My couch was just delivered and I could not be happier with the entire experience I’ve had with Bob’s. A few months back, I went to the Woodbridge store to look for a new couch and was greeted by Joe. Joe was the perfect salesperson. He gave me enough room to browse around and take my time, but was never too far away if I had any questions. Joe was kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The delivery process was a BREEZE. Bob’s communicated the date/time window for delivery and I was able to “track” the delivery throughout the morning. I live in a high rise apartment building and the two man team that delivered my couch were superstars. From freight elevator to “have a great day!”, the process took about 15-20 minutes. The couch is in perfect condition. They made sure the couch was exactly where I wanted it and were incredibly efficient. I am so impressed with Bobs and would definitely recommend!

I really liked the ability to walk around and just look without high pressure sales. Joseph is a fantastic and pleasant professional that I loved dealing with. He had a smile and engaging personality with the customer in mind. He took his time and answered our questions as well as looked up prices. I’ll definitely go back to Bobs.

I bought a couch at bobs on 6/01/2020. Started complaining in April of 21” While speaking to customer service they kept offering me a gift card so it wouldn’t have to be fixed I said no I wanted it fixed. 1st appointment was set due to the couch getting stuck when reclining. The first time the technician came out he said they needed to order a part because a mechanism was bent. We waited a month for the part. When the part arrived we had to schedule another appointment. When the new technician arrived he unbent the part instead of installing the new part. He said the part did not match but put in the notes that he replaced the part. We still have all the parts in a box. We called them out the next month and the tech unbent the part again. The 3rd time he came he didn’t do anything cause he didn’t observe it sticking. July 31st the tech came out and actually assessed the couch and said the cause of the sticking was a broken frame. He said it needed to be replaced They won’t replace it cause it’s no longer covered by the warranty and the frame wasn’t in the notes before. They gave us a gift card for the poor service. Had the technician done what they were supposed to this would’ve been caught in April. So now I have a broken couch. Every time I talk to customer service they claim we are out of warranty April vs June 1 21 expiration date on warranty. This has been a nightmare and wasted money- we also paid 199.00 for good proof which covers nothing. 2,100.00 wasted !!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I give Bobs Discount Furniture five stars because of one person, and thats Alicia. Shes experienced, straightforward, and works miracles for her clients. That said, theres a young man named Manny who needs a lot of training, but dont let him scare you away. Just ask for Alicia, and youll be very happy you did.

I get a text every two weeks telling me that there has been a delay on my order that I placed back in April.Every person that I have talked to (about 8 different people both at corporate and in store) gave me a different delivery date. There is no consistency and at this point I don’t even expect they’ll be able to deliver it this year. I am now stuck with half of a couch.I understand that COVID delayed a lot of shipments but don’t lie to me telling me to expect it two weeks from now when you and I both know that it won’t be delivered. Bobs is suppose to be cheap and hassle free, but you all are acting like a shady company.

Service here was amazing! It was a very quick process to purchase new furniture and schedule delivery. The delivery was on time and prompt. The delivery team was very quick in their installation and removed all packing materials from our home. They connected electronics and showed me that everything worked and how it worked. I am very pleased with the service I received and will return in the future.

After looking at all the furniture stores in Woodbridge, Bobs really did have the best deals. Alicia, was the sales associate who helped us. She went above and beyond, she did not pressure us and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. It’s very obvious that Alicia cares about her customers. I’ve already spoken to her a few times since our order, she called me personally to update me on the shipping times. I highly encourage you to ask for her by name!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Definitely do not recommend shopping with them. No one is able to tell you anything. They are not helpful. My furniture was scheduled to come July 14 when I reached out they said it was available for pick up. Then I was advised that the Information provided to me was incorrect the piece was not available it will be available august 6. After reaching out to them again they are saying that the sofa was sent to the wrong store and will now be available September 4. I spoke with 3 different people and they all told me different things. Definitely the worst experience ever dealing with a furniture company.

DON NOT Make the mistake That I made! BOB’s should be out of the business because they have no system to confirm the delivery date after four months of placing the order besides Their cheap furniture !!! I bought a sofa set online in June 2021, and I was told that I had 24 hrs to return it, but when I decided to return it because it was not well made and defected, they said. No, you have to take the store gift card or upgrade, so I made another mistake choosing to upgrade. Since then every couple of weeks, they say your delivery backorder for next month. Eventually, they asked me to take half of the set in Oct. Another half on Nov .15 that’s insane :(( please go out of the business as you can’t deliver the minimum customer service manner !!! By the way, most of the staff in this store are not friendly, but they want to sell yo!! Very poor customer service. I wish I could give you Less than zero!!! I cancel the upgrade and I have to live with my mistakes!!!!

Norman is an awesome sales person, upon entering the Woodbridge, VA establishment we were treated with a smile and welcoming attitude. After explaining our needs he allowed us to review the furniture (sofa/loveseat); answering our concerns while remaining patient we made a decision and he was quick to contact a manager whom finished the details.The manager discovered an issue and stated they would have to talk with accounting and get back with the following day. All is well, we would like to thank Norman and the manager (think her name is Monica).

I was scheduled to pick up a table at the store, but the truck was delayed. I decided to wait. I ended up waiting over two hours. The management team was very attentive and were genuinely remorseful that I had to wait so long. The actual store manager personally helped unload the truck to look for my table. Eventually, I left to return the next day. My table was not on the shipment! Again, I received nothing but attention and regret for the mishap. As a consolation, I received complimentary white glove delivery of my table two days later!Moral of the story, accidents happen. It’s how you deal with the situation. Bob’s in Woodbridge is AWESOME!

Alicia always goes above and beyond for her customers. She went above and beyond for me to get my furniture. I had a great experience with her, but bobs itself can definitely count their days because when you order your furniture expecting it to be there on the day they tell you .. I mean the updates in your emails and text messages are great, but for them to keep changing delivery dates is non sense. We expect whatever we ordered on the day told. It’s not fair that people wait for months on in waiting on something we ordered. The furniture is nice and reasonable .

I have enjoyed our product a lot but DO NOT LET THEM CON YOU INTO BUYING THE GOOF PROOF. They have literally rejected ALL claims we made. One I understood because the damage happened during a move. However, my table and chairs took a beating during lockdown with having two kids home and trying to keep them busy and educated. Due to the virus I didnt want anyone in my home, but now that we are fully vaccinated and kids are back in school full time, I was ready to file my claim but they wont do anything about it because the damage is accumulated and not a single incident. They essentially wanted me to make a report for each incident right after it happened, because They were open during the whole quarantine. I didnt file claims because I didnt want people I didnt know or trust to be healthy in my house. Especially if they were working and mixing with the public as she stated they were. After pointing out the verbiage in the contract, I asked for her to point out the verbiage in the contract that mentions what happens in a lockdown or during a global pandemic. Needless to say, she couldnt. So Id recommend Bobs for furniture buying, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE GOOF PROOF PLAN!!!! It is an absolute waste of money and they are nothing but disrespectful to paying customers.

Upon purchasing my furniture sets the staff was nice. The delivery was delayed as we all expected so that wasn’t a big deal. I like the furniture I did receive. The issue came when I had to cancel an item that was no longer in stock. First of all I was told I couldn’t cancel over the phone so I had to drive down and do it in person and that was inconvenient. A few days later after checking my account the refund was short a couple hundred dollars. This was back in February and I have called multiple times to get my account corrected. They admitted fault and said my account should display a refund in a few days. I haven’t seen a dime! It is now mid April and they are still giving me the run around. They will promise to call you back and they do not follow through. Double or even triple check your receipt and make sure to get an itemized copy of your invoice if you decide to venture into these dangerous waters!

The pandemic has ruined Bob’s Discount Furniture store. We bought a bedroom set in November 2020 and were told that it might take up to 8 weeks for delivery. We weren’t in a rush so we were like yeah that’s okay. Then delivery date kept getting pushed back and back. Every time we would call to ask when the new delivery date would be, we were meet with bad attitude. Anyhow we waited and finally got out furniture in April, 2021. But the delivery people were missing a bold for the bed and the mirror. So the bolt for the bed was delivered after two weeks and we are still waiting on the bolt for the mirror. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any type of business. They promise on a delivery date they can’t fulfill. There is no way to hold them accountable. They will take your money and be like you just have to wait. I don’t care what kind of discount they have... I will not be taking my business back to this store. For now I will wait on a bolt for an order I placed and paid for in November, 2020. Please be careful before spending your money here.Sorry what do you mean next experience... I am still waiting on the parts for the order I placed on November. It would be more helpful if you could complete the current order.

I can’t say enough bad things about my experience at this store. My wife and I are in the process of building a home and we purchased a sectional during 2020 Black Friday sales to take advantage of reduced prices. The salesperson we bought the sectional from was very nice and we emphasized to him that we would need the furniture held until about July 2021, as that was approximately when our home would be completed. He told us this would not be a problem and all we had to do was call back a few weeks before our home was completed and they would set up the delivery.A couple of weeks ago, we got a more accurate date of completion for our home and I decided to call the store to let them know we were ready to set a delivery date. The customer service representative told me multiple items from the order we placed were on back order and would not be available for delivery until at least October 2021, which was completely unacceptable based on what we were told when we made the purchase. I also want to emphasize we were never notified of these items being placed on back order. We only found out when I thankfully called expecting to set a delivery date.We went to the store the next day and spoke with the store manager (Floyd) who said they would not be able to complete our order at all because the company stopped selling the items entirely. He told us our salesperson has been off work for over a month and the store had no way of auditing prior purchases to notify us the sectional was no longer being sold. I’m not sure I believe that, but if it is their practice then it is terrible customer service and enables situations like the exact one we experienced. It baffles me that a company would stop selling a product and not even think to notify customers with pending orders for that item. Regardless, the manager was at least apologetic about what happened and told us it was unacceptable and I should look around the floor to see what else they had. The problem with that was furniture is significantly delayed right now due to COVID-19, we made our purchase during Black Friday sales when the items were much cheaper than they are currently, and when we did find something that sort of interested us, all they were willing to do was waive the delivery fee ($300), which wasn’t nearly enough to cover the cost difference. When I asked what more they’d be willing to do, we were told “the prices are on the back of the sheet”, which is displayed at each set of furniture in the store.At that point, we had had enough and decided to request a refund. When we went to the counter, nobody was there. We waited for about 10 minutes for someone to appear from the back to process our refund. The person who issued the refund didn’t even ask why we were requesting a refund, or if there was anything the store could do to keep our business. It didn’t surprise me that he didn’t care, judging by how the store’s employees didn’t seem to care about us in general since they knew we weren’t making a purchase when we walked through the door. Most of them were sitting around on the furniture near the entrance watching movies on their cell phones while we were looking around the sales floor for a possible replacement item.I can’t emphasize enough how terrible the customer service is with this company. I’m glad I called when I did because luckily we were able to get a refund and take our business elsewhere in time for our home delivery, but it still cost us a lot of money unnecessarily because the store failed to deliver on our purchase, or even have the decency to pick up the phone and let us know the items were undeliverable. I’d never recommend anyone I know to purchase an item from this company.

Do not do not buy anything from them, they sent us the wrong bed frame. My husband called customer care but because the sales associate, Paul, put in for the wrong bed frame, even though we confirmed while we were there for the correct bed frame, we now have to wait for them to rewrite the order and deliver it again, when we already waited a week for this one to show up. Do not waste your money with these people.

Not enough staff so they would come to you and run to a second customer keep you waiting an extra 15 or 20 minutes each time you wanted to ask something.At the end when we finally decided on our sofa 🛋 we were told that it will be shipped in 2.5 months!!!!Because of the time spent we decided to purchase it and went online and filled out the application and financing that they offered through Wells Fargo.To our surprise we didnt receive any email confirming our purchase!We called Bobs furniture and they confirmed that no order has been placed but we have been approved for purchase.Next day we went to another Bobs furniture store all the way in Woodbridge, a 40 min driveThis time they said you have been approved but there is a hold on your account by Wells Fargo and you have to call them during business hours.We finally decided to purchase our sofa from another store with faster delivery and cash.Now recently we received a mail from Wells Fargo asking us to call them or else we will be suspected for fraud😡

Their company deliver policy is awful as they stated on three separate deliveries in July 2021 it is not their job to move their Mattress So they expect customers to move their own beds. Their only responsibility is to get it to your doorsteps. They were told if the area was not cleared to just drop it off. I had to put together my own bed. I highly dont recommend.

I had the amazing pleasure of dealing with a CSR from this location named Christina. There is no way I could be more impressed by her knowledge and willingness to be as helpful as possible. This experience was truly the standard by which all CSR interactions should be measured. If the owners/ managers read these reviews. Do not lose her as an employee. She is a rare shining star. She deserves at least 3 raises and should be fast tracked to management or training so that the rest of your staff can be half as skilled as she is. If I could give 50 stars, I would. Keep up the phenomenal work Christina. I will not forget how well our transaction went. Ive already told peers and family how great my experience was.

We are very pleased with how Alicia took care of us in picking out our sectional, answering our questions and setting up for delivery. She’s a very sweet lady. Unfortunately the delivery was canceled and we were not informed. I tried to call several times that day to see what happened and no one picked up. The next day I went to the store and talked to a man named Angelo and I explained what happened the day before. He then told me that it’s his fault that I was not informed that the order was canceled from being delivered at that time. He stated that he was very busy and did not have time to reach out or answer the phone. I was offered a loner couch “free of charge “ but when I asked more questions he finally told me we would have been charged a delivery fee for the loaner?!? So we did refuse it.

Our overall experience has been frustrating and unnecessary. We bought our king bed, automatic frame and headboard back in December. Since that time we have waited 5 months for our complete order. To add insult to injury, we would told on three separate occasions that everything would be delivered and even got our confirmation email and text. We put on lives on hold waiting and nothing ever showed. When I would call customer service I would get the runaround and no one could give us a straight answer. After this horrible experience the only discount a Bobs is the customer service.

Placed an order for a couch and love seat over a month ago. We were told that the items would be available on 1/21/2021 and would be delivered on 1/28/2021. As the availability time passed, we heard nothing. So, with the delivery date approaching, I tried to confirm the delivery date on the website and only got a status that my order was not found. Finally got in touch with someone at Bobs Customer service and find out that our items now wont be available until 2/6 and wont be delivered until after 2/23. A months delay in delivery! The scheduled delivery is this coming week and we havent heard a word from the store! No one called to tell us that there was a delay or provide any update.I had a bad experience with Bobs when I lived in New England. I thought I would give them another shot, but I should have known better! Theyre customer service was horrible five years ago and is still horrible today! Stay away!

I’ve never been so extremely saddened at a retailer in my entire life. I placed an order for the scarlet dining room set and was told I’d have it within 7 days. Next I get a call that the chairs weren’t available. I was fine with that and just opted for the table itself and to refund the chairs. I was told via text tracking that my entire table order was on the truck for it’s scheduled delivery today to find out I was only receiving the top half of my table. After speaking with Four customer service reps, I then am being told the base of the table is on back order and won’t be delivered until after Dec. 30th. So I ask that they please come get the top of the table and refund my money and they said they wouldn’t and would just not deliver the base of the table but now that the top is in my home, they wouldn’t pick it up?? So I started this journey having bought an entire dining room set to now only having one half of a dining room table. This is absolute insanity. The guys on the truck knew that the entire order wasn’t there and insisted that the night loaders didn’t include it. They not one time mentioned the other half was on back order. So sketchy and shady! Save your money and your business. Take it elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache and pure frustration. Thanks for such a delightful Xmas present, Bob’s!!

I would not recommend, wish I had read these reviews. I purchased just a sofa to try them out. It has been a painfully punishing experience. First, I was not informed the sofa had a weight limit. Second, it was delivered with several weeks of delay. Third once received a brand new sofa we sat in maybe 3 times if that, broke. When I finally got a tech to come in. Guy doesnt know what he is looking at. Trying to order parts that are not broken. Is a design flaw. Metal was too thin and not ridged enough causing recliner mechanism to designated. So because of there policy I have to proof is not repairable to return it for credit to get something else and restart the painful cycle. Save yourself some headaches stay away from this store.

I ordered 3 rooms of furniture in early August, assuming that it would arrive in time for my move in early September. Turns out, ordering furniture during a pandemic is extremely challenging. Fortunately for me, Joe, at the Woodbridge location, was in charge of my order. Joe checked in with me frequently, kept me informed about when to expect delivery, and scheduled numerous delivery dates to get the furniture to me as quickly as possible. In short, he was wonderful! I plan to buy more furniture next year, and will not hesitate to buy from Bobs because of this experience. The furniture is gorgeous, and its backed by exceptional support.

This entire experience has been a headache from the beginning. We purchased our sofa back in July. The only time I received a phone call was about a week later when they said it would be delayed until the first week of September. That was fine, I had no problem waiting. Once the first week came around, I called to get an update on a specific date and time only to be told that it’s been delayed till September 17th. Not great, but I could wait. It upset me that no one ever called to fill me in. Fast forward to a few days before the 17th, I called to get an update and was told it was pushed back to the first week of October. Now I’m upset because I ordered back in July and this is the second time I had to call to find out it was delayed another two weeks. Fast forward to today, I decided to give them another call to see if they could get me a more accurate estimate. Mind you, the last time I spoke with someone she was supposed to speak to the merchandiser and give me a call back with a more accurate date. Obviously that never happened. Anyway, I called and they tell me it’s not estimated to be delivered until October 26th! That’s 3 months away from my original order date. Of course I get that it’s the manufacturer delaying them, but why would you have the sofa for sale online if you clearly can’t seem to get an accurate date and it keeps getting pushed back by 2 weeks every time I call. And that’s the other issue, why am I the one calling to find out it’s delayed rather than you guys providing me with an update??? The woman I spoke to on the phone this last time was definitely getting snippy with me and I get it, after this many issues I was definitely getting upset but I told her I know it’s not her fault but this is ridiculous and the fact that no one has offered any kind of discount or solution at all is really just poor customer service at this point. I am currently waiting for the manager to call me, who was supposedly going to call me back in just one minute (it’s been 20 so far) so I can get my refund. Who knows if I would’ve ever even received this sofa. Don’t do business with this company. They clearly don’t care about informing their customers of delays, taking care of their customers when things go wrong, or being understanding of the fact that it’s not on the customers if they have a sofa that’s unavailable still on their site. Oh and btw, when I spoke with the saleswoman to see what other sofas they have available, the only have one style and that’s the Miranda. So unless you want a dark brown sofa that’s 500 (offered me no discount or anything) then don’t buy from them. You’ll just be twiddling your thumbs wondering when you’ll get what you paid for.

If I could give 0 stars - I would. I will NEVER buy from Bobs Furniture again, and will make sure to tell all my friends and family. I bought a dining room set (table and chairs) on Nov. 27 with the PROMISE that the table would be here early-January, so a 6 week wait. I was ok with that. My chairs were available at the end of December, so I had them delivered thinking it would only be a week or two before I would get my table. Delivery updated to mid-January, ok, I understand things happen. However, my delivery date kept getting push back and now I may not get my table until April. I asked to refund my chairs and the table as I dont want it anymore, and they wont refund for the chairs and can exchange the table since it isnt in stock. They basically tricked me into delivering the chairs early, because I am stuck with them now. Chairs - and no table. Bobs DOES NOT hold up their end of the contract. Just today, I called and now want to send me the table legs, without the table top... When asked for a compensation for waiting a ridiculous amount of time I was offered a $50 gift card, but only after the table is delivered. With all this going on - I have not heard from my salesperson even once. It has all been by my own contact that I have reached out to get more information on when my table will be delivered. This is unacceptable. I have been without a table for 3 months now. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Protection Agency. Whatever you do - DO NOT SHOP AT BOBS, unless you want to be waiting 6 months for furniture and given the run around when you ask about it.

Awful quality. Refuse to stand by their products. Warranty is fraudulent. Will not cover broken frame of couch because it happened while you were sitting on it, and not during an accident. So if you want furniture that breaks while being used as intended after one year... buy furniture at Bobs house of garbage.

By far the worst store I’ve ever shopped at. My shopping experience was not bad, it’s the merchandise received via delivery. My night stand, dresser and vanity are all scratched badly while the bed is on while other level, it’s cracked, broken, the paint peeled off, I am convinced that this bed has been used before. I will be claiming my money back from back and list you guys are scam and fraud. Please check very cry thoroughly once you receive your furniture because if you don’t you’ll be disappointed the next hour and then there’s nothing you could do about it. They ignore your call and even after leaving voicemails they won’t get back to you.

My family purchased a defective rug through Bob’s Woodbridge location with several hundred loops releasing from the backing. The company acknowledged the defect and has approved a replacement. However, we are a Military family that has relocated from Virginia to San Antonio, Texas which is a 24-hour drive from the store and 14 hours away from the closest Bob’s location in Manchester Missouri. The store refuses to process the replacement without return of the old rug yet will not provide a return shipping label… Apparently per their policy the product must be physically returned in person and the replacement picked up at the same time. Upon making the purchase I explained that my profession requires frequent moves and I was assured that Bob’s is a nationwide company that cares about their customer especially those of us that serve. I have been working this issue since November 2020 with Mike, Floyd, and Monica (who is seriously lacking in basic customer service skills) at the store as well as several customer service reps and call center supervisors with no luck. I have also submitted a formal complaint via the Bob’s Support Center “We Care” email and have not even received the courtesy of a response. I expected more from Bob’s and DO NOT recommend giving your business to a company that treats customers this way.

I keep getting a run around with their automated system.Update: I wouldn’t order anything they say is “popular”. Extreme lack of communication. My experience was great! Worked with Nana to get a bed and mattress set and it was so simple! It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Bobs in Woodbridge nailed it.The furniture is great, sturdy, and affordable. I’ll never shop anywhere else for furniture again.

My delivery has been rescheduled 6 times now and I have been given the same excuse every time their suppliers could not get it for them. Yet, they are still selling the same product in store doesn’t make any sense if you are not getting the product from the supplier but you are selling more of them. Very poor service! I purchased a $2000+ mattress from Bob’s on December 7, 2020 due to a friends recommendation. We were told there would be a delay because the mattress we wanted was on backorder. We were told it would come in mid Jan. But we liked the mattress so we were willing to wait over a month to get it.January came and went... not a word. My wife called and they said they still had none in stock. They then said it would be Feb. We can be patient people, so we can wait, but it would have been nice if someone had called and said “we still don’t have your mattress...” Feb came and went. AGAIN NO WORD. The utter lack of comms was what was getting to us. My wife called again and they said March. As you have now guessed, the March date came and went. NO WORD! Finally when my wife called AGAIN. This time they said they had a date of April 6th. They did say they knew we had been waiting for a while so they would deliver to the house for free. So giving credit where credit is due, they did deliver it to the house and the delivery guys were kind and professional.During this same time our same friends told her parents about this same mattress. They ordered it in an Ohio store and got it inside a week. So Bob’s clearly had one in Ohio but didn’t want to ship it down to Virginia.I write this during COVID so I know there are a lot of slowdowns. I suspect this mattress is made in China so there is shipping time. But for the staff at the store to simply let us linger without any word three times shows a total lack of effort. Once they had our money, it seemed they didn’t care enough to keep us posted on the progress.Oh and side note. It is very hard to get someone at the Woodbridge VA store to even pick up the phone.Think we are done with Bob’s. Recommend going to someone who cares.

I relocated to Va from Ga in January and I visited several furniture stores. Needless to say that I barked upon Bob’s Furniture and I had never heard of this place. When I entered the doors I was greeted by this beautiful personality Delfina Ghayur, she was so attentive and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had a salesperson pull furniture from different places just so you can actually see your look come together before you purchase.My couch was delivered last month but there were some minor issues, so I called Delfina and she got to work. Yesterday I received the replacement couch and I am over the moon happy. This store has caused so much stress as a first time homeowner (as if it isnt stressful enough) simply trying to buy furniture! I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied, constantly disappointed and i am never, ever returning.I understand there is a pandemic making things complicated, but my issue is with the unreliability and customer service (sales experience was ok, never got a call to schedule delivery or even to let me know theres a longer delay and i had to call several times to find out). I have wasted countless hours trying to get a hold of someone. When I finally do get someone in the store, i am placed on hold and forgotten about until the line resets back to the main line and rings and rings again. The cycle begins, so I give up and try a different day. I simply call to follow up on things the staff promises to get back to me on or has applied to my account, but do not get calls back.Sometimes I think going in person MIGHT help, but I shouldnt have to drive 50 miles back for something so simple. 4-5 months trying to resolve this. I dont trust them, they have lied to me and not kept their promises when they have confirmed certain things have already been done.I have never left a bad review, but I am an honest customer and feedback only makes a business better. Management, please accept this review and implement improvements to the Woodbridge store if you want this business to continue to grow.Update---called the call center to see if there is any way they could get in touch with the store for me. He tried twice and even he couldnt get through. The phone rep also ended up leaving the line silent until I eventually hung up. I bought these couches in July.

I dont think Ive ever had a worse customer service experience. I ordered 2 nightstands and a dresser in the beginning of September, and decided to pick up from the store as at the time it seemed an easier and quicker option. Little did I know that I would have to wait a month in order to pick up the items, and when I showed up to collect them I was told that one of my items actually wasnt available for pick up for another 3 weeks. I was disappointed but there wasnt much I could do, so we went home.I proceeded to call the store on the indicated day to make sure my items were there, for them to tell me it had been delayed another month and someone neglected to call me to let me know. I was, again, very mad and when I asked for some sort of confirmation about my things actually arriving on that day, the woman indicated that there could be none. Two weeks go by, and I get a text message at 7pm on a Friday to tell me my things came a week early, and that I needed to come the next morning to pick it up or it will be sent back. I was able to hop on the phone and get them to hold it another week until the agreed upon date, but had any sort of common sense or courtesy been a part of this process, none of this would have had to happen.The furniture is nice, and is a solid construction, but one of the drawers is misaligned, so it sits at a slight angle and is not able to shut correctly.

My husband and I went to Bob’s to look for a new couch and 2 chairs. When we arrived we were greeted by Alicia and Kathy, who was being trained by Alicia. We started looking around and while they both were close by, they didn’t hover (which I liked) or ask us lots of questions. When we found what we were looking for they were right there to assist us in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Payment and delivery set up went extremely well.
