Understaffed, long wait, & mixed customer service.Showed up ~1pm on a Friday, it took 15 min. to get any status. I walked inside but was told to wait at my car. About 5 min later, 4 people, came out, 1 went to another car in line and talked to that customer, the other 3 stood around talking to each other. I tried to talk with them but was repeatedly told to wait at my car. Finally, after 15 min, another person came out, and answered my question about timing. He let me know it would be about a 2.5 hrs wait to get into the bay for an oil change.Overall, poor customer service combined with a long wait, I chose to leave.
Customer service is terrible. I dropped my car off for an oil change and never got a call that it was ready. I called back the next day a few times and couldnt get a hold of anyone. I didnt need my car right away so I waited another day to see if they would call. Never got one. Called again the second day and someone answered. When I described the situation, they laughed saying of course its ready its been 2 days and no one apologized for not calling me sooner. When I went to go pick up my car, it took over 30 minutes for someone to check me out and give me my keys (only one person ahead of me). They laughed again when they realized who I was and still did not apologize for not calling. This location is the most convenient for me but I will not be back.
The best quick and friendly service I’ve encountered at a Walmart. Auto Care Manager Mike found an issue on my axle and answered the question of why I was hearing this annoying clicking noise. They not only installed my brand new tires, but also gave me vital information to save me thousands of dollars down the road. So much thanks goes to you Juan and my friend Maverick.
This service is very bad! Please stay away from this store! I waited for an hour, my car tires tied a nail, this black man told me to change a tire, they can not repair, I went to another tire shop, spent 15 dollars, the boss took the nail out to give me Look! Very simple job! It only took half an hour!

This place is a joke.. here for a 10 minutes Oil Change, 3 hours later still waiting. I was literally next vehicle in line and others got done before me. Employees just sitting around waiting to clock out doing absolutely nothing. Females customers sweet talk the garage workers to get their cars done first. This place have absolutely no control of the employees and customer aren’t valued at all.. if you value your time, don’t come to this place. I guarantee you’ll leave upset.
As far as Walmarts go this is by far the best one I have ever been to, the staff has been extremely helpful. I forgot my wrenches this time to change the battery, asked the cashier if they had one I could borrow. One of the mechanics grabbed one right away and handed me what I needed. When I came back in the cashier was busy with a complicated sale but got one of the mechanics to open another resister to keep me from waiting while she finished her sale. I will definitely keep using this Walmart for my Walmart shopping needs, hope they keep up this level of customer service.
Played a hour and a half game of phone tag with customer service and their tire center. Had to be transferred to the tire center 4 times only to get hung up on. When I did get through finally me and the gentleman on the other end could barely understand each other. I call another location and they pick up within 2 minutes of me calling, I could actually understand the service rep and they had the tire size and reasonable availability.
If youre looking for service, this is not the place to go. Other than waiting endlessly on the phone because their customer service never answers, even after 20-30 minutes. Ive driven here multiple times to try and get an oil change. Every time, even if Im the only one their, they tell me they are waiting on a special tool because they use a vacuum system for an oil change rather than draining them. I would get information on when this tool would arrive and come back the day after only to be told they cant change my oil because my truck was too wide to fit in their bay... Its a dually pickup... Their bay is plenty big enough to allow it to fit. I asked if they would be able to just drain it and they said they dont have the necessary equipment to drain the oil from my truck. I use a 5 gallon bucket when I do it myself, one that I actually bought from Walmart. This was at the Walmart on New Independence Parkway in Winter Garden.
This auto center is absolutely horrible, but probably a great place to work. From what I can tell, they get to make their own hours regardless of when they’re supposed to be open/closed. Get hungry in the middle of a shift? Take lunch and just leave. Seems like an ideal situation.Unless you’re a customer who shows up when they open only to find no one is there. Or you call ahead and are told to come in but when you get there they say “oh sorry, the guys just told me they’re leaving early”. Or again you show up when you’re told and then they tell you “apparently they went to lunch, I guess they’ll be back in an hour.”Pretty unreal.
Came here because it’s close to where I live. I was the 3rd car in line when they opened at 7am. After waiting over almost 4 hours for an oil change, I can say I will never be back here to use their auto center again. I might have to go a little further to another mechanic/auto center, but if it saves time, it will definitely be worth it. Do not recommend.
The Service Manager Carlos was rude, not willing to help while the customer service area had 6 people waiting. He asked me what I needed, then when I explained my reason for coming in, he said Go and wait in your car nothing else. I asked to see a Manager and I was told by another employee that Carlos was the Manager, which was not true. He is only the Service Manager. The experience at this neighborhood Waltmart was terrible. I would not recommended anyone to go there. Drive the extra 15 minutes to another business in the area that will appreciate you as a customer.Silver the Assistant Manager was excellent! She tried to address a bad situation in the best possible manner but the guys in the Auto Center were not helpful at all!It the Walton family makes a million dollars a day, perhaps they should invest some of that money and find better employees that will attend to the needs of the customer that supports their business!!!
Staff dont care much about you. Made me fill my own profile for first time service myself in a old mobile app that looked like it was improvised to suit a touch device. Sounded like he was lazy to me. But service was fast and honest. They vacuum cleaned my car and I went only for a oil change, so it was a plus.
Great service and better price than a dealership. They are extremely busy and the wait is hours long. Take your car and drop it off with a friend for a ride back home. Service will call you when they are done.
This place was nice the first few times we went. Recently the employees have been rude and very unorganized. We took our cars in on a sunday that they were supposed to open at 7am, no one showed up until 8am and management did nothing but apologize for the mix up
I came in this evening about 10 minutes before the center closed with a screw in my tire and no way to return in the morning. Despite having customers still in the bay, Jose Angel was kind enough to work me in - staying well after close to fix my tire. Great customer service Jose!
Long wait times are more than compensated by knowledgeable staff who truly seem like they want to help you. Not what I was expecting from a Walmart Auto Care center.I definitely recommend this location.
Juan is the only technician that showed up to do his job today. Because of his flaky co-workers, the wait to get service done became even longer because of the need to have two people at all times in the service bay.I’m annoyed at the lack of caring at this service center. You’re employed, you have a responsibility to show up to work. Waiting here since opening and I’m still waiting to get what I came for done.Good luck knowing if you’ll get to have what you need done if you come here. It’s either wait 5+ hours or go somewhere else.
The lady in automotive was really great and friendly. I dropped off my vehicle and told her I couldnt pick up prior to closing. She managed to arrange pick up from customer service. Customer service associate was rude and talked down to me the entire time.
Dont come here. I showed up for an oil changed and picked up my car. No problem. The next day I hear this interesting noise when I closed my door. Turns out they did not put the skid plate back on correctly when doing the oil change after draining the car. Im late for work now and did not get any compensation for the wasted hour or so while three or four people stumbled under my vehicle trying to assess the issue.Dont. Ever. Come. Here.

Dropped my car off at 9:35 this morning, was told it was a 6 hour wait and they would call me when it was done. Fast forward to 6pm, no call so I call up there someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. I call back get a woman, tell her I just want to know if my car is done. She puts me on hold, for 15 minutes... Someone finally picks up apparently accidentally because I get to listen to conversations for another 10 minutes. Hang up and call back, phone is answered and hung up. I call back now furious and someone answers and starts dialing numbers... Im yelling HELLO! They hang up again... Absolutely one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with.
So far poor customer services. They Dont answer their phone.Came in with tire issue losing pressure. Told them to inspect fully and remove tire. They only look at it and sprayed water and said there was nothing. Came back a second two weeks later and made them pull the tire off and they found a nail. Good service?! So inconvenient!!Pretty unprofessional when the techs speak another language around the customer when you are questioning about the job is not done.
Came in 4 tires. Was told 2 hour wait. Didn’t mind since I needed to shop anyways. After 1 hour I came back, sat and waited until they called me to the desk after another hour. I thought the car was ready, but they had put the wrong size tires on my car. It took them another 1.5 hours to fix their mistakes. Very unprofessional technicians. I now know why I don’t come to Walmart for anything to do with my car. The convenience just does not outweigh the hassle. I was there for close to 4 hours for 4 tires on a Monday evening. Never again.
Easy to determine which car battery I needed. The employee was friendly and installed the battery quickly and for free. I also got some money back for turning in my old battery.
The staff is always friendly when we go for an oil change. Weve never had any complaints, and they did an excellent job this last time. My car was vacuumed and that annoying tire pressure light went off (no matter how many times we tried to do it ourselves). Its always busy and the staff works hard.

Last month, went for an oil change. On my check out paper and explained by tech, my oil gasket was cracked and oil was leaking badly. I explained that I had not seen any oil anywhere ever but she repeated herself. I was given a paper from checking battery and it said needed replacement, but the same check out paper said battery was good. Took it to Hyundai and they said nothing wrong with oil gasket and Walmart had left oil plug open a little, spilling oil everywhere. 3k miles later, return to this walmart for oil change and battery. Nothing about a leak mentioned at all, like it never happened. Tech asked why we replaced a good battery and refused to rotate tires because they were bad. Considering you guys wrongly diagnosed an oil leak and a bad battery... get it together guys.
Closed at 5p due to no staff waa supposes to be open to 7pm. Was towed here for flat tire after beong tokd on phone tbey close 7p . when arrived 15mins later they have no in auto center they all went home early then had to be towed to another closest walmart auto center 15 miles away.
2 hours to change the oil, after all delay they forgot to make the tire rotation that I asked for. Service is terrible..... the price is good but believe, go to other place.

Awful service, I arrived at 7am when they opened for an oil change and a headlight replacement. I was the first customer to arrive and couldn’t find any service tech until 30 minutes later when a (manager?) Sherri saw me waiting and assisted me. It took about 90 for the techs to complete the oil change and I was then told they couldn’t replace the headlight because, in the tech’s own words, “it’s too much work”. For an auto service to say “it’s too much work” should set off warning alarms for everyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. If I could give less than a star I would
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They dont answer phone. I called and confirmed they could take my car for tire repair as tire was separating from rubber. Guy/manager there said was not possible and to come back tomorrow !! This place is TERRIBLE- needs new management!
Every time I visit the Walmart tire center.... They will have ten reasons why they cant fix my vehicle 😡... Most times literally will be a waste of your time.
Prices are good for sure, attention is good too, but the technicians takes forever to do even an easy job, the laziness is a huge problem here, this is my nearest car care center and I would love to have this situation fixed, technicians are all around talking, texting and my truck stayed unattended for almost two hours, that’s definitely very disrespectful for customer’s time

I have been there three times and today I arrived there at 3:30pm to fix my flat tire and AGAIN they couldn’t fix it, because there were not enough employees to take care of the customers.Well, it says it closes at 7:00p.m. How come we arrive there at 3:30p.m. and cannot be attended? The other day we had a five-hour wait just for an oil change. Terrible service!

My daughters car needed a battery,so I purchased one at the Walmart auto center,planning on replacing it myself,Mr Milton one of Walmart’s technicians came right out and helped me on his lunch break,and he had a very positive attitude,and he had me out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you Mr Milton

Good service, from 6:30 am people arrive with their vehicle to make the line, open at 7 am. Good prices, oil change, tires, lights, battery. There is no mechanical or specialized service. You can shop at Walmart while they finish your vehicle. Change oil for $ 50 depending on the oil you choose.
