RESPECT OR COURTESY
I have been bringing my car to Lee Ford for service since I purchased it last year. All of my experiences have been positive so far. Their service advisors - Jeremy and Laura, and now Skylar, have been very helpful and accommodating. When they had to order a part that wouldnt arrive until the following day, and driving my car wouldnt have been safe, they provided me with a loaner. This week, I brought my car in for a repair that ended up being covered by warranty. I came to pick it up, not expecting to owe anything since it was warranty work, and was shocked to find out I owed them a not insignificant amount of money. It turned out a mix-up on the dealerships side led to their performing additional service that I had not requested nor authorized. Needless to say, I wasnt a very happy camper at that point. Laura was very sympathetic and gracious in handling the situation initially. Then I followed up later with Alan Carter, the Service Manager, and as soon as he confirmed the facts of the situation, he fully refunded the money I paid for the unauthorized repairs without any argument whatsoever.Mistakes are going to happen anywhere you go, and how places deal with them reveals a lot about their ethics and their character. After this experience I know I will remain a Lee Ford customer, and will recommend them to others. In addition to the above, their service waiting area is very nice, and they offer convenient shuttle service when you need to leave your car there for extended periods.
They stepped up to fix my truck knowing it came messed up from the factory all under warranty
Miss Gina was amazing
Lee Fords service center people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Never looking to expand the bill beyond what you asked for. They show what is needed or coming up as far as service but its a great no pressure tactic. GREAT JOB!
The service department is awesome. Quick oil change, tires rotated, and complimentary wash.
Great customer service.
The employees are friendly, but either lazy or have some that are untrained. Ive taken my Escape to this dealership twice since February because my TPMS indication alerts me every 2-3 weeks. The first time oh its just the weather. The second time (3 weeks later) I told them I had just been here a few weeks ago and to please check to make sure everything was okay. I wasnt even in their lobby for 5 minutes when they come out and tell me Im good to go. Last week (another 3 weeks later) my TPMS alerts me again. I take it to another Ford Dealership and they show me the drill bit stuck in my tire...
Steve Samson in eyes should be the salesman everyone should go to. He is very knowledgeable at what he does (sales cars). He will do what it takes to get what you want. What a great experience. To walk out the door with the key to my new 2018 Ford Focus says plenty when I thought I couldnt.
First Class Team, Great Customer Service, Great Price!Recently bought a vehicle at Lee and couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of every person I came in contact with at the dealership. From the receptionist, to the sales agent, the service department and upper management – everyone acted like a true professional.I shopped at least 15 Ford dealers from Washington DC to Atlanta and can testify that these folks are as good as it gets – great price and great service.Sometimes, it takes a misunderstanding to see if a car dealership’s words are more than an empty promise. At Lee, we did have a misunderstanding. Two actually – and both times they did the right thing - even though it cost them money. And to be clear, I never had to yell, or threaten – I could tell from how they acted that if they realized they had made a mistake they would fix it. These are good people and they do the right thing. You can’t always say that about a car dealership, but you can about the folks at Lee.I’ve driven “luxury” cars and can tell you – the appearance of the dealership, the treatment you will receive – it’s all on par with a luxury dealer – only the value is better!Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.
Great prices and atmosphere, the sales people were easy to get along with.
I would give this business 10 stars if I could. Ran over debris on I-95 on way back to NY which broke the oil cooler, transmission line and other damage. Had car and camper towed to Lee Ford Lincoln. They couldnt have been nicer and more helpful to make repairs and get us back on the road. Special thanks to Jeremy in the service dept in expediting getting parts ordered and overseeing the repair work. Also everyone we came in contact couldnt have been nicer. Constantly checking on and seeing if we needed anything. If I lived in this area this is definitely the place I would do business with any future vehicle purchases and repairs/maintenance.
Very customer friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful showroom is topped off by an even more beautiful parts and service area. Very highly recommended
Im having problems with my 2016 fusions transmission slipping intermittently, and, although they cant duplicate it (isnt that what always happens?), theyve been very patient and have tried. Lets hope it stops or it shows up for them. Great staff and very friendly!!
If ever in need of another vehicle, i will return to Lee Ford. Good, friendly staff. Only thing is, waiting two+hours for an oil change and tire rotation is pushing patience hard. Especially with an appointment.
Very nice seems like good place and good people.
We loved these people! From the first may I help you to picking up our tags with a hug! Nice, hometown feeling with straight to the point sales and service! I am a GM girl but I am now a Ford owner! Thanks, Steve
Deal with gina. Shes awesome and down to earth
Service was top notch and professional from Laura and the front desk help to the guys that worked on and cleaned my car! I have been using them foro service since I moved to NC 9 years ago and everything has been great with service and customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to use them as long as I am here!
Chris was very helpful in the service department. He makes sure that he takes care of the customers and they are happy and satisfied. Five thumbs up, and Nicole Bass is a wonderful sales girl.
Excellent communication and customer service. I told them what I had and my parameters. They made it happen and I didnt have to sacrifice getting a lower end truck! Thank you chris, Steve, Anthony, misti and bill! I will be a customer for life. Every other Ford dealership gave me the runaround, but Lee Ford made it right and with a decent price!
We stopped here on the way from NJ to FL because the check engine light popped on in my Hyundai Santa Fe and the service department couldnt be friendlier! They hooked up my car to the computer diagnostic, pulled the code and explained the issue. Because they are a Ford dealer, they didnt have the right sensor that was faulty, but told me of other dealerships in the area that could help. Then, as we were leaving, they invited us into the showroom for coffee, water, soda and donuts. They provided EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend them.
They did a fine job diagnosing my ford issues! They also even offer me a ride home while they checked it out! Just was kind of disappointed the snacks were gone in the waiting area lol 😂😂
Went there to have a belt, pulley and sensor put on,along with spark plugs changed out.planned to have transmission fluid changed to. They charged me 3 times the labor rate. Did other services, I did not authorize, and did more damage than they repaired. And then had the Gaul to lie to me.If you want to be a victim, just let Lee Ford work on your vehicle. I have learned my lesson, I will never go there again. Monica, 5 on your side, lets talk.
Im very well satisfied with their service
Hey I Love ❤️ Because They go out to help you get into a car What You Really Want and So Patient and Friendly
Awsome place, she will work to get you in the best, make sure you get all the best deal, and very helpful, make you feel good when you leave, and call you to see how you doingand are you still love your New Ride after a week, I got 3 calls after I got my suv from her and the manager, I have bought 2 New cars and no one have never call me after I left. I still love my New SUV,Thank Nicole😀!

Fantastic experience with Lee of Wilson!! Super smooth transaction!! Nicole Bass really went the extra mile, and even helped me return my rental to Enterprise so I could ride back home with my new wheels!! Nice, friendly staff!! Very highly recommend!!!
I was recently shopping for a used vehicle and Lee had a very close match. Even though the vehicle drove my decision of where to buy, Im happy that I can say the experience was a positive one. Im very pleased with my vehicle and the process; they even accomodated my need to view, test drive, and negotiate after my work hours, which had them staying a bit later than their regular hours.
The most unprofessional dealership & no organization. They tell you one thing and do the other. I would not recommend getting your car serviced here or buying one from them... they need to get a lot of people out of office and more people with common sense.
Great place nicole bass thats who got us out truck
Low pressure sales team, great service dept. I have purchased several cars and trucks from Lee Ford, and a couple more from other Lee dealerships. No complaints!
As this was my first time visiting this dealership, I was quite impressed with the treatment my honey received from the staff. The waiting area offered coffee, donuts, water, soda and cozy seating to read the newspaper or watch TV. Thank you for being so gracious!!
The people are just wonderful, so courteous. They made us feel welcome and someone greeted us at the door with a very warm welcome.
Always excellent service there at Lee Ford.
Lee Ford Lincoln is a very reputable dealership. And their service department is outstanding. Quality whether service or sales and the values you would expect.
The salesperson promised so much over the phone. When I got there in person it was a completely different story smh Nothing was really done. Except what i completed online. I ended up getting my car somewhere else.
Excellent experience with the manager and salesman there. They went above and beyond to get in in a new vehicle and I really appreciate them
I had a fantastic experience with Lee Ford of Wilson. I went to all the dealers within a 150 miles but when I went to Lee Ford I spoke with general manager Matt Evans and he offered me the same truck i wanted for $3,000 cheaper than any other offer i had. John Hantz and Wayne Pijanowski got me the truck i wanted in no time with the same price i agreed with Matt. I want to thank the owner for having such great people working for him.
Jeremy was super helpful, as always. Even though the Fusion wasnt purchased there, I was treated as a valued customer. Thanks!
Called Friday had an appointment for Tuesday, Drop truck off Tuesday morning for check engine light, i tried calling all day Wednesday and was on hold for 25 minutes just for them to take a message, I went back Thursday afternoon just to find out that nothing had been done to it, I was told it would be Monday before they could get to it claimed that tech was out till monday. Taking it somewhere else Leigh Ford. Called Leigh told them what happened, they booked me in for Friday, went in and I was out with in a few hours.
Always good service & customer service. All the staff we encounter are helpful.
Friendly and knowledgeable people. Go out off their way to please.
Had a 10:00am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. Vehicle was not ready until after 3:00pm, vehicle was not washed and the tires had 40 pounds of air which should have been 32.
Promised me that I was approved for a car with the down payment I told them I had and the max I could pay for a car note but lied not once but twice. Always wanted more for down payment, car note, or wanted my vehicle I owned for a trade-in even though they were fully aware I was looking for a second vehicle.
It was great, in and out in an hour and half. Recall notice was cleared, no problems.
Took my 2007 f150 to diagnostics and they couldnt figure out what was wrong flat out told we dont know whats wrong with it. If you get that from a dealership tells you not to go there to get work done on your vehicles. At least thats to me.
Awesome service department.
Professional service as always.
I love this place. Everyone is amazing and value customer satisfaction.
I get all of my maintenance done here because they are honest and professional.
Great service
Always get great service and give complimentary car washes
I would tell everyone to shop at this dealership !!!! The entire staff was wonderful !!!!!! Very up front an 100% with the purchase of my new Ford !!!
Great atmosphere everyone was very polite and professional!!
Good sales people, but horrible sales managers, they WILL lie straight to your face in order to make a sale, and when it comes down to the final price of the vehicle, theres a over 3,000$ difference in price. I will NEVER do business at this dealership again after being lied to. I told my wife we shouldve gone to the Chevrolet dealership.
Great experience in sales and service. I bought a 2015 Expedition and they are the only service department I have let touch it, even for oil.
Respectful and very helpful to get things figured out to get people aproved.
Car was promised by 2 pm was 3:30 I took it in at 8:00 am for a recall
Excellent customer service!
Excellent service have been there several times
Friendly, thorough service
They all treat you like family
Superior customer service and staff. Second to none.
I had to get my truck serviced at Lee Motor because my check engine light was on and I needed to get my truck inspected. I went to my usual garage which is Owen Tires but Tommy said that due to the fault showing on the display he felt it better to go to the Ford Dealership, it is the dreaded Fuel Inlet fault and anyone with a newer Ford without a gas cap is probably aware of the multitude of issues with this design. I have a 2010 F150 STX. I went in and talked to Scott, the first statement is that it will cost 110 dollars to put it on the computer, okay, not unusual and I need to get it inspected. They cant do that until the next day. The next day I get the call and they actually did check it out the day before and probably repaired it if I had to guess. It will cost 450 dollars to replace the Evap Canister Purge Valve. Unfortunately as I will learn not an unusual problem for Fords since the 2009 redesign when they moved the valve from the fender wells to the back of the engine (apparently the plastic components cant withstand the heat of the engine). Anyway, as I said earlier, I need to get the truck inspected, so Yes, I also said that seems a little high for a simple valve and Scott says oh we will see if we can work on the price for you, he sure did, it went up by the amount of taxes added, so end result is 482 dollars. During this time I also did a lot of research, the purge valve cost 99.44 from Hastings Ford, Lee ended up charging 110, Autozone and OReillys of course were in the 35 to 45 range, no surprise. What did put me over the edge though is that Mitchells Standard Labor Rates manual list the job as taking 0.6 hours or 36 minutes. Then a shade tree mechanic at work whom I asked about the repair brought up a You Tube video of the exact repair which took the poster whom I assume was an ASME certified master mechanic completed the repair in five minutes, one vacuum line, one electrical quick connect and one bolt, BAM, done. Thank you very much that will be 2.6 hours according to Lee Ford.Lee Ford, thank you for screwing me over, I almost made a much bigger mistake by buying a new Explorer from you for my wife. I spoke with the dealer in Tampa, FL where I originally bought my truck and they have the same vehicle for sale for three grand less. Yes, it is a twenty hour round trip and yes I am not spending money locally, but if you screw the locals over, eventually they will screw you over. I have already posted this on Yelp and will continue to find every internet review site possible to make sure no one else is robbed by this dealership.I also forgot to state that they charged 28 dollars to dispose of the part, and by the way they could not provide the part to me, because of course they had disposed of it. Never been to a place in the past twenty years that dont have the faulty part ready to give to the customer, I guess that is why they charge 28 dollars. No fluids, no hazardous waste, an eight ounce part that I could throw away safely and legally in my own trash can. Thats all folks, just another example of why we as transplants to Wilson cant support the locals, please someone give us the opportunity to support local, small business!!
Im 23 and I purchased my first car from Lee Ford a few months ago. It was a 2017 Ford Explorer in black. Wil Meeks was the one that sold it to me. Being it was the first time Ive ever bought a car, I really didnt know what to expect. Wil went above and beyond to make sure that we got a good and fair deal on the vehicle and he made sure I knew what I was getting into. Wil is an outstanding individual with a friendly & professional personality. The rest of my family has always bought cars from Lee for the last decade, I can now see why. I am completely happy with my Explorer and am glad that I went out of my way to Wilson from Wake Forest to buy my first vehicle. I highly recommend that people buy their next vehicle from Lee and go talk to Wil if theyre looking to become a Ford owner!
Great people. Great service.
My wife and I bought a 2006 pontiac from you guys, we were misslead by the online price and roped into a bad deal on a car that since we have purchased We have come to find out it needs a fuel pump and a new transmission, so now we are stuck with a hunk of junk we owe 7,820$ on which wasnt the advertised online price, and a 22% interest rate on a loan, which will equal out to a whopping 13,000$ payout on this hunk of junk thats only worth about 1,500$ as it sits right now, thanks alot, we will NEVER do business with Lee Ford again, NOR will I ever buy from another Ford dealership, PERIOD.:Update... the car now has a leak in the bottom of the engine block and is no longer drivable, I will also be having to buy a 2nd fuel pump to fix the car yet again...
Great people willing to help you.
Love these guys. Always friendly and honest.
Excellent experience with very friendly assistants. Took a few attempts to resolve our issue but eventually got it done.
Jeremy oxendine runs a good service department
Wait for oil change was short and service was good.
Unprofessional and untruthful, Told my Fiance a bunch of lies to make a sale on a ragedy truck that broke down with him on the second day. He and I will never do business at this place again, and instead of being professional and calling from the dealership phone as she should have done to discuss the issue! The unprofessional sales Lady decides to text the details from her personal phone.. Smh
Only place to buy a vehicle. Service dept cant be beat.
