Appointment was at 9am. I was there 15 min prior. At 8:59am was told to wait a couple of minutes to walk inside. At 9:17, I was told to come inside. Can’t leave during installation of the device. Took about 2 hours, which is not bad. Rep was harsh at first but nicer while in the process.

Great communication and service. Reasonable prices. If ever in this situation, Id recommend Smart Start.

This was a great ignition interlock device initial appointment to install and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and informative and really took the time to do a great job. I want to say his name was Chris B from what it looks like on the paperwork I was given. Polite, professional, calm and organized. He even made some very strong suggestions on some other non-related issue I had with my car that is completely separate from the interlock which I thought was really cool and some great advice. This is my second time on the ignition interlock (in 2008 and 2021) both times were very good but my current visit with Chris B for 2021 was an even better overall experience. Bravo!

My moms and I experience was amazing at the Woodbridge Smart Start! Our Service Technician Justin Gibson was extremely patient and informative to every question or concern my mom and I had about the interlock system. His customer service was extraordinary and even recommended a different head unit which was easier for my mom to use and pass the required tests. My mom was extremely happy and Justin was awesome from start to finish.

Outstanding people. I had an interlock installed on my motorcycle and they sent a technician from Fredericksburg to do the installation. Professional job, courteous and helpful people. The interlock works fine on the bike and they even accompanied me next door for a State vehicle inspection. I can’t say enough about how great they were.

Unhooked my windshield washer which is a safety Hazzard. Installer did not wear face mask at anytime.

Give them a raise! They are Great.

I was told it was a 3 hour job and Im still here 6 hours later ....got here at 8am and now its 2 and the car is still not and I have to be at work 4 which Im not dressed for and not to mention my home is an hour away ....Im very disappointed to say the least
