Appliance Magic is a company I will recommend to anyone who need appliance repairs. They repaired my stove and it’s working like new. I tried everything but nothing worked. I asked a few specialized owners and nothing worked. Thanks to Appliance Magic, I’m a happy person. Thank you Appliance Magic.
Appliance magic LLC technician are really good, professional and highly skilled. In past 6 months, they repaired several appliances in my properties with 100% satisfaction. Their rates are very reasonable and I am very happy with their work. I highly recommend them.
If I could give negative stars I would. We were assigned Appliance Magic by AHS to fix our refrigerator. Aqeel showed up, said it needed Freon and that he would call AHS to have it taken care of. He called AHS but not to take care of the issue. He called AHS and canceled the service call. AHS made us start over and put in another service request. Read other reviews and in my personal opinion it appears that if you are not connected to AHS you get good service and if you are, you get mistreated.
Aqeel is amazing and has serviced our properties for over 6 years. He is an honest, affordable, and skilled repair technician.
AHS sent me Appliance Magic to repair my stove at my rental property. My tenants updated me saying the stove wasn’t fixed.I didn’t get any updates for 4 days after from this company or the technician that showed up. I called them and also the technician back multiple times but couldn’t get a hold of them. I even texted the technician. No response.I then called AHS, and the very next day morning my ticket was closed. closed the ticket without fixing the Stove. I called Appliance Magic again and finally a lady answered and she said the stove is fixed and I told her it wasn’t. But the lady on the told me they can’t do anything and to call AHS.You close the ticket without doing the job and when I tell you work wasn’t done, you tell me you can’t do anything about it?? SERIOUSLY??You are gonna rob the customer without properly doing the job???They sent an unskilled person to do the job. I’m not sure what this unskilled person did but the stove exploded (see pictures) causing more harm.If they don’t have a skilled person to do the job then they shouldn’t take the job from AHS. There’s a family in the house with children without cooked meal for over a week and who knows for how long.I’m definitely filling a complaint to AHS so this company shouldn’t be allowed to do the job and looking forward to possibly a suit. We all work tirelessly to earn money and you should too. Fooling people by sending unskilled technician is simply wrong.DO NOT HIRE this company.
Fantastic service! On time, had proper covid PPE. Was the first one to actually use soap toLocate the source of the gas leak in my oven. Mr Noor was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend. They were the THIRD repair service to try to fix the leak.
So I have had two appointments with them the first time the man had to come and find out what was going on he looked a little unsure how to fix the problem. He was trying to call to find out some information and no one answered and then he look like he was going on the Internet to figure out how to fix the problem. The second time he brought some parts and looked like he knew what he was going to do but said that he got the wrong parts and that the company would be calling me in the next couple days to set up another appointment while he went to get the right parts. Well I just got a phone call from another company today because they now got the contract to do it. So the new company will have to come out and evaluate the problem and then come a second time to fix it. That means that I have four appointments altogether with two different companies. Even though I’m a stay at home mom I have a lot of appointments and obligations and it’s very difficult to get all the things I need done when I constantly have to wait for people to fix these things. I decided to call this company back and ask why I was reference to another company and what the problems were so that the other company could have the information. The woman told me to just call my insurance company and they weren’t responsible anymore and I told her that the man said that he would come back and it was easy to replace. Now granted I was a little upset but she just kind of went off and yelled and I was trying to get answers and I feel like this company has a very bad customer service on the phone when you try to ask for information and I don’t know how often they do this. When I called my insurance company they told me that the man was unsure of how to fix the problem. I don’t understand how it takes two appointments to tell the customer I can fix it with some parts and then give up. I am not happy with this company & have already informed my insurance company on their rudeness.

They told me they were going to come on a Saturday from 11 - 2 PM. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they come but they never show up or call. I called them but no one picks up the phone. It’s 2 pm now and I’m posting this.
Had to deal with them due to HSA home warranty. first call out they didnt actually fix the problem with our dryer but just told me what was wrong and I ended up having to do it myself. second call out they were replaced our ice maker. didnt test and left. now water is shooting all over the place in our freezer and they wont answer calls.
Been waiting 3 months for them to actually repair my dishwasher. We are on round 3 of ordering parts to repair a 20 year old dishwasher and now they wont answer the phone or return our messages. We were assigned them via AHW as well. Buyer beware.
Poor customer service I had to slide my dishwasher out myself bc the tech was a older man who complained about his back and comp refused to send help or another tech when he returned after weeks to put in part he spent most of 4hrs outside on the phone for help he still didnt fix the dw I wouldnt recommend or use them again
I called asking if they had a heating element for a dryer, which they did, in stock. Wasnt busy when I came in, maybe do a little tidying up around the place but the gentleman who helped us was very polite and made us aware to check to see if there was a problem elsewhere before putting the part in. Defenitely will be coming back... of course, to pick up another part.
Terrible experience. They caused a water leak in my refrigerator and could not fix my dishwasher. Like other reviewers, Appliance Magic was assigned to fix my refrigerator and dishwasher by American Home Shield. They could not fix the heater in my dishwasher and caused my refrigerator to leak while fixing something else. I dont think the technicians at Appliance Magic actually know how to fix anything and American Home Shield sends the worst companies to do repairs. Dont use either companies.
I bought a washer and a dryer with a 45 days warranty. From day 1 the washer makes a horrible noise that even the neighbors can listen. When i went back they asked me to bring the washer myself so that their technician could repair it... those are the company requirements. Money thrown to the trash.
I was assign a technician from AHS to come out and fix my oven and the tech said he couldnt fix it because the part is hard to find. He told me my gas range needs to be replaced. I looked up a wiring diagram to see what part it needs. I bought and fixed my oven myself with no experience and these guys couldnt even fix it.
