Buyer Beware! The back door on my house has now been sanded, primed and painted at least three times - using the proper paint and materials (done by professionals). Yet...there is mildew in/on the door that continues to seep through. It looks horrible and no matter how many times it gets sanded down and painted, its going to do this. Ive been told by two professionals.I had a Garris Evans representative come out to look at the door, based on a recommendation from a contractor. Of course Garris Evans stated the following, When the door was originally put in, it was not painted for a while for it to have the mold and mildew spots. We dont warranty doors. You will need to reach out to the builder.I have spoken to two builders and a contractor who say that is absolute bull, as the doors are typically painted last when new homes are built, and a fiberglass door should never have gotten mold and mildew spots just from being put up and not painted for a while. Funny enough...my front door doesnt have that issue, and its the door that was put on the house when it was built.So, now Garris Evans thinks theyre going to sell me another one of their poor quality doors for nearly $400. I think not. Ill take my chances with another company that actually stands by their products.

They delivered materials for a contractor working on my house. Plenty of room to turn around in the back, but they decided to turn around in the driveway/yard. With all this rain they tore up the yard, a bush, and an under driveway drainage pipe. Haven’t heard 1 thing from their “salesman” who stopped by.

Do not deal with this company, tried to order a screen for their installed window, no return calls, no customer service at all.

Called and emailed the salesperson multiple times (Brent for ThermaTru) to get information on a warranty request on a faulty product, absolutely no response.EDIT: Spoke to Tyler and hes been very responsive and super helpful.

Great place to get lumber and building supply

I’m really disappointed,I took my blueprint 3 months ago for an estimate and until now I have not got the estimate and my blueprint back. I have started buying my lumber from Builders Discount. Does any body know where can a purchase the TJI joist in Wilson NC?

The manager is not a friendly person his mouth is fly and he will lie and the customer service is not that great the products are cheap dont last long not quality wood, doors windows, or shingles and siding the employees that work there work really hard and is under paid for all the work they do to get stuff out for the customers. Dennis, Nick, Dap Greg and Fonz get things did withthe forklifts . Hate that the company unpay those guys for all the hard work they do for that poor quality service they do for a multimillion-dollar company.
