Facility itself is nice and serves it purpose. Easy to get in and out of and wide enough paths for all vehicles.Management is awful about responding to emails though. They used to send a receipt each month to my email and then this stopped; even though Ive notified them that I reside overseas and any snail mail they send goes to my parents address. This has proven to be an issue as they seem to be raising my rates more often and I do not know this... so my automatic payment is not adequate and then they charge me late fees. They need to go back to emailing receipts and answering emails.Also, Ive had the same automatic payment for 8 years and it has never been late. In the last three months theyve said it has been late (even though its arrives and is processed at the same time) and they want to charge me late fees. So I am not sure if they changed my due date and didnt notify me by email. Ive inquired multiple times the last two months with no response from management.They also have not been processing my payments on time; even after I changed the date my bank sends it to a week earlier. I receive statements at the end of the month telling me its 10 days late and hasnt been received, even when they received it before the letter was sent out. Ive emailed management the cleared checks and dates... but no reply.Again, if I wasnt visiting my parents at the moment I would never see these letters. Its strange that it is 2020 and management thinks sending a letter is faster than sending an email. I am not sure if COVID limits the time staff is available to process payments or what either. I would give them my credit card info to process my payments automatically but at this point I do not trust them to process payments.. they may try to charge me late fees for no reason.If I had more time in the U.S., I would relocate my possessions to a new location due to the lack of customer service and responses to emails. The owner needs to address these issues and fix them. Top notch service a couple years ago has deteriorated. Its a shame...UPDATED ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2020: I received another letter stating my payment was late and it was received over a week early. It also stated that they only received a payment of $255.00 when the check cleared was $270.00. Management (Rafael) continues to ignore all of my correspondence. AVOID THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! If they are trying to scam me out of late fees, then they are bound to be doing it to others. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and providing them will all my correspondence. ONCE AGAIN, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS STORAGE FACILITY. There are lots of other options where you do not have to worry about fake late fees and poor management.Update 2 (26 October 2020): Management has addressed all my issues and things are much better! There were some communication issues before but everything is resolved and I’m happy again. :)

This facility was great, very clean and well kept, will keep recommending. The new store manager is great and straight to the point.
