By far the best customer service from a vape shop. Johnny is fantastic. He always has a smile and always greets everyone that walks in. Ive been coming here for the past 5 years or so and never have I experienced a horrible experience. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the products. I highly recommend this store for all vape needs.

Awesome store and staff, dont listen to A wall. I was there when A Wall bought and returned with his Puff bar. He was very rude to the employee to begin with. The guy was fishing for free stuff and threatening a bad review if they didnt give him another free unit for his time and trouble even though they replaced the bad unit with no questions asked. Apple doesnt give you 2 iphones if they replaced your bad unit because you think your time is worth anything.. Uprising is always willing to help with any issues on devices. These are electronics and there are times when they have issues and they understand that and are always ready to help.

Horrible service broken items. I purchased a puff bar from here. Drove home and it didn’t work. Went back to the store and the guy asked me what did you do to it! He handed me a new one and it did work. He never apologized and when I asked him if he was going to give me a complimentary one for my trouble he responded why would i do that I just gave you a new one. It’s the one I purchased! Pick somewhere else I will!

Great vape shop. I love the house blends here most, out of everything Ive tried. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable and are down just to chat. To top it all off its a bit of a lounge as well and have hung out here once or twice and played a game of pool.

These guys are pretty awesome. Its a small shop but it has quite a bit in it. Theyre also very good about explaining things to you if youre new to the vaping world. Theyre nice, and they always take the time to make sure that you understand what you have before you walk out the door. They also dont mind if you come back repeatedly because you have questions or if you call, they are there for you. They want to make sure that you get what you want and that you enjoy your vaping experience.I picked up the Aegis Mini, and so far I love it! Thank you boys!!

Each time I went there the prices on liquids and coils were different depending on who served me. They seemed kind of nice but never felt welcome and always felt a bit judged and I spent lots of money thereMany times they didnt have the liquids I was looking for and even after a week they were still out. If a product sells fast order more to stock it!!! Is not meat or fish it doesnt go bad !!!I usually went there cause was the closest but I found a good web site that gets me the same stuff way way cheaper and they actually care about their customers.I own my business and customers comes first andUprising Vape I dont think they are good at running their business buts thats my idea

I love this shop. They are very knowledgeable on their products. Great prices, extremely friendly staff. The owner himself is usually in there with a smile and ready to help. His right hand man Johnny is is a Vape bible and will tell you and teach you anything you want to know(he also makes perfect coils for those of you that build. Overall the shop is amazing and has a good selection. go stop by!!

These guys are awesome! Ive been there a few times for coils, juice, sampling and the people there are really friendly and not the pretentious jerks youd expect from other vape places. Its clean, the selection is huge and theyve got a nice open layout, pool table, air hockey, and a nice vape bar with great displays. Today I even snagged a bottle of Strawmelon Taffy from Bomb Sauce for $10.

I started going to this shop a few weeks ago and it quickly became my go-to spot. The staff is friendly and inviting, and more than willing to help you with whatever they can. They have a good selection with some of the best prices that I have seen in the area. Its a cool place to hang out for a while, trying some juices out at the bar, or just vaping and talking with the staff and other visitors. Johnny is a great coil builder and source of vape knowledge; hes helped me with my builds and helped keep me vaping safely with my sub-ohm builds. Great place to be, I highly recommend it.

Great Vape Shop, Awesome Staff, Superb Staff and Excellent product selections!!!

Went up there to buy a new box mod drove 30 min and got there and they closed and hour and a half early on a Friday night!! We passed three other vape shops on the way and the guys were still there and would not help us out on buying a new box mod.
