I placed an order a month and half ago. First it took forever for you guys to ship the product. Then finally it’s here but I was missing one of my order. After I called you guys multiple times, they finally sent me the replacement order, claiming that they will make it a priority order. It took another two weeks. Then finally my order is here but the range is damaged. I had to reject the order. When I call, I was told there is nothing they can do until product returns to the wearhouse. I called twice to request to speak with manager or someone in charge. However, I was told there is no manager, I will get a call soon which I never did. I have a baby at home, I trashed my old range because I was expecting new one to be here over a month ago. I haven’t been able to cook at home over a month and it’s causing very much inconvenience in my life. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I think this company is a fraud and I either want my range or I want my money back! I will never recommend anyone shop in here. I will make sure to post this in all social media so people can be aware of this company is not legit.

Just bought a microwave to replace my old one. I like the appliance just fine, but it came in with scratches. The shipping process was not as straightforward as I expected. I was also surprised that the the delivery people did not have masks to come in for the installation. They didnt complaint, though, when I offered them masks. All in all, buying was easy, the price was fair. Shipping and delivery, not so straightforward. Installation was great. w

Ordered a range that was backordered, it was ready to ship before we were ready for it. Customer service was great, they held onto the delivery for a few weeks until we were ready. Delivered with no issues, the delivery drivers were very communicative with a time frame. All around great, seamless experience.

Excellent customer service (especially Pamela, who took a great deal of time to research a parts number), quick response time, and status of delivery updates every 30.minutes (nice because everyone is suffering COVID delays). Appliance Connection has good pricing, I will not deny it. However, their customer service and install service is, in short, a DANGER.I ordered a new stove from them. And paid for the hook up kit and install service.Unit arrived. The guys who delivered it did the install, and could see there was a problem. They were having an issue hooking it up. It seemed they were having a problem making the new stove fit the old stove hook up. I told them if they needed a part go and get it. After an hour of working on it, and having scavenged a part from the old stove, they said it was done. It worked. All seemed good.Until an hour later when I smelled gas. I dismissed it at first and then was still there an hour later....after a while I grew concerned, and called Appliance Connection. Their advise was to shut off the gas and they would send someone out...within the next TWO WEEKS.Well, I could not wait 2 weeks. And instead called my regular Plumber who came in. He showed me where they tried to FORCE A FITTING on the hook, and then tried to seal it with Plumbers Putty. In 30 minutes, he has it fixed, and all great.Called Appliance Connection to get a refund on the install. Showed them the Plumbers report and the part they tried to force fit. They claimed it was a defective part on my side.....I REPEATEDLY explained that the part was NOT defective. But you cant force fit a Gas Hookup. I showed them AGAIN the Plumbers report showing Improper Install. They then stopped responding to emails.Bottom line, do NOT use their install service. If you have an issue, be prepared for BS. Because actions like this will eventually hurt someone seriously, and their lack of willingness to step up says A LOT.

I purchased a Napoleon built in gas grill and couldnt be more happy with the purchase. The price of the grill was competitive with other sellers; however, it was not in stock with most places. I was able to find it in stock and get free shipping. I had the grill delivered into my garage less than a week later. Ill be coming back for my next appliance purchase. Thanks!

We have purchased several large appliances from Appliances Connection (online) over the last 10 years. Each time we have received great service, even during the height of COVID. This last purchase was quick and easy as usual, but the delivery was better than ever. They had their own delivery people drive to Maryland from their store and we got our freezer a day early! The gentleman making the delivery made sure everything was unpacked and cleaned up, as well as putting the freezer right where my husband wanted it. They assisted him in inspecting the unit before they asked for his signature.This is exactly why we return to Appliances Connection when we need new appliances. I was searching for a tough to find 24 wide, counter depth refrigerator on google and landed at appliancesconnection.com. Found what I wanted for $300 less than any other listed price for a beautiful Summit unit. I also ordered an LG double oven range and a Summit dishwasher. Delivery was free and tracking was accurate. All three units are beautiful and the kitchen looks great.

We were looking for double wall ovens and not having much luck. A friend recommended Appliance Connection. It was a great experience. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find exactly what we wanted.

This is the closest to a criminal enterprise that I have ever encountered. We attempted to buy a washer and dryer and made sure they were IN STOCK, they took the money pretty fast but after 3 months of no delivery and repeated complains and calls (always a different explanation from each representative), decided to cancel. Stay away if possible.

Ive ordered a dryer and fridge through these guys. They had the cheapest prices I could find, and included free white glove delivery, which basically means theyll hire delivery bring it to the room of your choice and hook it up. Couldnt be easier. One thing to note, the estimated ship date is when they begin to ship it out, not when it gets delivered. It wasnt an issue for me, and my appliances still came quickly.

As a contractor during these difficult times we have experienced many material shortages and delays. Appliance Connection has been on time and in stock with all of my needs. Great communication as well with the delivery and extremely satisfied to say the least!

Look elsewhere if you need customer service….I was looking to replace my entire kitchen suite with high end appliances plus buy a spare refrigerator/freezer for my garage. I live in Arlington and some of the local appliance stores and the big box stores didn’t have the greatest reviews in terms of delivery. Appliance Connection in Woodbridge was rated pretty highly so I called to see if they could assist with such a major purchase without going into the store since it was difficult for me to get there (not to mention Covid). The sales person said they do that all the time for customers in my area and DC and would be happy to help. She asked that I send her information about what I’m looking for, dimensions, ect which I did. The first email exchange was great, but after that I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get assistance. Like send multiple emails and if no response after a week, call. I basically had to to beg to get assistance. While I was able to measure the spaces for all the appliances and even sent my current appliance dimensions (which I had from the manufactures’ product manuals), the sales person recommended I have her delivery team come out and measure since there’s a tight turn on the stairs between the first and second floor. I agreed and thought the $85 fee was worth it considering the hassle of a refrigerator not fitting up the stairs on delivery day. A few days later the delivery team came to measure and refused to measure the stairwell or even the front door clearance. They said they only measure the space where the appliances fit. I said I already had that and I purposely set up this appointment since the turns were the questionable part of delivery. They didn’t measure the clearance of my kitchen island, the path the appliances had to go to get to the kitchen ect. The entire “appointment” took 90 seconds. They wrote down the measurements, and said they needed to give them to the salesperson. Basically I felt like a fool and I just wasted my time and money. But I thought at least the salesperson would know I’m serious about purchasing since I paid for the “measurement appointment.”Well I was wrong. She did email a few days later to say I could only get the same size refrigerator that I currently have and to send her a list of items I’m interested in. Before the measurement appointment I said I wanted a French door style refrigerator from three specific brands and emailed 10 serial numbers with web links of items I was interested in. Due to Covid shortages and back orders, my choices were unavailable which I understand and do not fault Appliance Connection.I don’t generally need a ton of handholding since I tend to do research before I purchase major items, however in this case I expected some level of assistance and customer service. I would think it would be the sales person’s job to recommend some options especially considering the supply issue. I responded back immediately requesting that she send me some options that are available to order based on my preferences provided before the measurement appointment. That was over a month ago and I haven’t heard anything since.A customer shouldn’t have to work this hard to get assistance before the sale and I can only imagine if I had an issue during/after delivery, after they took thousands of dollars, customer service would be nonexistent. Generally companies work hard and are helpful before a sales transaction, and it’s only after they have your money are you ignored.The whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. While I’m not happy about wasting the time and money for the measurement appointment, I’m thankful I was only out a few minutes of my time and $85 compared to what a nightmare it could’ve been if I had an issue with the appliances. Not only did Appliance Connection lose a big sale on my behalf, I have several friends in the midst of kitchen remodels that are also shopping for appliances and friends who work in real estate so it’s too bad this wasn’t a more positive experience.

6 Stars. Update: they called regularly to let us know everything was on schedule. They arrived right in the delivery window. The service guys were friendly. They leveled the stove, walked us through things, explained the accessories, swept and even asked to mop. (We have white floors.) I will be a long term customer.Previous review: Im very impressed. We needed to replace our 20yo appliances and having seen my parents drama finding a fridge, I was really worried.Because of Covid shortages, I was concerned about availability, etc. I bought based on a balance of what can we get within the next month or so and features. The price was fair - until I got home and looked it up online. No - the price was insanely low. I checked the model number twice to make sure it wasnt a mistake. Wow. I was stunned with the price. I never would have considered this model but the price was less than a much lower model at the big box stores. Were talking a $1400 range for around $700.

We have now purchased several sets of appliances from AC - from a full set of GE Cafe for a home, to two different sets of LG washers/dryers (different properties). Always prompt customer service and friendly/personal salespeople (most recently was Adam, hes great). I give a budget and what I want/need and they work hard to put together a package of appliances that meet those needs and within our budget. Cant complain! Also the last delivery was super prompt and seemless. Not great comms on the shipping status, but a snow storm kind of threw things off and it still was great.

Meme is a dedicated and exceptionally helpful salesperson and we would never have been able to buy this refrigerator without her help. I felt that she listened to me when I described what we needed, and she sent me options in my exact price range that I really liked. I felt like I could trust her from the first time she called me.Delivery was on time and very professional during a time when being extra careful is vital. After waiting two weeks for an install estimate, Appl Connection did not show up during their promised window (2-6). And this is a really big window in todays world to expect us to just hang around. I called at 5:20 to ask for an update and was told that department was gone for the day and no one could provide any info. At 6:20 the tech called and said he was heading our way, but was 40 minutes away. I wished him a good evening. This is a real shame as we have dealt with Appl Conn. many times before. I expect better from service organizations. If you are running late call and let us know. Give us shorter windows like 2 hours. And have someone in the office to coordinate and handle issues during your business hours (they close at 8 tonight). Or have someone on call. This is really not that hard to do these days with the technology available.

The delivery service is terrible, but finally I got the refund after multiple calls.

These are the friendliest and most knowledgeable folks when it comes to appliances. They take their time to learn about what you are looking for and make fine suggestions within your budget without any pressure or upselling attempts.

Found what I needed, good value, very flexible in organizing shipping when we wanted it. We had some logistical issues towards the end (truck arrived a different day), but overall satisfied so far, now we hope the appliances will last for a loong time :-)

I placed my order on November 30th, 2020 with Appliances Connection conversation was short and to the point, because I had did my homework on the items. Appliance Connection works with a third party called YF Logistics to deliver its items to you they are great and friendly folks! If any items are damaged the delivery folks will take a photo and place a call on your behalf to get replaced. This issue happened to me and all three of my appliances were replaced. Be patient due to COVID some items are taking longer to arrive to the US, but once they arrive its shipped out. Appliances Connection has a great tracking system also to keep track of all of your conversation and uploads of picture.

The team at Appliance Connection is absolutely great. They are extremely knowledgeable and they offer great products at great prices. When we purchased all of our kitchen appliances as part of a complete kitchen renovation a couple years ago, Mark Romeo was instrumental in helping me pick the right appliances and explaining the pros and cons of each model. We later purchased a washer and dryer for our house and again Mark was extremely helpful in our selection. They also help us purchase a new washer and dryer for our daughter and went above and beyond with delivery and installation. If our business needs new appliances, Appliance Connection is the place we go. It is a locally owned family business that is very active in the community and I would much rather support a local business than a big box national change. I highly recommend them!

We were scheduled for our washer delivery today Oct 9, 2020 between 5:30-9:30pm. They never came and never called up saying they won’t be coming to deliver. Just wasted our Friday evening. What type of professionalism is this?!?!

Poor service, delivered damage product now not accepting it back nor fixing the issue, also poor delivery service. Take many weeks to deliver. Please avoid doing business with them.

Although I had an excellent experience in Feb with my purchase of washer/dryer unit, todays experience was unspeakable. My daughter in law and I went in the store for her to buy a dish washer. No one acknowledged her, talk to her, welcomed her. There was one dark haired man who was waiting on a customer who acknowledged me and told me someone would help my daughter in law. There was a woman saleperson waiting on a customer. But the rest of the staff (4 plus induviduals) were talking and laughing near the cash registers. After 15 minutes we left even though she had found some washers of interest. What was so obvious was while all customers who were acknowledged were middle aged white women, my daughter in law is Hispanic. Is this really the reputation Appliance Connection wishes to promote?

Chris promptly sent me a very competitive proposal for 5 new Monogram appliances formy kitchen upgrade project. Chris was straightforward, reasonable andflexible to set up measurement, delivery and install dates that fit myschedule. His communications with me by phone and emails weretimely so I always knew what to expect and when. The delivery andinstall crew were also excellent and as customer focused as Chris.Even the accounting side was expeditious in issuing me a credit foran install fabrication fee which, once on site, the crew decided did not need be done. I had such an outstanding experience with my new kitchenappliance purchase that a couple of weeks later, when my old laundrymachines broke, I called Chris and Appliance Connection once againmade a very competitive offer and delivered/installed icy new laundryin just a few days as promised. I highly recommend Chris Higgins and his company Appliance Connection.

Several monthes ago I ordered and received a kitchen aid dishwasher from Appliance Connection. The salesman was very helpful and the whole experience was good. Very pleased with the dishwasher. So of course when my refrigerator stopped running I immediately contacted the same salesman... long story short...decided on a refrigerator as there were not many to choose from. Ended up with a bousch 2 door with bottom freezer. Within 24 hours of installation the problems started. Only way to get ice is through the door. Nothing worked. No ice. No water. Then all food started freezing in back of left side of refrigerator. Threw away over 200 worth of good. No response from appliance connection. No response from bousch. Finally found a private service who were very pleasant. After almost 3 weeks ice maker was replaced. Have to turn refrigerator up to what I consider a not safe temperature to keep food from freezing. Ice is still touch and go. Having owned and operated a business in prine William county for more than 35 years I am very disappointed in the outcome of this experience. Will soon need a new oven and washer dryer. Really do not want to repeat this scenario again!! Customer Service is extremely important to me!

Looked online and found a dishwasher listed as in stock. Plenty of quantity. Ordered and my credit card immediately charged. A week later I received an email to call them about my order. Sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone came on tell me that the item is discontinued and they don’t have it at all. Very disappointed. Hoping for quick refund.

So far so good. I am waiting for the delivery of my refrigerator. The order process was super easy and straight forward. Ive mostly been impressed with the email communication- from updates, to order details. Theyve been very communicative through each step and I really appreciate that!

Dont be intimidated by the sketchy parking lot and exterior. The spacious showroom inside is clean and easy to browse. Labeled prices are high but they will match pricing from elsewhere. Delivery cost depends on your location so can be cheap or expensive. Melanie was an excellent sales person and helped us to navigate the bewildering number of features and options. They can also order appliances that arent displayed on the floor.

If you tell them your requirements they are great at matching you with the appliance you are looking for. They offer candid reviews on all the products - the pros/cons of each so you know what to expect.Additionally, they have a wide variety of options to choose from and they even sell select floor models if you are looking for a great deal. Delivery and setup was a breeze - our fridge was installed perfectly and professionally. The delivery team even explains what to do in the first 24-48 hours (tossing the first few batches of ice, etc.).The store itself is pretty basic - dont expect anything fancy. Its a warehouse type of feel, but again - everything worked out great!

They set up the new refrigerator carefully and efficiently and took measures to prevent damage to the house while bringing in the new appliance and removal of the old appliance. Cant believe this i walked in and was looking for a fridge and freezer and no one not one person offered help, ask me if I needed anything. 20 minutes of looking at people at there desk (5-6 woman) thebthe male talking on the phone at the door just looked the other way was a customer of those place years ago and didnt return because of this and it has not changed at all just maybe not be interested in making money ????

UPDATE: I wanted to update my review instead of just deleting it. As the Gen Mgr pointed out, they are often mistaken for another business and this is the case in this instance. The Appliances Connection that I am having issues with is out of Brooklyn NY and not associated with the Woodbridge Virginia business. I apologize to the owners and customers for any issues that my review has caused. - I will delete my review after giving this update a chance to be read by the owners and any perspective customers.

Me and my wife went there and were greeted my Meme she was great from the start took us right to what we came to look at and was able to answer any question we had. We ended up finding a great over-the rang Microwave and look forward to having it installed.

I highly recommend Appliance Connection. I went into the store thinking I was going to buy a specific washer and dryer. I spoke with a sales representative (Will) and he listened to what I was looking for. I ended up leaving after buying an amazing washer and dryer and spending a lot less than I expected. Then on delivery day, I ended up not having a 110 outlet. The delivery crew left an extension cord for them to pick up after I have the outlet installed! Appliance Connection is a stress free and money saving experience. I won’t go anywhere else for a household appliance.

Just purchased a Sharp microwave drawer, paid 1200. Two days out of the box already stopped working doesn’t even heat up water. Called AC was told it had to be repaired thru the manufacturer. Don’t want it repaired, expect a new one under any reputable reseller return policy. Confirmed with Best Buy they would have accepted the return even out of the box. CHris at AC wanted to argue they wouldn’t claiming he was a manager there. Acted like he was doing us a huge favor but it was our fault bc we threw away the packaging. Certainly never expected it to stop working two days out of the box. Thankfully we learned of AC return policy correction. Their lack of one!! so buyer beware!!!! Experienced this same thing with a kitchen aid dishwasher we purchased with them several years ago. It had to be replaced just three years later. Not sure if they get the second hand run but realizing now something is up. Stick with someplace reputable like Best Buy.

Rob and the rest of the Appliance Connection team are awesome! We bought a full suite of appliances here for new construction, and the process was transparent, the people were great, and issues that came up with the builder were handled seamlessly. I cant imagine going anywhere else for our future appliance needs.

Website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. website even offered coupons that I was able to apply to my order. Looking forward to receiving my new washer.

There were issues that no one could have anticipated and they were determined to do an excellent job and make sure we were satisfied. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! From pricing, communication to deliver crew to installation...all around 10/10 marks for this company! The installation crew even fully inspected the new unit and found a damaged internal component, got it covered and made a prompt rescheduled date for replacement. I wont use anyone else from now on. Best appliance experience ever! They take great care of you. They have so many options and the pricing is extremely competitive. Scott Brotten took great care of us when we were doing a kitchen reno. Answered all of our questions and made great suggestions. We got exactly what we wanted for a great price. I highly recommend this store!

We made the mistake of purchasing a floor model oven in March of 2019 from AC. Since then, we have had a Whirlpool technician to our home 6 times for repairs because the control panel of our oven is not working correctly. We alerted AC (Charlotte, the person we bought it from, a nice lady) to the issues we are having, but she said it was our issue with Whirlpool because its under warranty. Now I am locked in a battle between Whirlpool and Whirlpools contracted technicians (Via Appliance) to fix this issue, all because AC sold us a lemon and then washed their hands of us.The kicker: Whirlpool has a service history of our oven dating back to before we owned it. The previous owners had service done on it twice..... because the control panel was not working. Never buy an oven from Appliance Connection.

My experience with appliance connection was 5 stars. The appliances arrived on time with no issues with order. They even notified me that I had rebates available, when calling I spoke to Shorena and she assisted me with getting the rebates and processing them.

Not too bad. Limited inventory, though. The guys seem to pretty much know their stuff.

Very knowledgeable customer service team - my rep found me the best price and model of washer and dryer to fit my needs. I have used Appliance Connection for two large appliance purchases in the past year and been pleased both times with the service and process.

We had a great experience. Appliance Connection replaced all of our kitchen appliances. We were referred to them by an friend and contractor after we had problems dealing with another store who wanted over $10,000 up front weeks before the installation. We wanted to only pay half initially and half after installation. Appliance Connection not only agreed to this but beat the other stores price by a significant amount. The 2 gentleman who came out to do the installation were hard working and courteous. They had to cut out some granite to install the new cooktop and trim down a cherry wood cabinet for the double oven. It took nearly 9 hours but it was a perfect job. We highly recommend them.

Its our go to place for appliances. They do not over sell or under sell. They figure out what you want and fit it in your budget. They have bare bones to all the frills. Id be hard pressed to see someone beat their prices and if they do, give them the opportunity to beat it. There are some folks who said they did not receive customer service for issues with appliances. What they need to do is contact the manufacturer. Viking, GE, Samsung.... Call the manufacturer for warranty assistance. Anyway, were happy returning customers and will return again. Ask for Yuri!

I recently purchased a Laundry Center from Appliance Connection in Woodbridge. Even being out in D.C the crew showed up exactly on time and were very professional. My salesman Ray was also very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly suggest this company to anyone looking for appliances.

Appliance Connection is wonderful. They furnished the appliances in the kitchen house I grew up in, and then furnished the appliances in my sisters kitchen as well. They set me up with a great washer and dryer, and when I was one day away from my warranty being up, I overloaded the washer and it shut down. Appliance Connection sent out a tech to diagnose, and repair the problem, in a timely manner. I would refer them to anyone!

Go here, even if you dont buy! So I am an avid, Depot and Lowes shopper. You can get the same or better pricing here as with Depot or Lowes. Thats not the biggest advantage though. The best thing about this place is they actually learn details about what they sell. Most hardware store employees may work in appliance one day, but somewhere else in the store. They are not experts in appliances. They are there to sell and help, but it may just be a part time job for them. Not saying there may be an exception here or there, but at Appliance Connection, you can easily find staff that knows every little detail. From knowing that certain parts for a certain brand is high fail or maybe that part is made in Mexico. Or perhaps they know that a model is being revamped due to a poor valve design. The point Im trying to make is they know what they sell. Last tip- dont ever buy a Samsung appliance...just stick to them for TVs and phones!

I dont even know where to start with these guys...they are amazing. My old Miele dishwasher died on December 13. Kaput. Too old to put money into repairing it. We had a houseful of guests coming December 21. I needed a dishwasher pronto! Went to a big box store beginning with L the same afternoon because Mieles arent always easy to find in a hurry. Bought a Kitchen Aid, maybe it will be as good as a Miele. Big box store sent ridiculously unprofessional and obviously inexperienced installers at 6:30 in the evening, December 18. Dishwasher didnt really fit space but they didnt measure ahead and all but tried to sledge hammer it into place and clearly wanted to be done for the day. Damaged our custom cabinet in the process. OK, Kitchen Aid isnt going to work. Now to find a Miele...every local dealer that I spoke with said they had to order (7 to 10 days, maybe longer because of the holiday) then schedule the install probably 7 to 14 days after that. Miele had a $200 rebate deal going as long as the dishwasher was purchased and installed before December 31. There was one local dealer in Warrenton who had them but just refused to deliver to Chantilly, VA. I tried ordering from a couple of the online appliance dealers who just flat out lied about when they would get it here (the promise of before December 31 changed to mid-January after I placed the order). One (the one who has a similar name as Appliance Connection which must account for the couple of bad reviews here) has a particularly bad reputation on Yelp which I hadnt checked before ordering because I was desperate for this particular Miele dishwasher. Friday morning, December 27 I called Appliance Connection. Spoke with Chris Higgins. Explained which dishwasher I wanted but told him I realized I was never going to get it in time to get the rebate...but oh, well...still needed the dishwasher. He said, Wait! Were going to make this happen! We have the dishwasher, well put you on the delivery schedule for Monday, December 30 so youll be able to get your $200 rebate. Honestly, I had my doubts after getting the runaround from so many others. But as I write this, on December 30, my beautiful new Miele is installed (to perfection by John, who DID measure first and was so very meticulous with the install!) and my rebate form is submitted. I will never buy another appliance from anyone but Appliance Connection as long as I live in their delivery area. Which will probably be forever.
