Solid Gold Cuban Link is dope! I purchased a solid gold Cuban link from PUSA and had corresponded with Aaron half the day prior to my arrival, b/c there was another link that I came across on Facebook Marketplace. However; it was sold and honestly I was probably was not going to be interested in it, but then Aaron showed me this $5000 chain and told me it was made in the store by their onsite jeweler. I was very impressed, because I just purchased a semi solid 14KT link from Helzberg Diamonds along with other pieces, but the chain (nice as it was) for $2700 after I talked them down, was no where as solid and heavy and Rocky like what I got yesterday. However; the link I got yesterday is maybe a half or full millimeter wider, but solid.Bottom line, the price was steep, but Praise God, I was able to drop it and step out of there. Helzberg (I like you guys) had something online similiar to what I was able to get for $4200, going for 7k and it was sold out. Aaron and the team there were great to work with and I will be there to possibly unload some David Yurman jewelry that I no longer weart. Good job Aaron and you belong there guy. Shalom.

Aaron Velasquez sold me a Omega watch. Got a great price for me. He is an excellent salesman builds rapport right away. I employee many people and I would definitely love an employee like him.

The bass was advertised on eBay for 188 and change, in store they had it for 209 and refused to price match. The logic being that the shipping on eBay wasn’t free so essentially it was a lower price in store. The employee, Dj, came up with several reasons why they couldn’t lower the price, one being that brand new it cost over 600.00. The bass is an Ibanez Gio, which is selling for 299.99 in multiple stores brand new, regardless of color (that was his other argument.) Guitar Center has the same model for 174.99 listed as better condition. Not only did the employee speak over me, refuse to listen to reason, and flat out lie, they were rude during the entire process. For being a first time customer, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

I saw an ad for a midi controller on Facebook marketplace listed as NEW. I contacted the seller who told me the item was being sold at a pawn shop. I drove over and asked for him. After purchasing the item I got to my car and realized the item was in no way new. It had smudges in various parts of it and some kind of gunk on the keys that could have affected the hardware underneath the keys. I spoke with Aaron again who refused to provide a refund. I argued with Aaron for a few minutes, who told me that they not opened the box. Another employee(maybe manager) came up and intervened. This employee was well mannered and understanding of the miscommunication. To my disbelief, he said that they did get the serial number from the item meaning that it was opened. This other employee refunded me and was very polite.I can’t speak for the shop as a whole, but Aaron was obviously dishonest and tried to convince me that I could not get a refund, when another employee overheard and immediately refunded me. I would avoid this place at all costs, I would not have been refunded if I didn’t press them as much as I did. I’ve reported him as a seller on Facebook marketplace as well.

Spoke to Aaron & because of him I drove 1 1/2 hr from MD to sell my brand new saint laurent with tags on still which purchased for $1600 with tax & I was told they’d give me only $500 For it. WHAT!? Ok my expectations weren’t to get retail price but atleast not such a lowball offer either ESPECIALLY for a brand new bag. Heather was less than accommodating and not pleasant. When I asked if I were to purchase a bag from them would they work with me on the price for my bag and she didn’t want to budge. Heather, next time try chewing your gum less loudly & with your mouth closed & have an attitude adjustment so maybe people will want to do business. What a waste of time. Aaron was nice and accommodating but because of heather I won’t be back.

The outside of the shop doesn’t look like much, but once you walk into the store it’s clean and well organized. Better than I expected. Better than all the shops in the area. Loans are quick, cash money at the end of the transaction. Just don’t lose your loan ticket. It’s $5.00 extra at pick up. Sissy helped me. She’s very quick and I trust that she’s giving me the best deal each time. I never have to question her integrity. She loves what she does. My go to pawnbroker. If you need something all you have to do is call them. They will help you or point you in the right direction.

Its a nice place but if you pay over the phone to get your item back make sure you go in and get your receipt or see if they can email you or you will pay and extra $5 for a piece of paper they dont tell you that but still a great place.
