THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!--------------------------This facility is clean, in very good condition, and has a nice staff. However, they recently made a change where you have to sign carts out of the office during their open hours (because a few bad apples stole some carts), which is very inconvenient. On most days they dont open until 9:30 a.m. and close by 6:00. I normally go early in the morning and in the evening, outside of my workday.I chose this company and location because of its after hours access, and now thats worthless to me because I cant get a cart. Im also not a fan of a company that has a few bad incidents and instead of coming up with an operational solution puts the burden on their customers.I have written to corporate and never got a response. I have talked to the manager (who is very nice and helpful) and she says its up to the regional VP.I am so frustrated by the situation that I will likely cancel my unit soon and go somewhere else, which is a big hassle and a disappointment because I like everything else about this place.Regional VP, if youre reading this, please give us our carts back!!

Excellent convenient location, friendly & helpful staff, the facility is always clean and, most importantly for me, the storage facility is & feels very safe Security cameras all around and you need to enter your personal code to enter the gate, open the front door and call the elevators. So even going to the large facility alone I felt safe. Keep up the great work!

The manager, Tom, took the time to help me out with a unit. The fact that he is able to assist me in such a way is more than helpful. I am very thankful for this. I am no longer in a panic to be able to keep what I need to safe, and to be able to pay my rent and bills. Thank you again.

Recently the carts have only been available during business hours, not convenient for after-work access.Otherwise, a safe, clean, affordable facility for all your storage needs.

The property manager Kavi was the best manager I’ve dealt with in the US. I was with my mom, and she asked a million questions. Is there a bigger size room, more bigger, cleaner, cheaper, better, all sort of that nature. He tried to be helpful sincerely from the beginning to the end. Kavi was also very respectful as well. He was super patient with my mom. I think He is the dream manager any kind of firm wishes to have.EDIT// Tom at this public storage is also a great person. Very easy to talk to and is very professional.

Best storage facility in the area, clean and climate controlled! Kelly is very knowledgeable and has helped me pick the right size units for my move. Shes also helping me get my monthly costs lower and is always willing to work with you if you have any issue.

The only reason why I am giving public storage two stars instead of one is because the facilities are clean and well lit. And you can get that from pretty much any other company. Everything else was disappointing. I apologize for the length of this review. I never leave reviews but Im mad enough to do it this time.Their website is garbage. It is difficult to find any useful information you need. I needed to cancel my account and close out my rental unit. As far as I could tell that was not possible to do online. I made five trips in two days to take all of my belongings and not once could I find any employee there to close my account in person.The phone number listed online for the local branch does not connect you to the local branch. I waited on hold for 50 minutes trying to speak with someone about closing my account. I was then given another phone number to call in order to do that.I unfortunately was not surprised about my two rate increases while I used Public Storage. Since you are not under contract they can raise the rent whenever they want while they lure in new customers with promotions. Do not be shocked WHEN your rate goes up.BE AWARE that they do not prorate if you move out in the middle of the month. I moved out on July 2nd and was told I was responsible for paying for the whole month. Even though Im sure it will get rented out to someone else this month. They dont tell you that when you sign up but it is in the fine print no one reads.Also be aware that most of their facilities including the one I rented from will charge you for a lock. I already had a padlock I wanted to use but it didnt fit their latches. Theyll sell you a weirdo cylinder lock and you cant sell it back so youre stuck with it because it literally fits nothing else.What they do tell you when you sign up is that you NEED to get their insurance or they will not rent to you. I signed up online and it does not give you the ability to opt out of the insurance enrollment. Though you can cancel afterwards through your account page if you can find it on their awful misdirecting website. While I do believe that the insurance is a good idea I do not believe in the shady business practice of lying. You do not need to get their insurance or even have to use your own if you dont want to.Incredibly disappointed and frustrated at my experience with Public Storage. I will not rent from them again. There are three other companies in the town Im moving to. Ill try one of them if I need to and so should you.

BEWARE!! Dont store your belongings with this company. They dont notify you of rent increases and they tell you they cant prorate the rent charges for when you moveout, but yet they can prorate them for when you move-in. They are absolute thieves and I would go elsewhere. Also the customer service is terrible. Waited on hold for 20 minutes, for the women to tell me she was going to hang up on me. Also, have called the District Manager multiple times and they dont get back to you either. They just take your money and dont care about anything else.

Been a customer for about 5 years. Multi-story climate controlled facility. Spacious elevators make accessing and loading your unit convenient, but it’s a maze trying to locate and find your unit - maybe they have maps??? Unfortunately they don’t service their first floor restrooms very often - not well stocked or clean each time I’ve visited. They were helpful in removing and replacing (for a fee) our lock when we misplaced the key. Difficult driveway entry and access from the street.

I cannot say enough about Kellys amazing service! We needed to get a unit from afar and she helped me work with the system and guided me at every step. This facility is clean and well run.

It is a very cleaned and right off the way, great location, i was taken care of by a great professional in customer service Mr. Kavi, great personality even during a pandemic!! I recommend this place highly . Make your reservation online if you wanna save unless you got plenty of cash .

Go somewhere else and read the lease agreement closely. Public Storage jacked up my rent 22% after 6 months. Im paying $100 more per month than the current quoted rate. Per the lease they can raise the unit rent anytime and any amount with 30 days notice-Your Rental Terms May Change with 30 Days Notice. We may change your Monthly Rent, fees and charges, and any other terms of this Rental Agreement with 30 days notice to you. We may send notice to your email address. By continuing to use Your Space, you agree to the Rental Agreement as changed and that all of its other terms remain in effect.I should have read the lease closely and walked away. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.The facility is fine. The employees have a pulse. Carts are never available. Again, find another facility. It’s not worth it.

Very well maintained property. Kavi at the front desk was super helpful and even let me borrow a cart to make the move in process easier. Prices are definitely better. Will recommend for sure.

We have used this facility for several years and have been very happy with the great climate control, the great upkeep, and their desk woman who was very helpful.

I used them about 2 years ago for a year and the place was pretty nice and clean but during that 1 year span I got like 2 rate increases which was ridiculous so I got my stuff out of there fast, so all you people singing praises just wait till your first increase comes and the second and your third and then see how nice everybody is to you, How easy is it to just grab everything and move to another storage unit? Once theyve got you they know they can raise and increase the rates as they choose and you will pay it simply as a matter of convenience.

Overall great experience, Clean and organized. Kelly provided great customer service and made the process easy. I’d give infinity stars if I could.

I was greeted by Kelly the property manager, who just recently took over.She was warm and friendly, she asked me various questions about my storage needs, I settle on one and she helped me with supplies and insurances, which i thought was very reasonable priced.i recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Kavi and his team at the Woburn Public Storage have been unfailingly helpful in making their facility a pleasant and accessible place to store. We never rented a storage before, and at the first time that we walked to the Public Storage we were welcome by customer service rep. Christine, she was pleasant to help us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had lots of questions and she was promptly to answer all those. When we did a tour Christine was very efficient at the tour and got us the perfect size of storage that we need, and in the other hand we were very pleased with all the clean, secure and lighting of the place, when we start to use the storage, we had no problems at all, very organized storage, all the staff always was promptly to help us. I walked in to the Woburn Store within seconds was greeted by Bob. He was very friendly and attentive. Very invested in helping us out. He made some suggestions as far as different bags and boxes we may need. He was not pushy at all when I told him I would need to see what I need and come back to purchase it. Bob is a wonderful person with a great personality and very friendly. He was also very detailed in explaining the information we needed to know regarding keys, codes to get in and out, etc.

This review was well deserved. I am a resident of Woburn MA and I needed a storage space during the start of the COVID pandemic. I cannot say enough for the patience and personal attention I was given during this extraordinary time. I had shown up without an appointment and had none of the right materials to rent a storage unit. This was the third place I tried to use and only wish it was the first. The first two places refused to allow me into the facility and would not even give me five minutes of their time. When I showed up to this facility, the clerk (KAVI) whom was the only person there at the time, stopped everything he was doing and spent an hour and a half with me to explain each unit size and pricing available. KAVI went on to check other pricing options when I asked how it compared to other facilities. He made sure I was getting the best deal possible for the actual property I needed to store and not oversell me.He showed me virtual images on the computer with 3D graphics of furniture and how it fits into the space he recommended. The bottom line to me was this: No one would take the time to even talk to me let alone give me half of their morning to make sure my belongings were secured. This agent KAVI deserves 5 stars alone and this facility was run no less than their counterparts.

Great location off of I 93. Kelly and Kavi were the employees at the Public Storage and they were so helpful. I have a bad back and Kavi was nice enough to help me move boxes out of my car to storage location. Very clean and safe and well monitored. I could even live there if I had to it was so nice and well maintained lol. Highly recommended.

Ive had a unit here for over 3 years due to a parent moving to assisted living. We sold the family house and there were items that wouldnt fit into the unit in assisted live that we wanted to hold onto. Unfortunately mom needs more care and has moved to a skilled nursing facility. We just rented another unit for the furniture from assisted living. The storage facility is safe, clean, and secure. The employees are helpful, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

Nice place and easy access, Kavi help me

The place is nice, new, and clean, but do not believe the price they quote you. You have to hold the unit when you call. You cant reserve it for a future date. The $1.00 is for the month before you actually use it. Then they will raise the rate a month after you move in. Ive been in there a year and they just raised my rate again. It is now 30% more than when I took it in May of 2017.

I moved in recently, kelly was most professional. The place is well lit and clean and priced reasonably.i definitely recommend this place for all your storage needs.
