Dr. Elliott and his staff are always so nice. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He gave me a trial of cheaper contacts that other patients had really liked to try to save me a little money.

Dr. Elliot is always friendly and easy to talk to for adults and is great with kids. I don’t know that I have heard my 7 y/o talk more at any other appointment and prior to going, when she was told she had an eye exam, she said “oh I’m going to the eye doctor and he’s nice so I don’t have anything to worry about”. I thought that spoke volumes about her previous experience there. I had never met the new Optician, but he certainly gave Dr. Elliot a run for his money with his humor and friendliness. It was almost as if my daughter had known him forever and she laughed through the entire conversation, making her frame selection the easiest it had ever been. Overall great service! I would definitely recommend them for anyone, of any age, that has eye care needs.

We moved from the Triangle area, where we had been going to one of their offices there. When we moved, we searched for the nearest office, and there was one in Winston-Salem. We have been very happy with all of the Triangle Visions offices we have used over the past 20 years.

Had an eye exam yesterday with Dr. Elliott. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with him and also the staff. His equipment is very up to date — one machine allows them to take pictures of your eyes without having to dilate them first. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was friendly from check in to checkout! Dr Elliott was very attentive & listened to my concerns then explained in detail the diagnosis & treatment. Most pleasant eye exam I’ve ever had

I have been a patient of Dr. Elliot for many years and I absolutely adore him. Hes a wonderful doctor and I love his disposition. He and his office get 5+ stars. However, I asolutely hate that the office has been bought by Triangle Visions because you cant reach their office. Even if you call the local number thats listed, you are routed to (I guess) the main call center for Triangle Visions. Why do I have to go through them if I have a question for my actual doctors office?

I was a patient of Dr. Elliott several years ago. I moved but wanted a second opinion about a current issue.The office staff was great.I was seen by his assistant in a timely and professional manner. Shortly after the initial tests, Dr. E came in as cheerful as I remembered. He gave satisfactory answers to my questions.I have nothing but compliments.

Dr. Elliott is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions in a thoughtful manner. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to have my eyes imaged rather than go through the traditional pupil dilation method (full disclosure: this option requires a small up charge).I have recommended Dr. Elliott to my colleagues and continue to do so after each appointment.

As usual, I had an excellent visit with Dr. Elliot and his staff. I was having symptoms that concerned me and an appointment was made for the morning shortly after I called. Dr. Elliot is so genuine, patient and skilled. Luckily, my eye is fine and I left quite relieved and happy, to say the least.Also, I left with an adorable new pair of sunglasses, assisted by Courtney.

The best place you can go. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. Dr. Elliot is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything to you. I havent been there for almost 2 years and walked in and they greeted me by name and it felt like I had been there last week.

Exceptional customer service from the receptionist to the doctor! Really enjoyed meeting Dr Elliot and he even saved me some money by having me try out a less expensive brand of contacts. Can’t recommend this practice enough, only regret is I didn’t use them sooner!!!

Dr. Elliott is so wonderful! I have been a patient of his for many years and would never think of seeing anyone else. His bedside manner is top notch and a genuinely nice guy. The staff has been the same for many years as well and they are all helpful and kind.

I have been seeing Dr. Elliott for many years . I have referred him to family and friends. Now he sells out to a group. That worked out for him and Im okay with him looking out for himself. I recently had an eye exam and for whatever reason, my vision isnt where it should be. I went in yesterday for a recheck. I was told I had to pay again, I just said hell no and left. Before he sold out he would have helped me determine the problem. Now he is nothing but an employee . I really dont want to have to find another place to go but them wanting to charge me again is enough for me to start looking. Very unhappy with that .

Excellent examination and experience. Dr Elliott is wonderful - probably the most thorough optometric examination that I ever had. Great office staff as well.

This used to be a small, individually owned practice that is now part of a bigger corporation and while the transition has been decent, they have certainly had their bumps in the road like changing their hours and changing appointments and not notifying you until the last minute. The staff is ok but not nearly as friendly as the previous staff. Still love Dr. Elliott, always will, and thats why I will continue with this office.

Honestly....O.D. Elliott and his team are just as you would prefer any provider of your eye health care to be. Very personable, thorough, informative, (and in my case, patient) people with one on one courteousness extended to all patients.
