I purchased a mattress about 8 months ago from this same company, only at another store. I thought the salesperson was listening to me when I explained my back issues and how I am way too hot at night. Well.... 8 months later, I am looking for a new bed. This time I decided to come to this location. I am beyond glad I did. Tyrone was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say and made some recommendations. We finally settled on a mattress that neither of us thought would be a good fit. However, I have not slept this good in years. Not only am I getting better sleep, I am staying cool all night. This has been amazing. I could not thank Tyrone enough and you better bet that if I need another mattress for the house, I am going back to him.

Very Professional & Great Communication

Tyrone Kelly was an excellent salesman who took care of my every need in getting a Temperpedic adjustable bed to help with my sleep apnea problem.

I purchased a full size box spring from this place and what I actually received was a queen size which did not fit into my current bed frame. The cost of the box spring was $100 but they wanted more than half of that to deliver it to my house less than 5 miles away. I opted to borrow my dads truck to get the box spring and have a friend help me get it inside my house and up two flights of stairs. It was after all of this that I realized they gave me the wrong size. The manager admitted to me that he gave me the wrong product but would do nothing to fix it. I dont think I should have to drive another hour back and forth to get my dads truck, find someone to help me load up the wrong box spring, take it back to them, and figure out how to get the right one in my house all over again.They made a mistake and I think they need to fix it but the manager refuses. He is very rude and not customer service oriented. I would never step foot in this place again. I would give no stars if I could. Extremely disappointed at how unprofessional he was. Now they have my money and I have a box spring I have no use for and can not likely sell during a pandemic.

Needed a mattress quickly for visiting family but didnt want to spend too much money. I bought a high end mattress from this store a few years ago and went back to see if they had some reasonable prices. I ran into the store and Tyrone greeted me. I told him what I needed and he took me directly to what I was looking for. No pressure, no gimmicks. He assured me that the mattress was in stock and I can take it home that day. I ran to a few other mattress stores in the area (Mattress Firm, Mattress Discounters). Either the prices were too high or they had no stock on the premises. I went back to Tyrone and Mattress Warehouse. Although he had a few other customers, he handled all of us professionally and in a reasonable amount time. He was able to pull down the bed, help get it onto my husbands truck and check us out with no problems. Great job! Highly recommended.

Came in with my brother to shop for a mattress for my dad. Indian guy with the long hair was the associate there, he said to bring in our dad. I told him it was a surprise for his birthday, and he just went and sat back down. I guess he thought since were young we werent worth the effort. We were there for about 30 minutes, and he did not get up from his desk. Actually, him and the other associate were staring and laughing. It was very uncomfortable. Eventually we left because we were receiving no help. Ive heard from many people that if the associates here somehow get it into their heads that you may not make a purchase then and there, they are very rude and unhelpful. I thought Id give them the chance but I will not do that again. Mattress firm was able to help us no problem.

Nuwan was amazing. The deal he gave us was incredible and we have bought 3 other mattresses from him in the past. He even stayed an hour after their closing time to make sure that we were happy with the mattress and the price! No matter where I live I will always get my mattress from him. I had a fantastic experience, yesterday at Potomac Mattress Warehouse! The manager and staff were very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy during my purchase of two mattresses. I had not purchased matteresses in many years, so really needed their expertise to make an educated selection. Not only that, they saved me quite a bit of money with a military discount and other perks.

Nuwan and Tyrone were great salesmen! They were kind and personable, in addition to being very knowledgeable about the products. They didn’t rush us nor try to coax us into buying unnecessary items, but made sure we got mattresses to meet our needs. Staff is friendly and prices are decent however they fully BS you about their warrantys. Ill explain.. bought a mattress was told if it started to sag a certain amount someone would come out take a look at it and if it was more then the certain amount, I believe an inch, it would be replaced .Heres the problem the number they give you for the mattress warranty goes to a center where it either goes to voicemail or they take your number and never call you back no matter what .if you call the store they say they dont deal with that side of things .The mattress I paid 1600$ began sagging after 2 months. I weigh 220 lbs.. I would avoid this place and look for a shop with more secure warrantys.

Best sales man this place could have, he sold us an old display model at a discounted rate and he didn’t waste our time with showing mattresses out of their price range. Stopped in during the memorial day weekend and noticed the staff and management fighting with a sign waver, truly had no idea why these guys were being so mean to a poor sign waver I was disgusted with the sight of this and decided to shop else where. Stopped at the new Mattress Savvy across the street and while I was paying for my purchase I noticed the same sign waver enter the store frantically telling the sales person that he noticed the Mattress Warehouse people stealing his signs so he had to chase them down and when he did they were trying to pay him more money to help them remove the signs with them. I quickly realized what I was witnessing A big chain company trying to push around a small local business. I am so glad I left that store and made my purchase at Mattress Savvy. I just hate BULLIES I would not buy or give my business to this company even if they offered me it for free.

I came in on Saturday to purchase a twin bed for my daughter and Alex was there to assist me. He sold me a twin bed at an awesome price and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. I first purchased a twin mattress about two months ago. I was very pleased with the service. Nuwan was extremely helpful and knowlegable about what he had in stock. He gave me a price that was even less than what I budgeted for.Yesterday, without a word, he remembered my face and remembered what I purchased the last visit. I had to go back this time to purchase two full size mattresses. Again, great price, great quality! He was able to provide me with the same style mattress as the twin I purchased two months ago. He had one available to take home but the other will be available for pick up on Monday. He offered to have the other picked up in a different location near my home.......Now that is going above and beyond! However, even though he offered, I appreciate the service! I will be picking up the other mattress on Monday.

Alex O is the man!! We went in with very little knowledge and he was amazing! Gave us very good advice and was not trying to over sell us with something super expensive that we didn’t need! It was an amazing experience! He made sure we knew we had a 10 year warranty, 50% price match, made sure we were completely covered with everything we needed! We tested multiple mattresses and found the perfect one. I let him know I was not an impulsive buyer and I wanted to think about it overnight. He did not pressure us at all, we went home and were definitely set on it. Came back today and purchased our queen tempur pedic adapt mattress! It is perfect, we cannot wait to get it home. Make sure if you take the sleep/bed test that you ask to see the computer printout. The salesman said it would be easier for him to just show us the mattresses and he did not show us a single mattress on the list. He sold us one of the most expensive mattresses in the store because it was the one the computer suggested. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, the mattress didnt work for me and I had to go back to the store FIVE times to get a mattress exchange. Dont even get me going regarding the pillows. Of course, the salesman that sold us the mattress was long gone so every time I went into the store, there was a different salesman. And they didnt know anything about my requests - very little had been noted in their system. If it had not been for Husam who works in the Stafford store, Im not sure it would have been straightened out at all. He worked very hard to get everything resolved. I highly doubt I will ever shop at Mattress Warehouse again but if I do, I will be going to Stafford to talk to Husam.

My wife and myself stopped over at this location looking for a queen size mattress and possibly an adjustable base that sits low to the floor since my wife is disabled and has a problem getting in and out of bed. At first we were greeted by a guy with a ponytail I didnt get his name. He kept pushing for us to buy the Kingsdown Mattress which I explained to him was too high and certainly out of our price range. When I expressed the price range that I wanted to be within we felt that he lost interest in assisting us when he turned us over to another guy named Alex and then stepped out to have a cigarette. My wife and myself was appalled by this sort of behavior and will definitely not return to this location.
