I brought tires a year ago from them, and I was told I had life guarantee on them. Only that was a lied. I paid over 600$ for brand new tires and they didn’t even last a year. They’re tires are expensive but poor quality. Don’t do business with them, save your money Walmart is way better at least at Walmart you get brand tires

I waited for about 30 mins to get a used tire and the one they sold me was defective, I didnt realize it until I started driving and my steering wheel was shaking. You can see the tire has a huge indentation across the tread which means it should have been trashed and not sold.

Came in with a hopping/shaking problem, left with the same problem and an unnecessary extra billSold me on chinese tires that cost a grand that I did not need and didnt help address the problem. Owner of shop took truck for a test drive and says, you can deal with problem another time, maybe get other tires in couple of months. Highly disappointed in this service.

I hit a pothole on I-4 and had a tire blowout that bent my rim. Dannys team realized I was in a difficult situation. Even though it was late, he sent over for the proper specialty tire and had me up & running in 90 minutes - and at a better price than my local dealer quoted! I am sincerely grateful for U. S. On Friday They gave me price 1000 for brand new tires 3 for my dump truck 1 for my trailer. I get into dealership they had 3 for my truck didn’t have one for my trailer so they gave me a 2 what appeared good ones I had blow out before I got to my destination. So came back on following Monday kept trying give me used tires that weren’t any good. I seen a new one they had the size I needed they said cost me 100 more. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

In and out in about 20 minutes after they opened up. Tire tech knew his stuff. Didnt have to jack the truck up. Old tire off, New tire on. Aired up and on my way.

Insanely good prices, fast service, no bullshit. They know their stuff and wont jerk you around like every other vehicle service.I cant recommend them enough for their great tire prices, and theyre not afraid to compete. IF you can find a better price, theyll work with you. But I really doubt you can.

Was on vacation from Seattle stoped in to get tires replaced. They said I needed new shocks and front end alignment to help with steering problem.When I got the truck back and heading home (2700 miles). The shocks bottomed out on any size pothole or bump. I have a 2000 Ford F-250 with a cab over camper and was pulling a Jeep.When I finally got home I took it into Les schwab tires to see what was going on.When they inspected it they said that the shocks were on backwards,(fronts on the rear and rears on the front), causing the shocks to bottom out and destroyed the internals of the shocks.This place also over charged me for the tires by $40.00 each and pumped all tires to 80psi. Should have been 65 up front and 80 in back.Also if I could give them a 0 star rating I would.Don’t recommend anyone going to this place at all they don’t listen or care.

I have to Give a SHOUT Out to the BEST place to get tires ever!!!I have been driving around with bad tires for about a month while I tried to save money to get new ones... But every time I had money saved something would happen....Then Last Friday I had to get 2 front tires, very bald, splitting and when I would go to red-lights people would roll down their windows and point out my bad tires... yes it was time... I couldnt go one more day...So I hopped off the 429 onto Hwy 50 in Winter Garden and stopped at the first place I saw...being desperate, I figured they would take advantage of me but it was the exact opposite. they were so kind and when I expressed that I had to be at work by noon - (Just 1 hour away) they put 2 tires on my car in 15 min!!!It was amazing!! they treated me like their sister, or wife, momWITH RESPECT and KINDNESSThey gave me an AMAZING DEAL too!!Total price of 2 NEW Tires - $117.70 TOTAL for 2 TIRES!! (not each!)I know right!! and AMAZING DEAL!What I can say is to all - they wont take advantage of you and they will give you a good deal.While everyone there works to please you from the heart.Every-time I look at my tires I am so THANKFUL !!I will be getting ALL my tires there from now on. ♥

Getting things started took some exploration but once I was helped I was treated well and the price was good.

Pics are from about 1 mile of leaving there place. They put a new tire on my vehicle did not put simulator on correctly. Got about a mile down the road the simulator flew off ripping the 2 valve stems/extenders off (its a dually). Damaging the brand new party bus, almost hitting other cars, left on side of road for 5 hours, missing jobs. Here is were it gets really disgusting. The owner gets on the phone screaming blames the brand new tire that was brought in for the issue when the tire when aired back up is totally fine. Then I called back spoke to the manager follows up and says u cannot prove we put the tire on because the receipt just says tire. Lowest of low places. Feel free anyone to contact me and it looks like this one is going to have to go through the legal system.

I had the worst experience here in HISTORY!!! First they put the wrong model tire on and did NOT balance the tire so I had to go back. You walk in and have no idea were to go. Then no one is behind the counter so you ask someone for help and they look at you like the do not speak any English. I finally get the counter person to come over. He is eating his lunch and starts talking to me with a full moth of food! I can not understand a word he is saying. He starts spiting food out trying to talk. I get my car in to look at the balance issue and the tire installer put it on the machine and starts banging weights on the front and randomly puts weights on the back. This is SO not the proper way to balance this tire so I say something to him. He does not speak English, so he says, and gets the manager (the food spitting guy). No apologies, the guy balances the tire. It still vibrates and I am positive the first guy purposely scratches my new cars rim. THIS IS LIKE A THIRD WORLD TIRE STORE!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Went to Walmarts and they told me I needed new stems and they had to do some other work as the rims could not be removed...this was on my Yukon Denali....In tears, I drove to US Tire Imports and Danny-the owner told me that Walmarts was incompetent and proceeded to remove my old tires and replaced the four of them with new tires...less then what Walmarts quoted me for just the tires....I have sent many people there and everyone is pleased with the prompt and courteous service and they dont try to sell you what you dont need. I love this place...Thank you Danny
