The ladies at the front were super helpful made me feel at home the minute I walked in. Its nice to see people making the world better. I got a transmission jack which was way less expensive here then any other place I could find. Ill be back!

I work in an industry were you can spend a small fortune on work gloves in a year Got me a great pair of insulated/ rubber gloves for less than 9 bucks thats going to last at least 6 months!!

I am so glad Wilson, NC finally has a Harbor Freight. Although the quality of some products sold here may not be top of the line, for the average homeowner like myself the tools they sell are a great deal! This location is a decent size and the employees are kind. I would certainly recommend this store to somebody looking for tools at a fair price.

Walked in, got a Welcome to Harbor Freight, shopped, picked a few items, got ready to check out and there was 5 guys waiting to check out and there was 1 cashier, one of the guys yells 5 Guys waiting to check out, We need a cashier so this other cashier slowly drags herself to the register and proceeds to move customers out the door .. Overall its a good place to shop, but today, they needed better help ..

Purchased a battery jump box. Very pleased. I purchase a lot of my tools from Harbor Freight. Do not go in there thinking you will buy just one thing...wont happen.

Customer service is great and the product selection is very good. They had exactly what my husband needed.

They have stuff on clearance advertised at a lower price when you going to the store the mark-up is double same SKU their claim is that its older inventory.
