Went there on Saturday to just look at rings. The sale and customer service was top notch. Im not an impulse buyer so I did have to walk around, try the ring on again and then go home only yo dream about the ring. I returned and purchased. The buying experience was great. Tiffany was patient and amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me several rings in that realm. Even when I drove the 1.5 hours back to the store she said you could have just called. I knew exactly what you wanted! Well, now I just wait on ring to be resized but based on her impeccable service, I will most certainly return!
The sales associates Jean and Karen were extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable and so patient and helpful. The service was impeccable and my partner and I had a blast with both associates. We are extremely happy with our purchases and will be forever Jared customers. When picking up the ring after sizing, Litza was just as helpful and delightful as the other ladies, this location was awesome. Thanks ladies for such an enjoyable purchasing experience.

My wife and I used the Jared Vault inside the Potomac Mills Mall in Woodbridge, VA. We had an exceptional experience with manager, Mark Ellhoury. He attended to our every need and ensured we could get the LeVian rings re-sized quickly in lieu of expected COVID delays. He made us feel like his premier and extremely valued customers which we truly appreciate.
I am being extremely generous with one star. I brought my diamond in for a check. The ring was fully in tact. The manager was looking at it under a microscope for a few minutes while prodding it to see if my diamonds were in tact. After a few minutes using her instruments one of the diamonds flew out. She said they would fix it but wanted to charge me $1500.00 to fix it and commented that I must of really hit something hard. I replied no, just doing my check up and you popped it out. I also pointed out that my contracted stated they cover any diamonds that fly come out. I went over her head and they said the manager said I came in with the ring in pieces and asked them to review the camera. They refused. I got the ring fixed by another jeweler for $150. This service was after spending a ton on money there. In fact, they do not deserve 1 star.
I recently visited Jareds at Potomac Mill Mall and was treated with great customer service from Karen. She was very patient in helping me to replace a lost ring. If you are looking for great customer service I recommend Jareds.

Worst experience I’ve had yet at Jared. My wife & I went in to have a band custom made to fit my engagement ring. We were told it would be about 12 weeks for the ring to come in. So end of February. I’ve been through the custom ring process before so I made sure to ask if someone would be in touch and keep us informed. The person we were working with said she would and gave us her number. Well long story short we never received any information on the ring. We contacted the associate and she was never able to answer us because she was off work or just wasn’t sure at the time. We were robbed of this experience for sure. We didn’t ever receive the model version of the ring, she never sent us photos which is sad because if something wasn’t right with the ring now we can’t change it. So eventually I called Jared and spoke to someone else and she actually said the associate DENIED the model ring, and there were pictures sent she just never sent them to us. So I asked that associate to send them and she did. Then I asked the delivery date she said it was shipped and expected delivery was Jan 31. Well Jan 31 came and we received no call. It’s now feb 5th and we’ve received no new information. I called our associate we were working with and got placed on hold for 10 minutes. Nobody came back to the phone. My wife text her and she said the ring should be there next week.. I told her what the other lady said and she said oh I will check tomorrow. Like this has been THE WORST experience I’ve had with Jared yet. I do NOT recommend using the custom service at this Jared.
I loved my experience at Jared’s I bought my wedding set 11 years ago and got their warranty it’s worth every penny. I upgraded my ring and went back to Jared’s the one in Woodbridge and had an amazing experience with Jean and Kendal they were so helpful, knowledgeable, personable and nice helping me pick out my new wedding set making it fun and enjoyable experience. Jean has been doing it for 21 years and is really good at what she does knows so much to make the process so easy. Jared gives you money back for your jewelry when you trade it in for what you paid for it to go towards your new ring. Their warranty is worth every penny!!
Wow wow wow -- what else can I say, Maya the store manager was stupendous and great in her customer service and keeping within our budget, which it didnt matter because with their discounts I was able to walk away with more than twice the value of our purchase, simply the Best.
I have made 4 purchases and one repair of an antique ring from Jared’s Vault and each time I left very satisfied. Jean the sales lady very very nice and helpful.

I dont understand the comments left previously. Every time I visit this store they are sooooo very helpful, kind, and so accommodating. Also this store is apart of Jareds so if you had a problem you could go to another Jareds. I feel like people must be reviewing for another jewlery store in the mall and by mistake electing this one.
My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here. The selection was beautiful and I love the warranty. The sales team were customer orientated and friendly.My fiancé paid upfront, so I can not comment on financing. I mention that because It looks like most of the bad reviews are regarding financing.We came here from a poor experience from Kay. Where there was no customer service and just cold bitter middle aged women that did not like life (how they acted to everyone from what I observed.)Do you want your shopping experience to be a good one? If so, go to Jared. If you want a poor experience, go to kay.
I was told that they would repair the ring or it would be replaced, per the LeVian warranty that came with my ring. They said they had to send the ring to LeVian to see if they could fix it and it would take at least a month. Fine, no problem, take your time. They said several times that it would be either repaired or replaced. I was told they probably wouldnt be able to repair it but per protocall they would need to send it away and wait for an answer. Again, fine, do what you need to do and let me know. I receive a call about a month later and the ring cannot be repaired. Ok, so when should I come get the replacement? Oh, there wont be a replacement. On the phone the manager I spoke to just kept repeating that it could not be repaired. I said ok, sure, I understand that but I was told at the store that it would be repaired or replaced. I repeated the whole story. She kept insisting that it could not be repaired. Finally she talked to the people who had spoken to originally and said they never told me it would be replaced. I said do you really think I would lie? I remember the conversation and I remember being surprised that I was told it would be replaced since I wasnt sure what the warranty covered. She just kept repeating that LeVian said it was not able to be repaired and that they didnt tell me they could replace it. I am wondering what the warranty DOES cover and how you are supposed to reliably buy anything when they switch up the story on you. Waste of time dealing with these people and expecting good results or accurate information
Great experience
My fiancé and I thought we had a wonderful experience until we received our first bill. $50-$60 dollars more than what we were told. Come to find out that we were charged interest when we were told by multiple people who work there that the weekend we made our purchase there was a zero interest plan for 36 months. Before we signed the dotted line we made sure our monthly payments were something we were comfortable with and felt that we could trust who we were working with. After we received the first bill I contacted Jareds through their online customer service chat and explained my situation, the representative told me there was no such plan and only a 12 month zero interest plan. All this being said we will no longer be customers of Jareds. If I could I wouldnt even give them 1 star.
