Quinn’s Goldsmith is absolutely outstanding!! I unfortunately had my wedding, engagement, and anniversary band stolen. When looking to replace them, I couldn’t find a jeweler with anything in stock that spoke to me. I want to Quinn’s and showed Terry 2 pictures and asked him to merge the two ring styles together. The end product was pure perfection and EXACTLY what I wanted. From the welcoming people to the perfect and professional end product the process was seamless! Well I was really impressed with Quinn’s Goldsmith customer service and quality of work. I brought my bridal set for repair/resizing and I wasn’t too happy about final result first time. I left review and Laura and Mr. Quinn reached out to me. I brought my pieces again and Mr. Quinn fixed everything and addressed all my concerns. So I can definitely recommend this store and I have to say that the management do care about customers. And on top of that while I was waiting for my repair, I was able to browse around and I notice that Quinn’s Goldsmith has really nice and unique pieces, and I have to say the prices are good too. Hands down, one of the best repair places I have been too and great store as well.

Best goldsmith in the area; the work order prices are a small bit higher than the chain stores but 1. The work is much higher quality and 2. You get to speak with the person who actually does the work (rather than the other stores that send your jewelry out somewhere else for work). I have broken quite a few things, but Quinn’s can fix it all while respecting the original integrity of the pieces. They welded my wedding band together with my engagement ring as well, and I am blown away by what a great job they did! Thank you, Quinn’s!

I took my engagement and wedding rings in to be resized. It was a complicated process due to the amount of increase required and the intricacies of the wedding band design. Everything was thoroughly explained before any work was done, and the pricing was excellent considering how much gold had to be added, the fact that my rings are two-toned, AND the fact that a diamond had to be replaced! Not only did they do beautiful work, the rings were ready in time for a planned family celebration. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff (friendly, attentive, thorough) and the excellent work performed on my cherished jewelry. Ill be using them for all my jewelry needs going forward!

Quinn’s was recommended to me for appraisal of some family rings.When I went there I told the lady at the counter what I was there for and she said she could do the appraisal.I put two rings on the tray and then she told me how much it would be for one ring and the additional one.She looked at the one ring then turned to an associate who told me she was the gemologist.I mentioned that at some point I would have a necklace made that lady who first looked at the ring asked why I would get an appraisal if I wanted to have a necklace made? I explained that I wasn’t going to have a necklace made at that time.I was not comfortable leaving the ring so I said I would like it done today to which they told me a different price and I could pick it up before COB.I asked if I could make an appointment but I felt like they were in a hurry to serve other customers who would be making a purchase and that my appraisal was not worth their time. Someone prior had made a purchase of $5,000+.I was disappointed in how they approached the whole situation and would think that each customer whether you are buying a piece or jewelry or want an appraisal done would be given the same respect.I doubt I will be going back there.I also

Quinn’s treated me so well! I have found my jeweler.Wanted to do something special for my wife’s birthday, and with a recommendation from couple of guys in my family, I went to Quinn’s. My wife has a cheap $50 ring I bought on Amazon which she wore all the time. Because I knew she enjoyed it, I wanted to recreate it but with higher white gold, a gem birthstone, and a diamond. With a couple of pics from the internet, the Quinn’s team (MVP to Reza) recreated it and produced a lovely ring that impressed my wife (not easy to do with jewelry).Highly recommend! Outstanding customer service. They were accommodating to a unexpected schedule change when I needed my jewelry a day earlier. They resized my rings perfectly and I just love being able to wear them again. Thanks Quinn’s.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I brought my wedding ring in for a small side stone replacement. Was told my ring would be ready before I had my flight, when I called them to check in the day they said it would be ready after not receiving notification. Turns out they were closed. I had to spend 4 hours on the phone with the airline to change my flights. I came in to get my ring the next day and there was dirt under the diamond, it looked black. They had to keep it yet another day to clean under it. To compensate they waived the cost.When I got my ring I immediately left to run for my flight. I then noticed after leaving THEY DAMAGED MY RING! When I got home I took it to a different jeweler to assess the damage. Instead of replacing some of the metal for what was a worn off bead to hold the diamond, they cut out a chunk of the metal and forced it over the diamond. They destroyed the grooves, design and even the sides of my ring! Now I have to pay to have my ring repaired for the atrocious job they performed.

My fiancé and I wanted to shop for her engagement ring together. We searched online and the Quinns website offered several rings we were interested in. We definitely wanted to visit a store in person, and found that Quinns was not too far away. Our experience in the showroom was outstanding. We made it pretty clear early on that we were shopping at the lower end of the price spectrum for engagement rings, but we were still treated as if we were buying a $50,000 ring. The salesperson (I feel terrible that I dont remember her name) showed us several rings and quickly figured out our tastes. She did a great job of showing us things within our target price range. We were looking for something a little non-traditional, and she helped us find the perfect compromise that we will love for decades - a more traditional setting, but with a colored stone in the center. Terry Quinn made the adjustments we needed right away in terms of the center stone and the sizing, and also showed us the custom ring he was working on for a jewelry competition. We are so happy that we supported a local, family-owned business, and got the personal attention you can only get at that kind of store. We loved Quinns so much, we went ahead and bought our wedding bands at the same time since they were so helpful and their prices were so reasonable. Thank you for all your help, Quinns!

Quinns was amazing! My mom passed away and I wanted to wear some of her jewelry. Quinns perfectly resized a ring of hers for me, and they replaced an opal that fell out of a 3-opal set in my great-grandmothers ring. When I didnt like the match of the opal they used, they took the ring back and found another opal that matched beautifully, and didnt charge me for the re-work. The owner was very open and honest, and I appreciated his willingness to do that. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I had an amazing visit that left me feeling re-energized and relieved. I came in because I had my ring stolen which really upset me and I was nervous I couldnt find anything that looked like that stolen ring. As soon as I walked in, Osmarina greeted me and helped me along the way. She was nice and helpful during the entire process. Once I found my ring, she wrapped it up and gave me coffee cups and chocolate. She then proceeded to say youre family here and I even met the owner. It was one of the best experiences I had and it made me forget about my stolen ring which had so much sentimental value to it. I now have a new ring with even more value because of my experience today :)

Since we only sort of knew what we wanted (a sapphire ring with an antique look), Reza patiently guided us, coming up with options and ideas we never even considered. If I could give more than 5 I would! The customer service here was excellent. It was my first experience with them after I needed a necklace repair and every single employee was so nice! They said the repair would probably take about a week but I got a phone call after 2 days that it was ready for pickup which was even better. They said my sterling silver necklace would cost $20 for a repair but gave me a discount for $15 which was much appreciated because they didn’t have to do that! So there was an older woman helping me and honestly I almost walked out. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. But then a younger lady was talking up these earrings so I just had to know what they looked like. I ended up getting them and couple other little things. The younger lady should get the commission tbh but the other lady did start talking toward the end. Everyone has a bad day or gets in their own head. Anyway, Very high quality items and their holiday sale (Even though I don’t celebrate this holiday) was amazing.

Quinn’s has been the best decision my fiancé and I have ever made when looking at engagement rings. Everyone told us to go to the big name stores but after visiting Quinn’s before lunch one day we immediate made our decision. They are so personable and caring and answered every question we had. My ring went in and the diamond needed to be more secured because the prongs were not as they used to be....$500.00 later. They were able to fit me in last minute and same day for several appraisals after hearing my predicament of only being in town for a couple of weeks. Keri’s appraisals were very professional and she’s a GIA gemologist, so you know her work is top notch. Osmarina’s customer service was above and beyond. She even informed me that you could make a wishlist that they will keep on file for you year round 😊 Mr. Quinn, himself, was beyond a joy to speak with! I would high recommend them for all of your jewelry needs!

My husband and I initially purchased my wedding ring and band back in 2014 from Quinn’s. We since decided to purchase another band, and came back to be met with nothing but warm and exceptional service by Laura and Reza. We ended up utilizing their “trade in/upgrade” program, and upgraded my original diamond to be set in my existing ring. I couldn’t be happier with my rings and their service. Where do I start! Quinn’s is simply amazing! From the first time I walked into their store I felt like family. They were so helpful with teaching me about the jewelry and working with me on my needs and wants. After purchasing an engagement ring I came back to get the wedding band as well from them. I went to pick out a wedding band last October, I came back in February and they remembered me and the ring that I had picked out without looking me up. They are extremely welcoming and personable, and they have a great collection of jewelry. I always look forward to going there. Turnaround time for getting the band resized is kind of long, however - about 2 weeks until its projected to be completed.

Laura, Terry and Keri were instrumental in our decision to repair and appraise my cherished diamond ring. After speaking with them, I had complete confidence in leaving it there during the process. Dont waste your time going to the well known jewelry stores that you find at the local malls. Quinns is the place to go. The prices are great, the owner and staff are friendly, professional and they bring the small town feel to shopping there. Ive purchased several pieces from them for my wife and daughter. The staff has always helped me make the right decision and stay within budget. Quinns provided excellent results on several custom modifications to 14K and 18K jewelry, and they will be my first choice for such work in the future. The pricing was good for such high quality work. They completed three projects simultaneously for me, and all of the work was done exactly as I requested and on time. Terry created a unique and beautiful pendant for my girlfriend. He was kind enough to redo the clasp so that was easier for her to manipulate.Terry also took an old ring and created beautiful diamond earrings from the stones in the ring.
