So I have been wanting to purchase jewelry, for quite some time, and low and behold, I found exactly what I was looking for, inside Hanes Mall. I have never even noticed this store before, but Im glad that I walked in and looked around. This store is full of lovely elegant jewelry, from bracelets to rings, and a the list goes on. Not one piece of jewelry at this store looks the same, theres so much variety to choose from. I chose a beautiful amethyst 14k gold ring, and Im in love with it. The customer service was great and all the employees genuinely embrace every customer, and are very knowledgable about their jewelry selections. Tou wont be disappointed if you shop here.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here in December. It has a lot of very small diamonds on each side, and 3 have already fallen out. They fixed it for free when the first one fell out, but now wont exchange or fix it unless we pay and blamed it on me. I work in a restaurant, so I dont wear it to work, only when I go out, but it is my engagement ring and I want to wear it all the time. Now I cant wear it at all for fear of losing more. I called to talk to the owner and the lady that answered the phone said she would give them a message and have them call. Needless to say, I have not heard from them. Bad customer service, bad business.My fiance did come back, but you wanted $50 to replace the second diamond that fell out and he didnt feel as tho he should have to pay since it was just bought in December, and I only wore it a few times, and they blamed it on me. Now a 3rd diamond has fallen out, I dont get to wear my engagement ring, and I am very unhappy.

I put money down on a something simple, when I came to pick it up they tried swapping it for a smaller diamond, they said it was a big mistake and its been months and they havent given me my piece and refuse to give me my money back! I agreed with one of the employees to return for my desired piece one day after work. Later that day, the owner asked me to meet him at Waffle House where I found him with another client (pretty ridiculous if you ask me). He noticed I was waiting and didnt bother to keep me updated through even a text. Once he came outside, he noted my brother was quite disturbed by the situation and he went back into the restaurant. these guys are also coke affiliated, so if you want jewelry that could possibly be linked to one of the worst drugs in America go ahead. I wouldnt recommend this place to Satan himself, even if Jesus Christ himself ordered me to!
