The actual bed buying was fine but this delivery time is absurd. We ordered our bed June 5th, we’re promised a delivery time of July 20th and ITS STILL NOT HERE. Agents on the phone didn’t know why and promised to call back. They never did. Then I got an alert it’s coming tomorrow supposedly! If I don’t get it tomorrow I’m getting my money back. Terrible customer service. What a shame.

Taylor was great. We had already done quite a bit of research, and knew kinda what we wanted. She showed us multiple mattresses and helped us find the sleep number that was comfortable for me and my wife. Thank you so much! Looking forward to getting a great night sleep. (Kinda wanted a nap in the store)

My seven year old Sleep Number bed frame control died and after two months I still cant get an under warranty replacement. Very disappointing!

It was like working with a friend:She listened to what we wanted, had us try out the different beds - it was such a great experience!!Only downer is delivery - day after Christmas.Not Taylor’s fault - just the way it goesI would of really liked to have it before Christmas - but will update the review after we get some sleep time on the bed!!

Ive been a long time Sleep Number customer, owning about 6 beds. I love the products and Ive worked with the same sales rep (Dotty) for years. I visited this location recently. Its a brand new store, laid out with plenty of room. I like things being spaced out because your bed and how you sleep are personal to many people. Talking to a consultant needs some discretion and space. I absolutely think a Sleep Number bed is worth its price tag, regardless of which end of the spectrum you buy at. Tell your consultant what youre looking to spend and ask about options to make a less expensive bed feel better. The only thing Ive ever been disappointed by is problem resolution at the corporate level. So during your trial period, make certain everything gets resolved to your satisfaction, before it ends.

I went into the store saying We are just here to look and get prices. I left with a new bed! The sales agent Sally as amazing and very knowledgeable. Thank for being so patient Sally .😊💕
