We purchased our bed 10 years ago while attending a Home Show at the Orange County Convention Center. We were not in the market at the time, but decided to try a few of the different companies out. I am sure glad we stopped in at the Relax in Comfort. This has been the best investment for sleeping that we could have made. When we need more accessories for our bed the store in Winter Park always has a great selection and pricing.

My husband and I went to the home show in Nashville with no intent of buying a mattress! We stopped by Relax in Comfort booth and spoke to Giovanni. He did an excellent job explaining all the different kinds of mattresses. We ending up purchasing one, but not because of sales pressure from Giovanni!Ben and Chris delivered the mattress tonight. They called three times today to let us know when to expect them. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend Relax In Comfort! ( I’m writing this review on the most comfortable mattress ever!)

We went to the Jacksonville Home and Garden show not looking for a bed. We were stopped by Tiko and he was wonderful! We had been thinking about getting a new bed but didnt have time to go look. Once he had us lay down on the flex head bed with adjustable base, we were sold. He also knew everything about the bed. He answered all of our questions and was really great!! We have had the bed for over 30 days and it has been great! We are very glad we made the purchase. We also received the zero gravity chair, which seems to be the favorite chair in the house now! We did receive free pillows with it and only one ended up puffing out. The other one didnt and is semi-puffed up and lumpy now.

My wife and I went here yesterday to try massage chairs. Jackie was extremely knowledgable and patient. She explained the difference between every chair and we found the perfect match. I absolutely love my chair! It’s worth every penny! It has made a huge difference in how I feel everyday. I am a Hairstylist and being on my feet all day with my arms out in front of me, causes me a lot of aches and pains, since using my chair several times per week I am no longer in pain! Just got a X-Basic DVL with slide seat and headrest. Don explained to me all the major differences between all the X-chair models I was able to determine that this was the best fit for me (ergonomics & cost). I ordered two wellsville beds, a 14” and 11” for my guest rooms with the power bases that have massage and head, foot, and pillow tilt and we absolutely love them! I attended the Home and Garden Show in Savannah last weekend and fell in love with the BRIO+ massage chair. I didnt want to get up from the chair. I never even made it to the other end of the convention center because I was so taken by this chair. I decided to come back the next day and purchase one! The sales team was very knowledgeable and attentive. I even got a thank you hug after I make my purchase. The chair was delivered later that same evening by Noah and Enzo; who were so professional and nice. They gave me advice on how to clean the chair and gave me additional tips on how to operate the remote control. I left off a star because I need to see how this chair perform.

I ran into a hard situation with the Mattress Firm across the street who sold me a bed that was not fitting for my back (and I was told it was...). Bought a massage chair and bed a few years back and it was the best investment ever. We sleep like a baby in the bed, and could literally spend hours in the massage chair. We bought our first adjustable bed in 2002 from Relax in Comfort Winter Park. Now almost 20 years later, we would not go anywhere else. While a bed might seem to be a large expense, how do you put an amount on 20 years of great sleep. Ginny was a great first salesperson and Jackie measured up to insure we were taken care of given our needs.

We met Don, the owner, at the Southern Women’s Show and he was very informative and explained all the benefits of this bed. We have never regretted our purchase. We have owned our King size Relax in Comfort bed for over 4 years. Terrific Experience - Knowledgeable StaffI visited Relax in Comfort in Winter Park today to look at their adjustable base beds. I was not planning on buying today, but I did! The sales associate, Giovani was exceptional. He was patient, answered all my questions, showed me comparisons between their mattress/adjustable base verses competitors. Had no problem with me laying on the bed for as long as I wanted. He gave me his undivided attention. I was very impressed. I did come into the store having done some of my own homework before hand to compare prices, etc., but again, I was not planning on making the purchase...generally I want to walk out and think about things. I didnt feel like I had to here. I got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend you visit the store and be sure to ask for Giovani. I also loved that this is still a family owned business since 1967. I cant wait to get the bed delivered.I want to update my review. The bed has now been delivered and the individuals who delivered the bed were great. They set it up, took time to explain how to use it.Once installed, I had a couple of minor issues and when I called the store to work them out, they went out of their way to get everything in order. To me that is the real evidence of a great company...their desire to make sure you are happy and resolve any issues you have.I have now slept on the bed for a couple of days. Still getting used to what number is my best number for sleep, but it is easy to use and simple to change the pressure of the mattress. I love the adjustable base. I sometimes have acid reflux and the ability to raise my head a little really helps. I love it. Thanks again to all your staff. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends.

I bought my king split head bed from relax in comfort over 5 years ago and I adore the bed. Gio and Jackie in WP were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional and knowledgeable.

We’ve been on the lookout for a new mattress for awhile now. Testing all the different mattresses that can adjust firm to soft because my husband and I have different needs for sleeping comfort. Not only was the rest bed the best option for us but the sales process was so relaxed and fair. We felt like we got a very affordable deal as well as great customer service. We had Gio as our salesman and he was very educated on the differences of the mattresses in store and also of the other ones we were looking at. Delivery is tomorrow and we can’t wait. I will post a review on delivery after a week.

He even gave us his personal cell number in case we had any issues at all. When Tiko had to step away, Jackie Ricardo seamlessly stepped up and answered our remaining questions. Joe, the owner supported us after the sale and was fantastic. They all worked in concert to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Also, a great benefit of using them is that they have their own delivery and setup crews – not out-sourced. So, when they delivered and set up the bed, the crew were like owners of the company – very polite, nice and efficient. We had one problem and they cleared it up so fast, it seems like we didn’t actually have it. The service is amazing. The product is second to none – The bed is amazing comfortable! I have not fallen asleep so fast and stayed asleep so long in years. This bed is the newest member of our family – just love it!

He cares about the customers and it shows. My bed is wonderful. I love the ability to adjust the head/foot of the bed up/down and the mattress (air) is so comfortable. We went to a home and patio show a few years ago and ran into a guy who told me he loved my hair cut. We started talking and I ended up buying a bed from him. His name is Gio. He took a lot of time to show us the bed and options. It was one of the best buying experiences Ive had. We have visited him since at shows when hes been in town and kept in touch. He is a stellar representative of this company. The bed also is super comfortable and many aches and pains in hips and joints have gone away from sleeping on this bed. It allows for head and feet to be elevated, less snoring and better circulation. It was not cheap but for a place we spend a great deal of each day, its been well worth it.I also just called the store to ask about buying sheets and talked with Mike who was super nice. I highly recommend a zero gravity bed and this store filled with wonderful humans!
