I decided to finally give this donut shop a try. And I absolutely love what I’ve tried so far. I’m not a fan of overly sweet pastries, but I have to say, these donuts were literal perfection for my palette. Just sweet enough to smooth my donut craving, but not so sweet that it made my teeth hurt. So far from what I’ve tried, the strawberry glazed donut is my favorite as well as the bear claw. Will be making future purchases from this establishment.

They have the best sweets everrrrr... everything was so soft and tasty. I love the selection and the add on options. There wasnt a single treat that I didnt love. My new fave sweet treat place

Very wide variety of donuts! If you prefer a cake-style donut, I highly recommend the apple fritter--the taste and texture is incredible! The Bear Claw was also good if you are desiring that fall apple flavor: it is more like apple pie filling tucked inside a soft, fluffy donut.When we first entered the store, staff werent wearing masks, but put them on when we went up to order. Would be great to see staff wearing masks whenever they are in the front of the store!

My donut was stale and had very little maple icing on it but when I got home my wife said her chocolate icing donut was very good. I guess I will go back and try them again and see how the maple iced donut will taste next Time.

Oh my gosh!!!! Wish had more coffee wise but got the white mocha and a dozen of these beautiful babies!!!!! Fantastic price for an assortment of dozen and they arnt tiny!!!!

Fritters are amazing. Tried the donuts in the past and didnt think they were anything more than average. I was wrong. Best local donuts I have had around WS. Service is always great, fast and friendly. Extra time to speak to our kids and make them feel special.

Very cool place. Good selection and prices. Friendly and a place easy to get to. For me to walk to. Have smoothies and drinks. I wish they would put their store on the top of their receipts. I cant scan them on apps for points because of that. That is my only complaint. Other then that tasty treats await.

They have very nice service here. The area is clean and theyve got a variety of donuts from Maple Bacon (which I tried and loved) to triple chocolate. I also tried the white cafe mocha which was AMAZING. Loved the donuts I got, I do wish once you ordered them they maybe were warmed for 10-15 seconds just to give it that warm fresh taste but regardless I enjoyed the donuts and the prices were pretty great. Will def be back

Just visited here this morning before work. Nice clean space, good donut options, and an array of drinks like coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc. Pretty good overall selection of donuts here, my favorite was the maple and maple bacon donuts. They did have sample donuts out but they were gone by the time I got there. Pretty cool art and pictures on the wall as well. Nice space! They also sell their own coffee and a few other things in store.

Donuts are so yummy and high quality. You can pick your flavor filling for filled donuts, and theyll fill it right there. Bubble tea is available here too. Service has always been very nice and attentive.

Overpriced donuts that arent even all that good. Some were even burnt. The box of donuts that I posted cost $14.49! They said the tiny caked ones are considered big and therefore cost more. Really, those tiny little donuts. To make things worse, I had specifically asked for the small, less expensive dozen. The girl even confirmed that was what I wanted. Nonetheless, when it came time to pay it was way more expensive that the type I requested. They should have indicated that the ones I selected were not the small ones. Im a HUGE donut fan that will not be going back. So sad!

The staff is always super friendly. All the donuts Ive had are good, but what keeps me coming back are apple fritters. The apple fritters are heavenly!

Very, very rarely eat a doughnut or similar sugar based foods but Intown has me sold. Got a Bear claw, long John, and Apple fritter with the intent to only try each and ended up finishing them all before end of the day.

Excellent quality donuts -theyre massive! Price is reasonable, about $27 for 2doz but it included all the fancies (fritters, bear claws, butterflies etc.), and she threw in some complimentary donut holes. Friendly service, -def. repeat business.DD went downhill with frozen stock and KKs glazed are unique in their own right, but Intown is best overall.

I use to drive all the way to Kernersville just for a cinnamon crumb and a strawberry butterfly. Now we have one around the corner. Best Intown, no pun intended.

Selections are amazing. Taste fantastic. Went back again for round two!! Yes, to me they are worth the drive from Walkertown!!

The business was open and clean. The woman working the counter was very nice, which was needed for the language barrier. The strawberry butterfly was amazing and fresh! We ordered 1/2 dozen for $7.00. Dont get the coffee unless you want a prepared drink or bobs tea.

The BEST donuts bar none! I wouldve shown the crunchy donut but I ate it before I left the shop. This is the Apple Fritter - fantastic! I have tried them all and they are better than hot nows or dunkin ones! They are fluffy, light, airy, and not overly sweet. Trust me its worth the drive from anywhere in North Carolina! Delicious!Oh and the staff is sweet, courteous, and wonderful also! 😁

Fantastic New doughnut shop of Jonestown. Friendly staff, lots of different options. Love the sour cream, original glazed, 🍩 doughnut holes and seasonal items. They also have drinks, coffee, bubble tea, and milk. They have ♿ handicap accessible parking and a restroom as well.

By far the best donut shop in town! Fast and friendly service. The prices cant be matched. They even fill your pastry with your choice of filling. I love this place. The donuts are fresh and delicious, you can choose to stuff them with a variety of fillings, and they stock additional items like frozen custard and bubble tea (both amazing). The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Long Johns filled before your eyes. It is almost scary how quickly the whole family became addicted to I town Donuts!

This is a great donut shop off jonestown rd. The area was lacking a decent donut shop (or any for that matter) until this place came around. Their product is homemade and very delicious. Our favorite donut is their glazed vanilla creme filled donut (theyll fill the donut when you pick it). The owner is also incredibly nice and really loves her job!

I decided to try Intown Donutz after reading the reviews. The donuts are reasonably priced and bigger than Krispy Kremes donuts. I tried the creme filled long johns, regular glazed, apple fritters, and a bear claw. They were all delicious!!!! My hats off to the baker! Delicious donuts is all I can say. I am a native of Winston Salem and this will be my go-to donut shop from now on!!!

I really didnt care for their jelly filled. I tried all the flavors and wasnt impressed. I gave them away.

They do not know how to make bubble tea. if you have had bubble tea before, theirs tastes NOTHING like it. if you want to go there, go there for their donuts. a place like that should not sell boba if they dont know how to make it properly.

Got a dozen donuts today. Had ONE specialty donut out of the whole 12 and they charged me 15$ because of it. So that ONE specialty donut cost 7$ which is the price difference between the cake donut dozen and specialty dozen. What a rip off. Didn’t realize till I had already paid and the guy didn’t tell me the price which shows he knew he was being shady.

This was by far the worst customer service experience. I should of known when I walked in and the 2 cashiers didnt speak that I should have left. I got a dozen donuts. When I asked the price for the dozen I was told $8.50. By the time I got the register the price rose to $14.99. When I asked why, she said I chose 2 big donuts. Then proceeded to argue that I should have looked at the board, and kept mumbling under her breath. There are too many other local donut shops to give my money to.

Great addition and a better alternative to Krispy Kreme. Friendly service and GREAT prices (I pay under $6.00 a half dozen). Lots of variety. I’d honestly give it four stars because there are better donuts out there, but I added one to offset someone who had a bad day
