I’ve never had a bad experience here. When I come to Winston, I ALWAYS want Moes Chicken!

First let me be clear the cook was rude and disrespectful. And the chicken was fried hard and potatoes half done. He didnt have on Ppe and was cross contamination with raw chicken and cooked chicken. I was disgusted by his behavior after we asked for all flats. He then charged us 15 for .99 cent food . We drove 30 minutes to get greeted with a Cook that had no people skills and then he used profanity with us Women as well due to him being the cook there I will never give the store on Patterson Ave . ANY OF MY HARD EARN MONEY AGAIN. I ALSO WANT A FULL REFUND . The food was not edible after we waited 15 minutes for Hard food . We left because he was acting as if he wanted a hustle event which would not have been good for him . So we left disgusted and also Angry about this so Called African Businesses . He needs to be retrained and fired due to his behavior. We didnt choose his career choice He Did !!

Okay food…..ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. the woman handing out final orders was very rude & disrespectful. she didn’t want to hand me my food for some reason so she decided to act like she couldn’t hear nor see me. and then walked away when I asked for the sauce I wanted instead of the one she just gave me without asking what I wanted.

First time visiting here to get chicken and potato wedges. They actually cook it up fresh why you wait. Its seasoned just right. Workers friendly and courteous.

I placed an order for an18 piece wing dinner, and i was dissatisfied because I only received one roll, which was clearly unacceptable for the amount of chicken that I purchased. Also the chicken was too salty and damn near burnt. The convenience items were a little pricy compared to the surrounding stores, I paid .50 for a stale cowtale which would have been .25 elsewhere. Some of the staff are rude, other than that the cake is awesome!

Most of these ppl have bad grammar.The shrimp taste like no one put effort towards it.I found two hair strings in my food and my chicken was literally burnt.I tried go to the bathroom but all of the stools were covered in mess.when you people come here please watch out.
