I am not sure how they have good reviews. Every single experience with the store is horrid. I was with Verizon and switched over to T-Mobile and am seriously thinking about paying the extra money for good quality service. Every single time you go into the store they do not listen to your issues. Instead they try to get you to upgrade your device or sell you the latest product. The wait time is always over 15 minutes. I have the lifetime screen protector and it has fallen off over 5 times. I advised the way that the protector is made is causing the issue and it has lead to my phone cracking at least 3 times because the protector always peels off. Each time I have to use my insurance and pay a $100 deductible but they do not care. I noticed the protectors changed but still do not curve to the phone properly and peel off. I went into the store today and the female representative tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with my phone I just need to upgrade. If there is nothing wrong why on Earth would I do that? In addition to this the phone is barely responsive to touch and chooses when it wants to function but since she miraculously got it to perform one function after fighting with the phone by restarting and swiping down a plethora of times it works. I asked for assistance with filing a claim and was handed the card it is funny how T-Mobile does not listen to the root of the problem and will happily pass you a card so you can go about your day. I already know the routine.Save yourself the headache and bypass this store completely.

Everything went great until I caved and had my new S21 Ultra delivered to the store. The rep didnt even ask me if I wanted to unbox it myself or anything.While I wasnt looking she just went to town unboxing and setting up my new phone by herself. It took an extra 45 minutes just to setup a new phone because she tried to do it herself instead of just letting me do it. I am a consumer technology expert and will never get a phone delivered to the store ever again.

Went into this location to simply pay my bill and the person helping me tried to sell me a watch repeatedly. I tried to say no nicely 4 or 5 times but by the time the lady messed up my transaction I got frustrated. The manager was zero help with completing the simple task I came in for so I walked out. I pay my bill at 3 other t-mobile locations in this area and EVERY other is better than this one at actually treating you like an actual human being and listening to you rather than regurgitating shady sales techniques again and again and again no matter how many times you say no.

I have visited this store twice, first to transfer my family’s service and again to upgrade/trade in my kids phone. I had initially tried to switch online but difficulties with my particular situation kept me from doing the various promotions and trade-ins. I chose this location because it’s the highest-rated T-Mobile store location in my area (Horizon West/Winter Garden).On my first visit, Ms Ranya and Ms Ferdous patiently transitioned each of my family’s phones, after running a manual credit check. (Credit check was manual due to my particular circumstances, no fault of T-Mo.).At first I thought Ms Ranya and Ms Ferdous were franchisees/owner(s) because they were quite knowledgeable. Yes, these two ladies were *that* good.A week later, I made another visit; this time, Ms Alex and Ms Ranya patiently helped my oldest child pick out her phone case while they also went over promotions and payment options with me, the primary account holder.All told, it has been the best customer experience ever, switching to a new carrier and upgrading. Your mileage may vary, but 5G network experience in Orlando metro has been very good so far, better than Verizon’s.Thank you for treating me with kindness and courtesy. Two thumbs up for this particular T-Mobile location. They will have me as a T-mobile customer as long as they can attract quality employees like these people at this store.

When I came into T mobile I was very unknowledgable about the phones. Elizi was very patient with me making sure I understood EVERYTHING!! I was going to come back later, but after she introduced my plan to me, IT WAS A GO!! I STAYED and got the PLAN AND A NEW PHONE. It’s a T-Mobile store, that should be all it needs to be said. Employees are good people, under trained as usual. Just another storefront to sell overpriced accessories people should be buying online. $40 phone case that cost seven dollars on Amazon $50 screen protector that you can get for $10 on Amazon. People really love paying for convenience🤣😬

I attempted to purchase a data plan at this store, The staff was nice and understood what product I was describing. Then during payment time I handed them my credit card and allowed them to swipe it. They then told me that their system had a failure, which they showed me the red failure prompt on their computer and told me that with their system down they could not sell me the data plan. I go home to find that the charge cleared but I am now without service for a data plan I prepaid. I understand technical glitch but this one hurts.Update: The owner of this store got back to me and reversed the charge that came back on my card a week later.

Amazing!!! The owner was there at the store at the time I was there and he made me feel welcomed. I was able to open a business account and Im just so pleased! The ladies did a wonderful job of explaining to me the product and benefits! Thanks yall!!!

Ferdaous was awesome. It was so refreshing to actually have such positive experience with a sales/customer service rep, especially in this day & age. She was informative & incredibly knowledgeable in helping me choose the right phone for not just myself but my son also. I had been a Metro PCS customer for last 7 years & only stopped in to get info on the type of plans offered. I left there as a new TMobile customer with 2 new phones ( soon as the 1 I chose comes in. It was out of stock!). I will be recommending not only TMobile, but when possible, Ferdaous at that location to my friends & clients

Just bought a iPhone 8 yesterday. First of all I was waiting about 10 mins for a receipt to understand why I was being charged soo much, to find out my transaction couldn’t be found. I had to pay 40 something for the iPhone and 40 for the taxes. Yet my price came out to 106. I plan to return today receive a receipt for my transaction or I will be forced to file a complaint with BBB and call corporate.
