I love Jareds! This set was bought probably 5 years ago. Still looks brand new! It gets cleaned and inspected for free every so often. Everyone there is nice and helpful! My go to for good quality jewelry!

My sales professional was great.Two days later I noticed the watch I purchased was having mechanical issues. Came back in today and was greeted by a nice gentleman in a tan suit. Explained my issue. He began typing away and said he would replace the watch, to which I said I would rather get a refund. He instantly became very unpleasant and said “If you want a refund tell me so I won’t waste any more of my energy.” Seriously?

Horrible customer service in store and through customer care! Husband ordered me a personalized necklace for mothers day, we received it in the mail and the chain is too short and very thin poor quality, pendant is not too impressive either. I have spoke with the store and customer care, they will not except a return or exchange or even work with us about putting a longer chain on. So basically we are out about $600 and they dont seem to care at all, I cant even wear the necklace!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Also yes I also filed a complaint with BBB. run people dont walk find a company that wants and appreciates your business, because Jareds does not!

I purchased a set of diamond earrings for mothers day 2021. Within five months, a backing came off, no warranty for that, and a diamond fell out, $40 for labor to replace the diamond. Ive spent my last dollar with Jared. Windsor from now on.

My husband purchased my wedding band and engagement ring from this location. My engagement unfortunately was dropped in a parking lot and ran over, but all the diamonds were still intact. I went to this location to have it looked at and fixed and my experience was horrible. The store manager named Cassidy Cash I believe her name was, was incredibly rude. She went to speak to one of the guys who would be fixing my ring and she came back to me and said that he could fix one part but not the top where I was most concerned about and that he wouldn’t even touch it because of the possibility of diamonds popping out. As a jeweler you should be able to set diamonds back in if that happens. I asked if I could speak to him so he could break it down better for me but she told me he said he did not speak to customers. I told the manager that I know it could be fixed because my friend had hers tan over by a tractor and looked worse then mine, I asked was she sure there’s really nothing she could do? Her response was, “well maybe you should take it there”. I responded with, “well I would but I purchased my ring HERE, so my first stop would be where I purchased my ring which had a warranty on it. That’s just common sense. I told her she didn’t have to be unnecessarily rude. She proceeded to say, “I’m not” while having a bad attitude and facial expressions to match her bad attitude. I just ended up leaving in tears because my ring obviously means so much to me. I took my ring to another jeweler and they were super nice and understanding and said they could fix it and they did just that. This jeweler said if the diamonds popped out he could just set them back into place, which sounds like a great and knowledgeable jeweler. They fixed my ring and it doesn’t even look like it had ever been ran over now. I’m suppose to be able to get my ring cleaned every 6 months at this Jared’s location, but at this point I don’t even want anyone at that location touching my ring. I was so affected by my experience that I refuse to even walk back into the Winston Salem location ever again. Luckily, my husband contacted the district manager there because he wasn’t happy with Miss Cassidy Cash’s interaction with me and the district manager Matt was very very nice and helpful and very understanding and told me I should have not had to go through any of that. I am definitely thankful for him if anything came out of the experience.

Unfortunately I had an unwelcoming experience. There were consultants/representatives standing around waiting to assist customers, however when I came in the door they did not appear eager to service my needs. I gave an additional star for the gentleman who did size me after he realized his coworker was not interested.With the climate of the nation we need to be mindful that all business is important no matter what our individual beliefs may be.

Extremely poor customer service! My husband and I have been loyal Jared customers for the last 5 years. Had a small stone fall out of my ring so we took it in hoping for a repair. I was told the stone was not missing, that it was a prong issue. Went back 2 days later and it looked the exact same. I mentioned to the representative that I really thought something was missing and she assured me it wasnt and sent me on my way. I went back the next day hoping to speak with someone else and sure enough, they told me the stone had definitely fallen out. 2 more days go by and I go get my ring. They didnt set the new stone in flush with the others so it looked rigid. They had to keep it 2 more days to even it out. So now I am on day 6 without my ring. My husband goes to pick it up and it is not ready. Supposedly systems went down. He is promised it will be ready the next day. So a week after I originally took it in, it is finally fixed. Fast forward one month, the same stone fell out again. Mind you I do not do strenuous things with my ring on and am careful about hitting it on things. We take it back in and ask what our options are if this continues to happen as this is the 2nd time now and we are told they will continue to repair it but replacing it is not an option. Why offer a warranty if you arent going to warranty your products? So if the small diamonds surrounding my ring continue to fall out they will continue to repair them rather than replace the ring in its entirety. I feel as though if you are going to offer a WARRANTY, that you need to take responsibility for your product and do right by your customers. We will not be purchasing from Jared again after our run around with them over the last month.

Nice place and staff but I dont think Ill goagain for jewelry repair. Payed $60 to get my prongs tighter (I had a loose diamond) and the more I look at it the more I noticed how off center they made the middle and one and the side dimonds are not level with the rest.

When I went to Jared in Winston Salem, N.C. a couple weeks, there was a note on the front door that to enter you had to make an appointment! The door is locked at all times during operation hours. I found this to be odd honestly. I did knock on the door and an employee let me in. They said someone hadnt shown up for an appointment and I was the only customer inside at the time. I was looking for a heavy Sterling Silver Italian Link Bracelet but was told they did not have hardly any Mens Sterling Silver Bracelets or Silver for sale. I thought that was odd. They actually had more Stainless Steel bracelets than Silver. Odd?? And the prices of stainless steel was much higher than silver. I guess they cannot make money off of silver? I really was confused. I doubt I would return unless I get engaged and need a ring. If then.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. My fiancé and I walked in to have her engagement ring sized because the wait time was shorter than most other places. When we walked in, I wish we would have gotten her name - but she was immediately rude. Hateful even. Questioned my fiancé about the ring size she wanted saying it wasn’t enough difference in size to matter, dropped the ring on the glass display case aggressively, and when my fiancé asked if sizing the ring would mess up the engraving on the inside of the ring she said “well yeah, I’m surprised it wasn’t messed up the first time.” We had it sized at Kay once before, and they did wonderfully, the only problem was it was still too big, and we didn’t want to wait as long the second time - so we tried Jared. She was overall unpleasant, hateful and completely awful, so we took our ring and went back to Kay. We will happily wait a few days longer so we can keep the integrity of the ring intact. Worst customer service EVER. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else where they care about their customers!

Theyve had my jewelry since January after they scratched my stone twice while getting my set sized. And they are not handling the COVID situation well. They didnt take the time to reach out to the clients who have jewelry with them to let them know anything. Disappointed so far. The jewelry is pretty but sad service, even before the shutdown. They can sell jewelry but they cant fix or at least give back the jewelry that people have already paid for? Im scared I wont get my engagement ring back at this point. They sound frantic and quickly get you off the phone if you call asking any kind of questions. Its not like they are busy in there with their doors locked and their repair room shutdown. Extremely disappointed with this location right now. Doubt we would get our money back either if we cant get our ring back..

The staff was very helpful with everything. They answered my questions with ease and directly. They were very professional. They have wheelchair accessible parking, seen from the highway. My husband purchased my wedding set from Jared with the lifetime warranty. And I have had stones and prongs replaced 3 times! And now with Covid they told me they are closed for repairs but open for sales how is this possible? There would be more exposure to the virus showing pieces of jewelry then repairing them. They use very hot steam to clean rings so why not put my ring in there and spray it with disinfectant? Jared has lost a longtime customer! And on top of that they closed my husbands account Due to not purchasing anything in 2 years, our wedding anniversary was June 1, when the stores reopen he was Getting me diamond earrings for a anniversary gift. After I get my ring repaired I am done with them. Shame on you Jared With your shady business and jewelry not worth what you charge for it!

She listened to our requests and did an excellent job making sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend her for your jewelry needs. HORRIBLE customer service during COVID-19. This store will probably go under. Scheduled a virtual appointment hoping to actually get to speak with someone. Scheduled over 24 hours in advance and never received a phone call. Discussed the matter with their online agent and they were absolutely NO help. This store clearly has no desire to stay in business and or connect with their customers. We will be going elsewhere.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a Jewelry Store. Everyone was courteous and there was no high pressure sales tactics. The jeweler that assisted us, Alexis, was very knowledgeable about the products they offered. She provided an opinion when asked and was able to assist with making the right decision. Make sure to ask for her when you go.We bought there that day and had some repairs done to a piece that we had brought in. The piece that was repaired looked like I had just gotten it out of the case! The work was to order and was ready when they said it would be which was right at 24 hours after dropping it off. Jared’s has earned my business and will be my go to Jewelry Store!

It was our first time visiting. I wanted to see the Pandora bracelets. The associate, Hope met us at the door. She didnt pressure us. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora. She was amazing. And fun to work with. Although we came in to look, my husband made the purchase. He feels comfortable knowing that Hope will be there to assist him when he comes back to purchase additional beads.

Drove from Virginia to purchase a Tag Heuer watch. Got there signs on the door you have to have an appointment! Kid comes out and tells me they don’t have any openings today after I told him I drove 2 hours. If you are going to be by appointment only then put it on your website....I will never spend a dime in a Jarreds...Pathetic!

Ordered a necklace online from Jared that came with a too-small chain. Wanted to see if we could exchange or pay a little extra for a bigger one and was basically laughed at and told that it was either $70 for a brand new chain (which is extortionate for silver) or to return the whole thing. Felt like I was being yelled out the whole time and found it all very condescending. Maybe if we were older and wore smarter clothes and acted like we had money to throw away we wouldve been treated better.

We walked in for our bi anual ring cleaning that is a part of the warranty that we purchased. Elaine was a bit rude, loud and obnoxious. She went on and on giving us unnecessary details of our warranty, loudly explaining that Jared will not honor any missing stones. We have already had stones replaced by another Jared location. I was displeased with the customer service experience at this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

I felt like a 2nd class consumer wearing my work clothes, I was not greeted when entering the store. Soon after walking around a well dressed lady wearing dress clothes was greeted and soon waited on while I stood in place. The sales person who helped me, when done with the last customer rushed me and passed me to a lower level employee and I was rushed again. If you want good service and want to take the time to find the perfect piece of jewelry for your partner I would go else ware.

Guys - stay away. My wife wanted my sons birth stone, an emerald for xmas. Sales rep told me what I got was an emerald. Only after my wife took it to a gemologist to add items - we were told its a natural stone, not an emerald. He then said did you get it from Kay jewelers or Jared? Who knew they sale fake jewelry? Live and learn. They lost my business. Who knows how many other guys they have screwed over..

Went to the Hanes Mall Blvd. location looking for a Mizpah charm which the store didnt have in stock. The sales person went the extra mile to try to find it for me even if it meant sending me to another store.
