Very attentive and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and good value.

I brought my girlfriend in to pick out a few different engagement rings during their bridal sale. The staff was very helpful and I placed the rings on layaway. I went back a month later to just get the engagement ring because I was a little short to get both ring and the wedding band. They really worked hard to help me and still was able to get me a great deal. Now I have the whole set and dont have to wait. Thank you guys for your understanding and hard workand great customer service.

The whole experience was simply great, it feels even better because of the terrible way another store visit went. Cant quite say enough good about the store, friendly and professionalism all around, nice is always appreciated but sometimes can come across a bit phony, well it felt extremely genuine coming from everyone at the store. Kudos to the lovely manager and her team, I wish this store was my local Zales, I may have reconsider my stand with Zales as a retailer.

Our experience was phenomenal! She had all the Information we needed and didnt pressure us at all. Very charismatic personality and fun to be around. We will be coming back and this will be our only jewelry store.

I have only had this ring for a month and a half and one of the stones already fell out. I take the ring off to wash my hands and shower and to sleep, so the ring is treated with care. The extended protection plan I purchased of course does not cover this. Go figure. Also the saleswoman was very rude when I came to purchase the ring but I did not really care at the time because I was simply excited to get my ring. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.Update: This review was posted 7 months ago. The post contained no inappropriate material however the post was hidden from the public...? I am not sure if the store had the review removed or what happened, but I have reposted it to be sure it is seen. I also wanted to point out that the company never contacted me to resolve this.

I Love marilou she’s very nice and she treat her costumers great. Marilou should get promoted but the other 2 employees the short white lady and the hispanic lady was very rude.Management should do something about it. talk to your employees on how they should treat their customers properly!

The old white lady was extremely rude. I came in looking for a specific ring I had seen online and she gave me attitude. I would not recommend going to this Zales if this is the type of people they have working for them.

The old white lady with the glasses and grey hair is very very rude! I came to get my rings sautered and she gave me attitude. First she just stood there until I asked did she need my name or anything..then she said wheres the paperwork(noone carries paperwork anymore its 2016) I told her I didnt have any paperwork can she just look up my phone number as every store does. She told me I need to have the paperwork very rudely. I wanted to take my rings to get them sautered somewhere else so bad but I chose not to give her want she wanted and make her do some work! I cannot stand rude people especially at work. I will never go to this Zales again!! Beware
