We visited this store after a long and unsuccessful search for a good mattress. When we got there, their rep, Charles Witt was excellent. I like to sleep on a really soft mattress, but my girlfriend wanted a firm mattress. Charles had no problem helping us find one that fit both of our needs perfectly AND within our price range, which was very important to us because every other mattress store we shopped at tried to sell us mattresses we couldnt afford. I work at Bodenvy coolsculpting, right down the street from the Mattress Firm and went in and met with Nick. Coincidentally, his wife has gotten treatment at our spa as well, needless to say, Nick was professional and got me the best deal I couldve asked for. My experience with Mattress Fair in Winter Park was excellent and easy. Had my mattress delivered next day and I am happy with my new mattress and Mattress Fair!

Juan had excellent customer service. He thoroughly explained the payment process and took his time showing us options while we found the perfect fit mattress.

I have a Full size bed frame. The mattress and box spring was 4 inches too short in width. I went to this store and purchased a Full size mattress and box spring with the expectation that it would fit my bed frame. It was delivered and was the same size in width as the one I had before which was 50 inches in width. That is too short to fit a Full size frame. This store has a display of dimensions of their mattresses and Box Spring and the width should have been 54 inches. The store delivered twice with the wrong size. On the second delivery the Box Spring was supposed to have been measured to ensure that the dimensions were correct. It wasnt measured and still was 50 inches in width which is too short. I was refunded without incident for the Box Spring. I kept the mattress Sleepys since it was more comfortable than the one I had. It sits on 3 wood planks instead of the frame. One day I am sure the wood will break. The Full size mattress and box spring may no longer be made any more by the mattress industry because I havent been able to find one with the proper dimensions.

We came to the Winter Park store at 5 PM on Saturday needing a mattress delivered the following day. Nick was fantastic, found us a great deal on a mattress in stock, and arranged for delivery by noon on Sunday. He was efficient, professional and understanding of our dilemma. A disaster was averted thanks to him and his colleagues. Thank you and we will be back.

I just stopped by Mattress Firm with no real intention of buying just yet. I had already done research and knew what I wanted and what I could and couldnt afford. I believe it was Nicholas who helped me. He basically made me an offer I couldnt refuse. I ended up getting a much, much better mattress and adjustable base than Id thought I could get. Nicholas told me about different options and was very knowledgeable. I spent time trying the base and the mattress out and was very pleased. They offered to deliver next day, but I asked to wait until the weekend. Im super excited to get my new bed!

Not only is his customer service the best I’ve seen in awhile, he’s also very personable and knowledgeable about the business he’s in. He’s able to juggle between customers with ease Oh and did I mention his personality is very agreeable to the clientele and he’s able to zoom right in on the customer’s needs as well? Im 7 months pregnant. Going into any store right now is scary. I was greeted with masks, sanitizer, & covers for the pillows so i could safely test out mattresses. We had a fantastic experience on our recent visit. With the purchase of a new home, it was time to purchase a brand new mattress. We were drawn to this location because it was close to home and the stellar Yelp reviews of course.Not sure if it was the rainy weather or because it was a Saturday night but we had the entire store to ourselves. Tom, the general manager, was awesome, very personable and really made the experience pleasant. In no way was he the pushy sales guy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and patient with us as we asked questions. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested testing out different mattresses to see which one we liked the best.What really shocked me is that Tom was able to get the mattress delivered the very next evening (there is a delivery fee) which was a SUNDAY! Mattress Firm was great about sending notifications by text and email as the truck was approaching our home, etc.1000% pleased with the service and experience we received and we plan on going back to this specific location to purchase for our additional bedrooms.Thank you, Tom, and Mattress Firm!
