One of the better storage locations compared to a lot. no trouble in getting storage spaces and definitely could not do it without the help of Jessica. very enthusiastic employee and very welcoming. Helped me through the entire process and it was so easy! Definitely will continue to use this location.

Every time I visit my Uncle he always has me help him either take something out of his storage unit or put something new in. For the past few months I have had excellent service. I am a very forgetful person but the employees there always help me find the right unit. Every time I always look for Mitchell because he knows exactly how to help and always does an amazing job. Definitely recommend this place.

Honestly enjoyed my experience there, and what really made it worthwhile was Mitch. You seldom see employees that are so pumped and happy about their job, always smiling and ready to meet you. Whenever I meet such an employee, I make sure to leave a review on the company, because everyone should know that there is a stellar worker there. I just rented a storage unit today at this location, and was helped by Lindsey. She was polite and very helpful. She took the time to explain all of the different storage options available, showed me the unit, got me set up with insurance, and did it all in a timely manner. The place is a dump. My items were damage to ceiling linking in my storage unit . The company never called me to inform me that my items were damage . Please stay away from this place .

My experience at public storage has been great! Lindsey explained everything perfectly and even made sure I got a unit that would accommodate me well. It’s always nice seeing her around because her customer service skills are incredible!

Although I decided to rent out a storage unit at a closer facility, the customer service that was shown to me by Kyle was amazing. He took his time to go over with me all of my options with renting and showed me a few different units. He was very gracious and followed up with me as well. 5 stars for their level of service.

Worst storage unit I’ve ever had. I stayed there till 9:30 one night trying to fix something on my car and I come back the next day to find my storage unit locked up with a lock that’s not mine just to find out I’m being kicked out with no warning. Awful customer service here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I used to run a customer service department, so I can be pretty finicky, but Ever exceeded my expectations service–wise. The location is also pretty convenient and the facilities are well–maintained. I have rented from this unit since June 2017. I went in this morning to transfer to a smaller unit and Kyle and Shanobie were great! They were quick, efficient, and got me the closest unit to my current unit to make the move super efficient! They were friendly and great to work with :-)

In the last 24 years I have rented several spaces from Public Storage in different locations and is the first time I have encountered such a helpful Property Manager, Ever Guzman. I had no clue of the size of sworage I would be needing, Mr, Guzman was extremely patient and willing to help,, foremost with a positive attitude and a big smile. He help me decide the appropriate unit size for my needs. Mr. Guzman is a great asset. Without s doubt I will recommend this location as long ass Mr. Guzman remains here.

This was my first time using a storage facility, so I didnt know what to expect. Shanobie was very helpful with helping me locate my unit and settling into my space. She was very courteous, informative and friendly and definitely made my experience less stressful.The unit was clean although they needed to fix the light bulb inside of it.
