Conducting a near last minute move (thanks to a great new job), I was relieved to find Extra Space Storage in Woburn with already excellent reviews. Tony, a master of his trade, made the process seamless. The contract is very simple to read and straight forward. The storage space and common areas are ship shape clean and I am grateful for the shipping dollies and carts that are available to use. Tony and his team keep the facility in excellent condition, are very easy to talk to, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Renting out a storage unit was very quick and simple. The units are neat and clean and the manager working at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

We leased a medium size storage unit. The facility is clean and neat. There are many carts within the corridors to help unload vehicles and move the items into your storage unit. The facility is secured with keypads. Also several doors that make it easier and shorter distance to put your stuff away. First floor units a giant plus. We strongly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone getting ready for a big move as we are.

Great storage facility! Its very easy to receive large shipments here and the management has been extremely helpful with helping us receive shipments. The ceilings are also very high which makes it easy to stack inventory. The loading dock is super easy to access and Ive always been able to park near a large door and ramp which makes it quick and easy to load our van with inventory on a regular basis.

I did the online sign up and went over the same day to see my space and get started. When I arrived, no one was in the main office and there was a sign on the door saying they were there and to call a number and someone will be right there to help. After 45 plus minutes of repeated calling, no one came out. I could hear the phone ringing and I could hear someone talking in the back room but no response. I cancelled the same day and went somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

We love working with Extra Space. They’re always attentive, helpful, and clean. Using them for years and plan on doing so in the future!

This review was well deserved. I am a resident of Woburn MA and I needed a storage space during the start of the COVID pandemic. I cannot say enough for the patience and personal attention I was given during this extraordinary time. I had shown up without an appointment and had none of the right materials to rent a storage unit. This was the third place I tried to use and only wish it was the first. The first two places refused to allow me into the facility and would not even give me five minutes of their time.Special thanks to Jasmine from the two brothers.

I am a new customer of Extra Space Storage and am so far very satisfied with their service. The prices are excellent and the facility is well-maintained. It seems solid and secure enough, and easy to access. The only issue I had was that I had reserved a locker unit, which I did not realize meant that the unit can only be accessed by a ladder. I came in the day of with no time to find another facility and was upset because I had large boxes which I could not lift on my own. Bob, the owner, was very generous and helped me move my boxes into the unit so that I did not have to search for another location. I am very grateful for the help and happy I was still able to rent from them. I look forward to working with them in the future and trust they will take good care of my items.

Larry was very helpful. And the facility is nice and clean. The best part of it is that there is a cart (carts), which really saved me a lot of energy. I helped a friend move before, and that storage did not have one. So really appreciate their attention to detail.

I have been using this storage for nearly two years now and found it is really a good choice. Friendly staff (Bob is absolutely helpful) and very easy access. Everything in good order and we have decided to rent another space here this month.

Great facility with great people, have been a customer at this location for 4+ years and have always had a great experience when I deal with it’s employees. Only complaint I have is that the facility is not accessible 24 hours due to the City of Woburn who won’t allow it.

Bob and Jeremy were awesome since day one. We made a reservation online for a unit and when we go in it was an “upstairs unit” yikes !! Bob quickly accommodated us in a unit that worked for us. The other great service we received was from Jeremy. We were coming in from Boston to bring a motorcycle and traffic delayed us a ton. In the midst of it all the bike fell over and it took us some time to fix and get back on the road- Jeremy waited for us after hours on a weekend day. Been using this storage facility for almost 2 years. Easily switched my unit from a 5x5x16 to a 5x5x5 for a lot less. Other than the occasional door glitch, I dont have any problems with them.

I am a new customer here and Bob is very helpful. I went in for pricing and he showed me a few different sized units. I wanted a building that was on on 1 floor because in the past I had used a different company and was inconvenienced by having to bring everything up by elevator. Couldnt decide so I came back another time and a young man from another store was covering that day. Even though he said he was unfamiliar with this paticular buildings layout he proceeded to show me another unit in which I rented.Going back to start to bring our stuff we realized it was too small, so Bob again, showed us the next size up. We know that we had to pay a fee for changing, but it ended up in our favor, for the larger unit was on sale for a cheaper price! He answered all of my questions and is very nice on phone.The only downside is the dirty, moldy floors due to rain leaking in under the doors I assume and it is a bit smelly, but for the lower price its worth it.Thank you! I hope I dont need a storage facility again in the near future, but if I do I will come here.

I just have to say that I would highly recommend this facility to any one who is looking for a storage unit. I find the location very accommodating with easy access to Rt 128 and 93 making it accessible to get to. Also, very happy with Brad who is always there to lend a helping hand and always smiling and friendly. He takes the extra steps that certain folks wouldnt and to me that means a lot!

Bob was very pleasant and took his time explaining all of the details to me and my fiancé. The facility is clean and well kept. I feel comfortable storing my valuables at this location.

I had this place as my second option due to pricing being a little more. I went to Public Storage first which was not a good experience. Couldn’t even park my car. The highlight for me here was location and service. I was able to switch to smaller unit on day of without hassle.

This storage facility is tip-top. Ive been a customer / tenant for 21 years. It is a convenient location with easy access off 95 / 128. Plenty of parking and dozens of exterior access doors. Most importantly, the staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. You will find all the help you need with Jasmin and Alex.

The customer service is exceptional at this site! Brad goes out of his way to always make sure you get a phone call right when your packages arrive. He even prints out the monthly receipt needed to submit, and takes the time to put it in an envelope. He and Sean make a great team and run things very professionally.

Renting multiple lockers was a breeze with the assistance of Brad and staff. Weve received excellent customer service after moving in as well. This place is a hidden gem and visiting is actually a good time! The hours of operation here differ from most facilities, but that is not a reflection of the wonderful staff. Id highly recommend this facility for short or long term storage.

The level of class I was shown from the employeess here is something you just dont find anymore. For one person, to so just go out of there way just to do something nice for someone. You just dont find that level of class. They can put storage spaces all over Cummings park. Doesnt matter. Its all about the class of people. And you guys nailed it!!
