Facility is well-maintained, and Niki was AMAZING with me! I had absolutely no idea exactly what I needed, but she was patient and helped me (even showed me my exact unit!) figure out what was best for our needs.

Beware! Five months in, never paid the rent late and now we are being told that electricity will no longer be provided! The locker is thirty feet deep. How am I supposed to see what I am doing!?

There are many storage facilities to choose from, but when I spoke with two folks at EZ Storage on Commission CT in Lake Ridge, I knew I made an excellent choice. Both Niki and Shauna were patient, professional, and kind. They explained the process well and in detail. I secured a great deal on my storage unit.

This place is a hidden gem. For a few years I was renting with Public Storage and within the year my rent kept going up. After dealing with them for over a year I decided to find a new storage location with better hours. Atlantic Self Storage is the perfect spot. Not only its way closer to my house but the hours are great, I love how you have easy access to get in and out (dont have to use your code to exit) its clean and secured. Ms. Ursula Jackson gave me exceptional customer service and made this transition for me so easy! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for storage in the Lakeridge/Woodbridge area.

Been renting a unit here for 10 years. Great staff - Ursula is wonderful. However - I usually pay online. It’s been quick and easy. Now - someone decided to “improve” the process. Today, I tried and tried and I couldn’t get it to work. Happy to give you my money, but why make it so difficult? I pay lots of bills online and this has to be one of the worst online experiences I’ve run into in a long time.

Excellent and easy service! Ive never used a storage facility before, but was please at how quick and easy it was to reserve a unit, fill out the paper work, and start moving things in the same morning. The office was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

Great experience so far. The staff on site, Ursula Jackson, is awesome. She cares about you and your stuff. The location is great and security seems to be top notch. The locking mechanism is probably the best one Ive used in a while and you dont need to purchase your own lock.

Rude and condescending staff. We went in to view available units and the lady at the front desk did not seem to want to help us. She was not happy to answer our questions and did not explain the options well. Took my business elsewhere.

I have maintained a storage on and off for about the last four years. My experience has been excellent. I have always received very courteous and pleasant treatment from the staff. I do automatic payments and Ive never had an issue with my bill. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the seal on the unit is not the best, which means I have to do a little sweeping up inside the unit if I havent been in for awhile. Very minor complaint, but for neat freaks its an issue. I definitely wouldnt let that stop you from utilizing this location if youre considering. Affordable, neat and clean premises, great staff!

Ive been a customer here since the fall of 2014. I began renting during a promotion where I only had to pay 1$ for my first month. There are alot of expenses that go into moving and relocating, so this deal was a blessing. Ursula, the manager was the person who assisted me and she was extremely friendly, courteous and welcoming. Two years later I can say shes still the same way! Ive not met any other staff but have called in and spoken with them.
