Very eclectic flavors that are delicious. I would give it a try if you are in the mood to please your sweet tooth! I have gone a few times and they are always really delicious! I am a huge fan of the key lime flavor and several others!

The Duck Donuts Experience (Walk-in Edition). On this day, I went to Duck Donuts, and once inside, I was like a kid in a candy store. Marketing material was everywhere, which made it hard for me to decide what I wanted. I knew I only wanted two doughnuts, but in my mind, I wanted every doughnut I had seen, lol. So, I decided on their Pumpkin roll that came with Pumpkin Icing and a Vanilla Drizzle and Caramel with Pecans doughnut.After placing my order, the staff member dropped two doughnuts in oil. While my doughnuts were cooking, another staff member grabbed two doughnuts from a box sitting to the side I saw upon me entering. I told her I wanted the hot doughnuts. Once out of the oil, the doughnuts were dressed and placed in a box. I must admit the doughnuts did not make it out of the parking lot, lol. I took a fork and enjoyed the hot freshness of Duck Donuts in my car. For me, these doughnuts are to be treasured while hot and not cold.

Wow, wow, wow! They hand make your donuts right in front of you. We got the St. Patricks day assortment box, and they look fantastic! I ordered a bare donut to taste their product without all the toppings- and let me tell you, that is the best, warm, crunchy, delightful pastry Ive ever had the privilege to eat. Yum!!! 😋

Not my favorite style doughnut 🍩 that is more cake than yeast. But they are made in front of you and are fresh, perfect toppings and flavors, and combinations. Try the 🍁 maple 🥓 bacon and the seasonal ones like pumpkin. The staff are friendly and they also sell ☕ coffee and beverages. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking and restrooms.

Duck donuts are amazing, and this specific bakery is keeping up the great work. My group came in with several people and we ordered a custom variety dozen. Each and every donut was fantastic and the kids loved to watch them get made.The only downside to this place is thats it has little floorspace and can get cramped when a lot of people are inside ordering. Hopefully in the summer theyll have outdoor seating.

The food truck was local in Wilkesboro. I really can’t give a fair review as I just had one bite of the peanut butter chocolate. It was ok. My son really likes that one and the maple bacon one.

I have had them before but it was my first time actually going to a location. It was my sons first time period. The cashier was very patient and helpful. Customer service from the rest of the employees was great and the service was quick. The donuts were great as always!

Was in there Tuesday. The folks working there were wonderful. Very polite and considerate. The guy making my donuts actually asked me if they looked good enough after putting toppings on. The service made the place awesome, then I tried the donuts. Man. No other place competes.

At first I didnt care for this style cake like donut...It took a few weeks for my taste buds to get the clue and then I was hooked. Maple bacon is my favorite because I love classic favors but I have try different types and enjoy each depending on my mood. All donuts are made to order. Covid-19 Precautions: staff wore mask, only 5 people are allowed in at a time, so you may what to order online during peak times.

Cute but slow process.... end up with soggy doughnuts with stuff piled on them making them impossible to eat with you hands as you pick up and it collapses. Looked nothing like photos pictured on website. My sanddollar one had hardly any coconut but was piled with powdered sugar on top which ended up all over my car as it was on also on the bottom of the box... total mess. Glazed ones were just wet mush, disintegrated when picked up.

Paid almost 5$ for a large cafe mocha to get on the road to realize the lady gave me a normal coffee with more milk and cream than coffee. The donuts are pricey but not to shabby.

Walked in today to get some doughnuts and two employees were arguing about a previous order being wrong. When I finally got their attention one of the employees turned to me and said, what you want? I said, nothing Ill take my money elsewhere thanks for being rude. I went back to my car and waited to receive my food from taco mama and the same employee came out of the store looking for me in the parking lot. When he saw me he said, you wanna order or not. I said, no thank you your too rude. He replied with OK whatever. I called to talk to a manager and he wrote me off to saying ya I already know about it. No apology nothing! I will not be going back!

Didnt know what to expect Ive always enjoyed Crispy Kreme and Grannys. It is a very different experience it was more like a dessert than a donut very rich and tasty.

While Ive had DuckDs before this was the first time I had actually bought them myself. Now I understand the idea. The doughnuts are more akin to a Dukin and much less like a KK. The real deal is the toppings. Im going to be honest a plain KK is much better than a plain DuckD (just my opinion). But a DuckD Oreo is a bit better than a KK. Im not a fan of the DuckD vanilla glaze compared to KK, but the other toppings are on point. While I grew up on KK these are a great alternative if you like covered doughnuts.

Krispy who? Yeah, youll forget too after you sink your chompers on some of these custom made vanilla cake donuts. There was a line when we got there, but they got us out with our half dozen in decent time.

I love their made to order donuts. Duck donuts has a nice quality donut not too soft were it melts in your mouth like Krispy Kreme...gross; and not too thick like you ask for a cake loaf not donut. Ducks quality is perfect, it is a perfect donut!!! Try it if you havent. My favorites are but not limited too; blueberry, cinnamon sugar, coconut, French toast, powdered sugar

Un-freaking-believable! Its one of, if not THE, best donut Ive ever had. Basically, you get the vanilla cake donut and you can add whatever toppings you want from a wide selection. My kids approve as well. Its a little pricey ($1.75 for a donut) but I think its well worth it and much better than other speciality donut shops in Winston. Will be coming here again (hopefully) soon!

We had our order delivered to us from the winston Salem store. The donuts were delicious. When we come back to the doctor for check up we will be making a stop.

Stopped in last Sunday after church to see what all the hype was about. Very small inside and crowded. I ordered a half dozen for $9.55 with tax. Thought that was a bit pricey, but was hopeful that they would be worth it. Well first off, they put the icing and toppings on the donuts while theyre in the box, which creates quite a mess, with frosting running down the sides of the box, and because the icing is all over the place, it also was all over the bottom of the box, which I then had to put in the front seat of my car. I really didnt appreciate that at all, as I take pride in keeping my car clean. And then when I got them home, my husband and I both tried one each. They were just ok. Certainly not worth the price, and because I had bought a half dozen, I was looking forward to having one the next day for breakfast, but the donuts really arent that good the second day. Icing is very hard. I believe theyre meant to be eaten shortly after you purchase them while theyre still warm. I honestly prefer Dunkin Donuts, so probably wont be back.

So many delicious options! Donuts, coffees, ice cream. Can order ahead for pick up, or watch donuts be made. Not really an eat-in place.

Not bad donuts...but not the experience I expected per the prior reviews I had saw. I will try them again just to be sure it wasnt an off night or something.

They just opened and already they’re setting themselves the reputation for horrible customer service. I went the day after Christmas Day and not only were they not equipped to handle the rush, they were not equipped to handle customer service adequately with respect. They were discriminatory and disrespectful. The employees served those who ordered AFTER me with more regard than myself.The owner tried to cover for her mistakes with excuses that were not even prevalent to the situation. The owner was unpleasant and was unable to make me feel any less disrespected. Once I did get my donuts, they were of horrible quality and were no longer appealing, due to them rushing because of poor preparation. I will no longer be giving Duck Donuts my business and will encourage others to do the same.

I don’t think I will be ordering delivery again but I would be willing to try stopping by and picking them up if I were in the area.Original post from 5/17:I ordered delivery this morning at 8am. My order was for 2 boxes of 1/2 dozen doughnuts. We wanted to share the second box with loved ones. The confirmation email said that the doughnuts would be at my house at 9:55. That’s a long wait but well worth the product. I encountered the following problems1. Only six doughnuts were delivered2. My $5 delivery fee was $103. The doughnuts did not show up until 1030I called immediately after delivery and spoke with “the manager” who told me that the second box was being made right now. I explained my issues and asked for a refund. She refused. I asked to speak to the manager and she informed that’s who she was. I asked to speak to the owner and was hung up on.I called back a second time and reached the same manager. She explained that we were cut off and that she tried to call me back but that didn’t show up on my call log.She then told me that the driver was on her way back to my house and was very upset that I lived so far away, so she is going to give her two doughnuts. I asked her for a refund of the six doughnuts that are on the way to my house and told her that I refuse to take the product. She refused. She offered to give me a coupon for a free one dozen doughnuts. At this point I no longer have interest in doing business with duck doughnuts. They are too expensive and the wait time is too long. If I have an issue with the product and try to report it then I am met with hostility and hung up on.As of right now, my second box of doughnuts never showed up (as I expected) it is 1130. I do not have a coupon for one dozen doughnuts (as I refused it). And I have to contact my credit card company to contest the $32 dollars spent on 6 doughnuts.Exactly the type of morning I was picturing at 8am when I ordered these doughnuts.Not worth the trouble. Definitely go with Krispy Keme, dunkin doughnuts, or even in town doughnuts if you live in this area.

I went by this location on January 17 it was very busy and and unorganized was my first time at a duck donuts so I ordered a half dozen got them home and me and my wife and son tried them out and they were suprising good. So a week later January 24 stopped by and purchased a dozen wasnt very busy got home with them and they tasted horrible like something had been left out of the donut batter very disappointed. And employees need some training for customer interaction. Very doubtful I will be going back.
