So far my experience has been really good. Austin was very helpful and I was able to reserve a space online. When I got there and realized it was too small for my needs he showed me another space that worked better. My only concern is seeing rodent control around the property but I also realize that is better than actually seeing rodents and having them get in my stuff! Overall I am pleased as they are clean well lit spaces with easy access and competitive pricing.

CubeSmart bought the owners of this storage unit facility I had been renting from for a year which had limited hours of operation. The new convenience of the longer hours seven days a week really helped my schedule. They also kept the same pricing and didn’t increase my monthly payment which some new companies do when they come in and buyanother company. Thank you very much, CubeSmart! I would recommend your company to anyone. The front desk gentleman was also excellent and very friendly to deal with. He was glad to help. What a nice feeling it was to get good service! He deserves a raise!!

Fast, friendly,& professional

Elevator was out of service after we called twice on previous two days to verify the move. Corporate in Penn was not aware but could not contact a service company to fix it. The desk clerk was not the least bit helpful and finally we incurred an additional hours labor on the moving charges because everything had to be carried down 3 flights of stairs.I will NEVER use this company again!
