Eyes mart is a cheap and easy way to shop for glasses they still have excellent quality stuff just not at an outrageous price. I had a wonderful experience with the girl Ali that helped us. I will definitely be going back from now on to get glasses from them. Best in the triad.

My experience with Eyemart Express was very trying. It wasn’t their floor staff, but the technicians that work for them. For 5 months I dealt with them putting in the wrong prescription and then putting the lenses in crooked and finally the bifocal was tilted enough to really disturb my sight! I have never dealt with such incompetence as their behind their scenes “ professionals”! I don’t care what their prices are….professional technical people should be fully trained and their worked checked and rechecked. I would never recommend this group to anyone!Rita W Neher

Bought prescription sunglasses for my mother 1-2 years ago, not a scratch on them always left in a case if not worn. Sunglasses were left in her car in the case in the center console, removed them from the case the same day and the frames were melted and twisted. Went to the store to discuss the issue. The front counter lady was extremely rude said, Well they are plastic and plastic does melt in the heat, our frames only cary a short time for a warranty. The only thing I can do is sale you another pair of frames for the lenses. I asked why would I buy another overpriced pair of lenses that cant even withstand 80 degree outside temperature in a case in a center console in a car. She said I cant help you but sale you another pair or you can talk to our manager who is of course not there or available until Monday at some point and time which she didnt know and didnt try to figure out. She couldnt even provide me a phone number for a person that could help me with the issue. I have several pairs of sun glasses for each of my cars, that stay in my cars, and none of them have ever been affected by the heat from the sun, much less warped them to the extent they are unusable. I am extremely unhappy with the poor quality of the frames and the lack of customer support that was provided. I will be posting this same review on all of my social media apps as well as telling everyone I know / meet what a terrible experience I had with this company. I am now taking my mother to lensecrafters to buy her a new set of frames that I have been assured by the staff, will not melt from the sun because they are plastic. Terrible experience terrible products terrible customer support do not go there.

Once I picked out my frames, got measured and paid for my glasses, it only took 23 minutes for them to be completed. I love it and my new glasses. I will definitely use them again.

I am not happy at all! I went here on Saturday 5/22/21 to buy 2 pair of prescription sunglasses. The first problem i had was they brought out my glasses and they give them to me and right off I noticed a gap between the lense and the frame so I pointed it out and they took them to the back and 20 minutes later they came back with them for me notice the other lens popping out of the frame and so I pointed that out so they took them to the back again for another 15 minutes for them to bring them back out to me to notice another gap in between the lense and frame. Then they told me there was not enough time to fix them that day and for me to bring them back. So I headed out side and put on the other pair of sunglasses when I noticed that the tint is not even on the second pair of glasses so now I have no sunglasses and I drive for a living. Now I have to wait another week because I work out of town plus I live over 30 miles away. So I am very very very upset with my purchase and visit.

You guys did great. I dropped off my prescription about 6:00 pm on a Friday and my glass were done by 9 am the Saturday morning. The glasses are perfect and what a value for the money but the most important part of my Eyemart experience was the customer serves I received. I think the representative that helped me was Larry I’m real bad with names. He was incredible. I came in late he took his time with me I did not feel rushed. If anything I rushed him. I will Highly recommend Eyemart because of the customer service. You cal get great deals on glasses anywhere but you can not get friendly customer service with a representative who actually takes time And listens so he he’ll you make make a decision.

I found a great deal on two pairs of glasses for $48. I was informed that it would be done in about two hours but they were ready in 30 minutes. Great staff and lots of great options on frames. I will go again when I need new frames later this year.

Great experience. Got better glasses than my optometrist offered for half the price. Used my insurance and got a bonus second pair, which they made into sunglasses for free. Both were done in an hour.The glasses were a bit blurry, but I took them back, they identified the problem and redid the lenses for free in about 30 minutes. Now theyre perfect. Completely satisfied.

My son broke his glasses at school and went a full day wearing 3/4 of a pair of glasses. I was desperately calling around to many vision centers and Eyemart Express was the only one who said they could make his glasses same day. We went there straight after school and were seen almost immediately by Kayla. She was incredibly helpful and my son got 2 pairs of glasses at a great price. And best of all was that we were home by 5:30 and he was modeling his new glasses!

Two years ago I got glasses at Capital Blvd, Raleigh store. Jimmy was great and these are the BEST lenses I have ever had. I’ve worn glasses for over 50 years. So I am living near Winston-Salem now and I go to Eyemart Express again. Yessica was so nice and took her time and I love my new glasses. She even tightened up my old glasses and gave me a case for them too and I didn’t ask for either. Good customer service means a lot. Thank you!!!

She did not pressure me into anything other than what I wanted. My glasses are great, and were so much more affordable than my last pair. This will be my new place for spectacles.

This is the first time I got glasses at Eyemart. They helped with picking frames that looked good on my face, within a great price range. I got two pairs of Progressive no line bifocals for about $125. They had the first pair ready in less then an hour, second pair ready in about two hours. Excellent customer service.I would recommend them to others.

Very disappointed with this store. I went there yesterday to get a pair of glasses never got waited on everyone on their phone that worked there, i was there 15.min never got helped, I told the girl setting at the door thanks for all your help.

We have used this location several times and have yet to be disappointed. This place is AMAZING!!! I went to LensCrafters yesterday and could barely find a pair of glasses that I liked. Eyemart Express had at least 10 pairs that I LOVED! It was so hard to choose....I ended up getting 2 pairs and will be back soon for a 3rd! The prices are SO LOW...I cant believe the quality you get for the price! My total was like $350 for 2 pairs of glasses (insurance covered more than half). Oh, and it only took 15 minutes for them to put the lenses in! Go see them today!

Fast, friendly and most importantly, 100% accurate service! I went in to order my daughter new glasses with her new prescription and to order a replacement pair for myself because I had a chip in my left lens. Since we do not have vision insurance, she applied every discount that she could find and I ended up paying less than $180 for each of us a new complete pair of glasses, with all of the extras like scratch resistance, anti-glare, etc. Other places were going to charge over $200 just for my 1 pair (I have a very strong, high powered lens prescription). We had both of our glasses in less than 1 hour. I most definitely, highly recommend Eyemart Express!!

Super fast, had 2 pair of glasses ready in under thirty minutes. Nice selections, 2 pair at half the cost of ONE at Walmart with the same guarantee. $189 for both. Walmart JUST got my lenses back after 3 weeks. The person helping us was cold and wasnt interested in helping us choose frames. We asked for help, she responded, Looks like he knows what he wants. Know what you want or bring a friend to help choose a style, youll get no help with that. Speed and cost get a 5, service gets a 3 (2 for the icy chill and a bonus point for speed). Dont expect a thanks when you leave, either. Ill go back, but after checking to see if I can get the same from their competition minus the frost bite. She was, however, able to communicate start to finish the process, costs, warranty and other necessary info quickly and thoroughly. Short story: 5 stars if wed felt welcome. I almost ordered frames for myself but she literally glared at us to move so she could get her next customers up to the case we were looking in.

A family member purchased glasses/frames from this location and the frames tarnished. It was noticable and was told there was only a year warranty and there was nothing they could do to repair the problem. Only option was to buy another pair of frames which they declined. Frames were no more than two years old. For a second opinion we took them to another eye glass location. They said the previous place should have corrected the problem which was Eyemart Express. For the age of the frames, this should not have happened and Eyemart Express should replace or at least offer to correct the issue for the amount that was paid on the glasses from the beginning.

Took my younger brother here to get glasses. He ended up with 2 pair and a one year damage replacement plan for right at $100.00 and it only took about 30 min.! I couldnt believe it. Every where else we had contacted wanted 3-4 times the amount and were going to take a minimum of 2 weeks. Thanks to the staff for the speedy service! We recommend you guys to anyone looking for affordable glasses.

Only express part is collecting your money. They did have my glasses ready in less than “15 minutes”. Unfortunately, having to wait more than 30 minutes apon just an arrival. When someone walks out of the back and starts scanning glasses. Gets told that has already done, then leaves the room into the back area. Gets under my skin. Terrible customer service! Will not be back! Especially after spending almost $200!

The glasses I ordered turned out that they would not help my vision as another problem has arisen. I had ordered two pair and was definitely expecting some resistence when I tried for a refund. They are not getting one star because they made a mistake on two pair of glasses. They are getting it because of the attitude if they have to give a refund.Messed up two pair of progressives. My eye doc said the progressives were way off..the OS was way off and they were cheap.I tried almost 3 months and got headache after headache.Instead of apologizing for their mistake they tell me if I get a refund I can no longer come back. Wow just wow..not that I would. I was taught when you make a mistake own it.These are peoples eyes you are messing with.

Took my daughter to get her glasses today and I go back and pick them up and take them to our normal eye doctor to get them checked well they were the wrong prescription! I called them and they are going to fix the problem but Id always get your glasses checked to make sure they are right. Might I add my daughter has very bad eyes and Im just glad I caught it before they ended up making her eyes worse

Inexpensive, good glasses. I wish the frame selection was better, but for the price it cant be beaten.
