This is the location I normally do business with for our 4 cars and 2 boats, as it is closest to me. I was in need of a CV axle that this location did not have in stock, so I ordered from Apopka (and rented tools, which Apopka told me I could return to any store, but warned me the Winter Garden store would probably hassle me for doing so). Abraham could not have been more rude to me. Upon returning the rental tools, Abraham went on and on about how he doesn’t know what to do with my returned tools because of their inventory, he went as far as to ask me to return part of the rental tools to another location because he didn’t want to store them in the back or drive them to another store himself. Abraham spent 15 minutes hassling me about my tool return; he went as far as to ask me if I normally do business with this store, which I do. He asked for my phone number then looked up my order history to verify this (why does this even matter?). Then made sure to mention that I must not do business with them or order everything online. I do all my business with them online as there are discounts, but what difference does this make? Meanwhile, there was a line behind me. I will NOT be doing business with this location again, despite it being the closest due to Abraham. Although, when I was in the store 3 days ago buying parts for another car, Armando provided truly amazing service. I want to leave a 1 star review for Abraham and a 5 star review for Armando. Unfortunately the ad outweighs the good and I will be doing business elsewhere for my car/boat parts.

They didnt have in stock the part I needed, but the parts guy sent me next door to Discount Auto Parts, who did have the part. Now THIS is GREAT customer service! Placing the customer first is a great way build customer loyalty. Discount is a nice store, but I ALWAYS check ADVANCE AUTO PARTS first. Great job!
Gotta be honest, this location was the least helpful Ive ever encountered. We came in towards the end of the night w trailer issues and neither guy working had interest in helping us solve the problem. Asked to borrow a voltmeter they said they didnt have one. Eventually talked them into selling us one..... next time its autozone
The help and care I received at this store location was excellent. Guest service rep Abraham went out of his way to help me. He made me feel like a valued customer and offered assistance without Me asking for it. I highly recommend you visit this store and ask for him. Had a new battery installed from Kaleb on 11-9-2020 because my car wouldnt start. He installed it and then decided to tell me I needed to pay for a part, after it was installed, instead of letting me know before hand. On 11-10-2020 my car died on my way to work. Took it to a mechanic and was informed he installed the negative terminal of the battery incorrectly and that is why my car cant make it to work.Spoke with a manager but he couldnt do anything except have me leave a message for the store manager, who isnt in on 11-10-2020. So Store Manager, Kaleb needs to be taught how to install a battery correctly so someone else doesnt have to pay $130 to fix their car!!!!
They are the best i can go past other places but still come back to Advance Auto. Been coming here for years,hope to be coming back alot longer.

Ive shopped for years at Advance Auto at many locations and in multiple states. By far, this locations customer service is extremely poor. In the middle of making a return, the representative decided to help the individual behind me - thats right, in the middle of my transaction, he stops helping me to help somebody else. Then, he pushes me off to his colleague and the new representative helping was showing agitation when helping.You work in customer service; you should be able to perform customer service at a reasonable level. Overall, terrible experience. Will take my business away from this particular location.

Service was good but very slow.
Went up to Simon and said I had two questions. A specific cabin air filter, which he was able to find, great. Window grease... he looked at me like I just made it up. A quick google search shows you several variants of lube exist, I don’t need to pay a mechanic or be treated like an idiot. AutoZone had better proactive service as soon as I walked in and found it in three seconds, Blaster (silicone). Taking my next purchases there.
Have had a few bad experiences here where the employee gave a really hard time when asked to help with a battery purchased from this location. Would have given lower but another employee was more helpful in the end. Also, the battery I purchased here lasted less than 3 years. Thankfully I was able to get it replaced under the original warranty but Ill look elsewhere next time for my auto needs.
This has been my go-to parts store. However, they seem to have stopped stocking common items. For example, last visit was for oil change supplies. Oil, check. Filter, one open box, but check. New washer for drain plug? They used to stock lots. Now, none (unless you want to buy a new bolt too). Clerk was very nice and helpful; but a washer for a 2016 Acura would take five days. In stock in the store next door.
Ive been buying parts at Advance for 40 years.
My family visits Winter Garden often since we have family here. 2x now Ive had a car light out while here, and both times the gentlemen at Advance were helpful, friendly, quick, and got me the right part. How a business should be run.

Too bad the employee didnt listen. Ordered the wrong part, then tried to charge me a higher price for the correct part. No apology for the inconvenience, and had to tell him to refund my payment. Ill stick to the pros from now on. They listen, and have the service quality to order the correct part. This is in reference to the poor service at the Winter Garden, FL store. Avoid.

The clerk was very helpful with my car issue. I had a check engine light and asked if he could check it. He came out right away, used his reader, and found out it was the gas cap. Saved me time from going to a mechanic and waiting to figure it out. Thank you!

Been a customer for a long time.. they have new employees that are very disrespectful and park their motorcycles right at the front door..as I informed them that that was a dangerous spot to park they blew me off and did not care..i told them I was never shopping there again...but wait theres more!!!!As I am leaving in my car I stop to take a picture of the dangerous parking spot 1 of the cowards was at the front door giving me the middle finger.(I guess they teach you that when you get hired there) also the manager was there and did nothing (disappointed)I drove next door to the AutoZone where I was treated like a valued customer...
Bought online and picked up in store. Dominic was very helpful in replacing the OEM battery that had been damaged from a poor original installation
The place is good and honest righquality
The service is somewhat poor & they’re a little pricey for the little amount of food they give. The cashier who is always at the register is very rude to customers & always seem to have an attitude; which makes you want to just walk out the door & go someplace else. Other than that, the food is mediocre at best. My Advice I would give them is add more meat on the plates, & have less attitude.

I tried to go in really quickly because one of my lights burned out and it was 8:55... the doors were locked and the associate just started at me through the door. I get it’s late and you want to close but it wasn’t even your closing time yet.

My Subaru Outback no response for both 2 remote keys, and the small monitor screen for time & temperature has gone, all these happened same time. I went to AutoZone on west colonial which I had purchased many parts before (I have membership with them). The guy told me “We can’t help you, you need go to dealership to find out the problem, then come back for the parts you need.”Everybody knows how much dealership charge for diagnose your car, right? You can’t get out there without at least pay them $100+!I didn’t listen to him, instead, I go to AdvanceDisscountAutoParts, they are just next door to AutoZone.A young guy listened to me carefully, and he connect his battery test pad to my car. My battery was fine. He told me due to my car’s symptoms, he believe a broken fuse cause all problems. He also point me where are the fuses locate in my car, and tell me use my manual book to figure out which one might broken.After a 15 minutes efforts, I found and replaced the fuse. Every function is back. Guess how much I paid? $0.7! Yes, that’s right, 70 cents plus saved 3 hours waiting at dealership!Will go to AdvanceDiscountAutoParts.Never AutoZone again!
