They were so friendly and great service! They patched a tire with a nail and rotated the tires. I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online, and then were in and out.

My tire had been showing signs of a leak for a few days and it had finally reached a critical point. I brought it in to Les Schwab early in the morning and they were able to fix it within an hour.They called me up and informed me that it would be completely free! I truly wish I had some cash on me because they deserved a tip. I had just received news of a deceased relative and they showed a little bit of good in the world.

This was my third time going to Les Schwab in Windsor and every trip has been amazing. They are super friendly, reassuring, and explain everything theyre doing in detail. I prefer going to them than my regular mechanic! Highly recommend.

Took my classic 76 Datsun 280z here for an alignment. Tyler took very good care of my car and brand new wheels, and treated it and them as if they were his own. Basically a car guy who gets it. Also, if your car is lowered this is a great place to bring it for alignments as their rack lets you drive straight on instead of up ramps. Last but not least the waiting area is huge, *very* clean, and well stocked if you need to wait for your car instead of dropping it off.

Came in at one oclock as they told me . Was told it would be hour and a half wait. No biggy went shopping. Got back took my truck in for two batterys. Took a hour plus to put those in.

We called to confirm they had the tire, we showed up, 5 min for paperwork and we were back on the road 15 minutes later. Best part was getting the tire back on the car minutes before it started pouring rain.

I called a day before to schedule an appointment to get some tires balanced outThey gave me a price of $19.98 I go in there the next morning and they were like it’s going to be $32 to balance each tire I was like that’s a 12 dollar difference than what they told me before I don’t know what was the reason of that they probably seen the truck had a company logo on it and tried to charge more don’t get me wrong I go there a lot and the past times everything went perfect.

UPDATE! - I took my car over to the Les Scwhab on Santa Rosa Ave, great people that I know I can trust. 30 minutes later it turns out my tires are FINE! The bubble the guy in Windsor tried to tell me about is actually just part of the tire construction. PLEASE AVOID THIS WINDSOR LOCATION AND GO TO THE ONE OFF OF SANTA ROSA AVE!! They will be completely honest AND very fast with their service. Something Windsor clearly knows nothing about.Original: I sat in this place for over 2 hours after coming in for a low tire pressure light. Every single customer that they spoke to in that time was told they needed at least one new tire. A few of the customers who knew what they were looking for called them out and then the sales people would stutter and fumble and say, oh well just a suggestion youre of course welcome to do whatever you think is best. Sure enough when my time came they said I needed a new tire as well due to a large bubble I asked which tire, how big/where was the bubble, etc and suddenly it wasnt really a big bubble just what looked like something that could be the beginnings of one. I told them I wasnt buying a single thing from them and wanted them to please fill up the air in my tires and give me my car back.I will take my car to a DIFFERENT, trusted Les Schwab mechanic tomorrow in Santa Rosa. If I could give zero stars I would. Highly recommend you avoid unless you want to waste hours just to be lied to and given the run around.

Told me I didnt need a new battery when in fact I did. Checked oil but neglected to alert me I was a quart low. Got oil on the engine part. I could smell it burning all the way home and for a while in my garage. Unfortunately this appears to be standard treatment from car mechanics toward older women unaccompanied by a man. Very frustrating and insulting. Les Schwab isnt alone in this type of treatment.

Went in yesterday afternoon with a visible screw in my tire. Denied any repair as my account was not current. I was not even given the option to pay for the flat repair. They offered to come out and look at it and maybe put air in my tire. I waited in the parking lot for about 45 minutes as all the people in the shop kept looking over. No one came out. At that point it was about 15-20 minutes from when they closed. I finally pryed the screw out myself, determined the tire was leaking air, called my roadside assistance thru my insurance and had the tow truck driver put my spare on. Im still in shock that they felt it was ok for me to drive out of there with the screw in my tire especially without even taking a look. Due to the location of the screw in my tire the tow truck driver let me know i may end up having to replace my tire for safety reasons. I live about 30 miles from that store. I am on my 4 th set of tires from this company as well as a set of rims. I guess the integrity of the les schwab customer service guarantee went out the window when the company founder passed away. Unbelieveable.

Came to les schwab to have some work done on my 04 dodge had a u joint that needed to be replaced they told me it would be 2 hours ok Im good with that came back on Saturday that time jumped to 4 hours still costing me 450$ I agreed to the Time I went to lunch and got a phone call saying that a wheel hub bolt had been stripped and the hub wouldnt take the bolt again the just so happened to have a hub at the store and it cost 200$ I had just replaced my hubs a month prior and when I bought them they cost 75$. I told them no and to put it back together so I could leave they said I would have to have it towed because they would not put it back together with only 3 bolts I even asked if I could sign a waiver claiming responsibility for having only 3 bolts was again told no so basically they would not put it back together at all I had to buy this over priced wheel hub in order for the job to continue. Horrible shop I will never do business with les schwab. They claim that its not my responsibility if the wheel falls off. So to sum it up les schwab is probably ok to have your oil changed and your tires rotated but I wouldnt recommend them to do any major repairs. Update just picked up the truck 700$ damn so I asked for the old wheel hub and bolt back and after looking at the bolt and hub the hub is just fine all I needed was a new bolt and would have been just fine the old bolt still threads just fine just missing a few threads. Conclusion 10$ bolt is all I needed the hub is perfectly fine.

I asked if they could do an alignment on my stock van. They said yes and took the van. Four hours later they said they couldn’t do it. Big waste of time.
