My mom really wanted a new refrigerator, and had for a long time. The problem is limited space in our condo. We finally found a REALLY NICE Whirlpool with French doors and tons of space for a unit that is 30wx30dx69h (roughly). The unit is beautiful and we never would have found it without Isaiah! He even got his manager Darrell to throw in a braided water line. The fridge is stainless and looks like a $2500 unit. It has water and ice and an LED panel with all kinds of options. It is the NICEST LOOKING $2300 FRIDGE we have just got for around $1300!! Delivery is $80 + $10 for haulaway of the old unit and $10 to hook up power and waterline (we already have water installed on our current fridge).So thank you Isaiah for taking the time to help my mother and I by going in the back and measuring units for us until one fit. Thanks again to Darrell as well.Everyone was professional; and the store is clean and organized and face masks are optional...FYI.

So after calling in two different states and getting bad customer service I called the Woodbridge Va store and was given the most courteous and professional customer service from a sale rep there by the name of Isaiah. He took his time to make sure I understood the policy the quality of the item. By far the best customer service I ever had.

Went in looking for a new table for the small dining room we have and the wife loved this one. Got some help and after talking to Denora one of the sales representatives I was able to walk out the door with this table for a little over 200$ which is half of what it was advertised as! They have great customer service and I will definitely shop here again soon!

3 stars for Corry, who is a gem; a world of knowledge, and gives you all the time in the world. Other than that, not much to see here as far as kitchen equipment. If you can live with some very noticeable damage to a fridge or stove, for your use, than it may work for your need. That said, they did have some brand new washer / dryer options to choose from in white. Very low inventory as well.

Darrel and April were extremely helpful and genuine and I had a very pleasant experience with them. They had exactly what I was looking for for a fair price. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!

Just did furniture shopping at American Freight for dining room furniture, living room furniture, and a mattress. Furniture shopping during a pandemic can be a nightmare due to the uncertainty of availability and deliveries. Had to wait for a month for the table I originally wanted but ended up going with a table that I ended up loving way more. Non of this would be possible with Darell’s outstanding customer service. I have been dealing with him since day 1 of my purchase interest. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Rather it be updating me as pieces of my order came in and setting it aside, or giving me updates on if the most current trucks had my furniture. He even worked with me on looking at other tables that were available as well as contacting other stores to make my order right. His professionalism was outstanding. His customer service was remarkable. I kid you not I probably have called and went to the store atleast 10 times in a month time span. And every single time I was taken care of in the most professional way. Darrell is sincere, genuine, and beyond nice not a single time did he get frustrated, rather always went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He set up the delivery schedule around my convenience, the delivery team were outstanding too. The guys were super cautious and careful bringing the furniture in for me. I haven’t dealt with furniture delivery where they are so cautious of bringing in the furniture in to my home, they made sure no damage was done to my home and no damage to the furniture. They ensure everything was okay, originally one loveseat had an issue and brining it into my home. But once again Darrell and the team ensure to make it right and few days later they were back with the right piece. I will recommend American freight Woodbridge and Darrell to all my friends and family.

Darrell is truly best in class on customer service and professionalism. After several failed attempts to find in-stock appliances at various stores (Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.), we were able to find what we needed at American Freight. The selection is excellent and prices are even better. Darrell went out of his way to help us locate appliances suites for two kitchens! We are so grateful for his help.

This place is ok if you dont mind a few dents and scratches, but something the dents are pretty bad as are the scratches. You have to be careful and take your time looking things over. Some of the prices are fairly good but definitely price check other places as well. Seems the extended warranty is fairly expensive ( we were looking at fridges). They have furniture, mattresses etc all new this place used to be Sears outlet. So yes it is worth a look but do your homework.

This place has good deals on appliances and a friendly staff. Alex took great care of me. When I purchased a dishwasher and it did not work they exchanged it no questions asked.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..... They really dont deserve the one star rating. I first wen to the Silver Spring store where the service rep there was more interested in putting money in his pockets under the table with no warranty. I told him I needed a warranty and no thanks. After that he was like well we dont have nothing. I left and went to the Woodbridge, VA store. The young lady was very pleasant but the older guy was upset because he didnt get the sale. I called back to speak to a manager and the older guy answered and wanted to take me through a series of questions instead of just letting me speak to a manager. The store manager Chris was in the back ground but never ever came to the phone just listened to the older guy send me around and around. So, because of their actions. I AM CANCELLING MY ORDER. THEY DONT DESERVE MY MONEY

Chris and Darrell both provided amazing customer service. We recently purchased a dryer without knowing if we purchased the warranty. Our dryer stopped working so we returned to the store for some sort of resolution. Sears transitioned their system and there were no electronic records of our purchase. Darrell went above and beyond to find the actual paper invoice on the date we purchased. This lead us to discussing our options with Chris who was so helpful in us getting a new dryer. Great team work and customer service. I will return based on my experience.

I recently purchased a king mattress and sheets. The experience was very good because of the pleasant help give by Alex and Daryl. The assisted me a make the right selection without pressuring me in to a purchase that I may not have desired.

Absolutely terrible experience. I originally ordered a refrigerator online that included haul away of my old machine. After 6 failed attempts/no shows I was told it was in their system to deliver but the warehouse manager said there was an undisclosed issue and the fridge could not be delivered. It took another 3 weeks to get my refund on that original purpose. Shame on me because I gave them one more chance and purchased a different machine from them. This time it was delivered, with a large scratch, which was not disclosed in the original listing and a leaking water dispenser. I called the store the day following delivery and they told me I had to have purchased some BS protection plan. Half the time I called and was left with a bust signal because no one bothered to even pick up the phone. Unquestionably the worst experience with any retail establishment I have ever had in my life.

The washer I bought is defective and they refused to give me another. Kept telling me it was Sears problem. The rep from Sears was very helpful and told me they have a lot of problems with this store. After awhile even Sears gave up trying to work with them and replaced it for me. Avoid this store at all costs. I just wish o could post a review with zero stars

Signing up for TEMPO is a complete scan. They have been charging my account 500.00 a month even though I have satisfied the agreement and stating that I still do not own the item and need to pay additional monies to purchase it. I was encouraged to sign up for this program while I was at the store and the Manager never made me aware of this. I waited for my item for 6 months to be delivered and they delivered a broken dishwasher. I can not believe the dishonesty with Sears Outlet and TEMPO. Pay attention to your statements. They are a coordinated group of crooks. I will never use either company again. Come and get your junk. I am reporting them both to the BBB. This game has got to end. The customer service is terrible.My total purchase price was 2597.00. TEMPO took 2967.00 in 6 months. They had payments scheduled for automatic payment for 18 months. My grand total would have been 8,901.90 for a refrigerator and a dishwasher???? I could have purchased a car. I am still fighting to have the difference refunded but at least they stopped the payments as they had March payment pending.

Corey was the best, Our Fridge stopped working and we needed a new one ASAP. My dad bought a fridge to replace it and my mom hated it so after we returned that fridge at Lowe’s my mom and I went to sears outlet and found the fridge she wanted at a great price and in very good condition. Corey was the best and he took very good care of us. He really knew what he was doing and he made sure the fridge was at our house the soonest it could be. When the men came they set up the fridge pretty quick and carefully. Love this fridge, The manager was pretty amazing too and he really appreciated me helping out my mom that he worked out a little extra deal for me. Such great staff!

I have recently fallen in LOVE with this store. I walked in unsure of wear to even start and the Assistant Manager Darrel made sure I had all the information I needed to adequately make my purchase. I ended up buying two couches and I am soo excited! They are amazingly comfortable and everything I wanted/needed. Quality furniture at an affordable price! I will be back ASAP for my washer/dryer.

I always dread having to shop for new appliances. I was pleasantly surprised when Denorah greeted my husband and I in such an amazing manner. She was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in helping us make the right choice based on our budget. I will definitely ask for her again when you go back to replace our stove!

10/2/2018 Update:My review has gone from 3 stars to 2 stars: as you can see, THREE weeks after my review (below), the District manager posted a response encouraging me to reach out to the him and a colleague via email to discuss the issue. I thought my review feedback was pretty clear, but nonetheless took Sears management up on its offer.I received NO RESPONSE after I emailed Maurice and Chris on September 13.Try calling the store at the number listed on the website and see if a sales associate answers. Purchase an item from the Sears website that advertises an item as IN STOCK and see if you still get an email that thanks you for your order, but warns that Sears still needs to confirm that the item is ACTUALLY in stock.Busy folks who are shopping around for a good deal on a quality product dont have time for this nonsense. These issues are systemic, the responsibility of management and should not be attributed to otherwise hard working and courteous Sears employees.******************************************************A couple of simple improvements and this could be 5 stars. The good: price, clean store, helpful floor staff. The bad: no one answers the phone at this outlet, after a day of waiting for a confirmation email for my purchase of a dryer, I had to call the General Sears customer support line to get them to send me a confirmation email that the item I had purchased was in stock and that the purchase was completed. The initial email merely confirms that you have placed an order but conditions the sale upon Sears confirming that the item is in stock at that particular Outlet. Meanwhile your credit card has been charged as if the purchase has gone through.

The only downside about them is that they usually take forever to pick up the phone. But besides that. I’ve seen negative reviews about Chris but he’s actually just a very straight forward person. He wants to ensure you get the right appliance that you need. Thank you Chris. My mother in law and I are completely satisfied with our new washer and dryer!

We purchased a lawn mower, Washer, and Dryer from the Sears Outlet in Potomac Mills, Woodbridge, VA. The appliances are very reasonably priced, high quality, and cheaper than other stores we checked. Our salesman, Chris is the best salesman we have ever had. He is definitely a seasoned employee who knows the workings of the appliances he sells, the inventory and what machine works best for his customers needs. He is very courteous and friendly. We sent our daughter to him to purchase her new washer, dryer and refrigerator. She is just as pleased as we were. Thanks much Chris.

This store caters to poor people by preying on them. They lure you in with low down payments and monthly payments. They cost 2-3x as much as they should. I saw a severely dented up refrigerator for nearly $4k!!! That is highway robbery. Sears.com was way better deals.

The staff was super helpful, I went in to find a fridge for my new home after moving from San Antonio. Had a budget of 950 dollars, but after talking to one of the employees I think her name was Kristy or Christie and was able to walk out with not only a fridge but a washer and dryer too for only 800$! Will be shopping here again in the future when my wife says it is okay to buy a new riding lawn mower.

Yes, the staff is small and busy setting up customers with the financial arrangements for their purchases. However, we had a very pleasant experience. The saleswoman was not rude or pushy. She let us take our time in making a decision for our purchase (refrigerator). She also advised us with regards to Sears extended warranty, which is highly suggested.We ended up with a refrigerator that retails for about $5000 and will only pay around $2400 with an extended 3-year warranty.I feel that Sears Outlet will be a place to visit for future appliance purchases.

My husband and I arrived at the outlet as they opened with a tall order for appliances for two kitchens. Chris was very helpful and gave us time and space to look at all of the appliances and make a decision. He was knowledgeable about the appliances we ended up choosing and we walked away happy.

I went in to look at at a washer/dryer and refrigerator. The staff explained the prices and that they are a scratch and dent store. My 1st concern was if the prices were worth the dents. It said 40% off but some of the prices were still high (in my opinion) for the condition the were in. The furniture was priced affordably, but I was sceptical about the appliances. The prices were nice, but I just felt like they shouldve been lower.

If you are in need of any appliances this should be your first stop. I have a particular family member and Alex did such a great job taking care of us. She made the whole process super easy and smooth. Definitely highly recommend!

Some furniture and other things like lawn equipment.Store poorly staffed with bored undertrained staff.If you can cope with the circumstances, you could get a good deal, but check the retail before you buy. We bought brand new cheaper. Be aware that some items are new and undamaged.

We first got a dryer here, but it did not work at home. I returned it for another one. The staff was very kind and fair; all stars are for the staff, except the last one because I asked if the first dryer works for sure and I was told they are all tested before they go on the floor for sell, maybe I got the odd one first but I would still return to this store, the second dryer works great

I tried to purchase a refrigerator from the store, just to have it delivered damaged beyond recognition. The sales team are awesome, I just do not agree with the delivery process. I found the perfect Samsung black refrigerator, just to be disappointed with the delivery process of such an expensive item. The refrigerator was delivered with scratches, dents, and it was uncovered after I watched with my own eyes as one of the stock person wrapped it with tape and a blanket. I am still in search of that elusive black refrigerator, and I do have faith that the Searsoutlet will be the place where I will find the best deal.

The website was not helpful. There were not enough people to help. The web had two different pics of the appliances we looked for and the appliances that the site said was in the store was nowhere to be found. And yes, we checked the sold items.

The appliances here are a joke. Everything is dinged heavily. They put a fake high price and discount it.Never buy here. For example a $2000 fridge will be marked up as $2600 and then a 800 discount so that comes to 1800.Infact you get 10-15% discount.You are better off buying at best buy or other places where their open boxes are better with no issues

I live in Richmond VA and we have a SO but, its not even a fraction as nice as this Woodbridge location. This store was clean, all the ceiling lights worked, the displays were straight, clean and tidy. Chris was very professional and represented the company well. Richmond is a dump and good luck finding someone who wants to help. Unfortunately, I had to deduct two stars because the loading guy somehow damaged my wall oven somewhere between where it was on display to my vehicle? And it was damage to the front which, is an area thats visible once installed. If the product wasnt damaged, 5 stars

I called the night before to ask about 18 GE dishwasher, I spoke to Asst. Manger Darrell Beale (so professional, helpful and pleasant).He checked and said they only had a Haier but it was brand new for $439. Darrell held dishwasher overnight for me.The next day I met Alex and Chris at the store. OMG to of the nicest salespeople Ive EVER met. They even said if I donate $10 to make a wish Sears would give me 30%. I even bought the 3 year insurance, which I never ever do. This was one of the best shopping experiences from beginning to end.

Just stopped in briefly to find other items and was impressed with the choices of appliances and lawncare machines they have. There were notices on the doors to say that these stores were not part of the Sears bankruptcy. They were under different management, so I felt better about that, too. Im going back in a couple of weeks to look more carefully.
