This was my first time ever personally renting a storage unit and Alexandria was waiting for me to come with a smile on her face. I wasnt sure about the size of the unit and she offered immediately to take me in the drizzling rain to look at the unit I had reserved and the unit the next sized up. I actually went with the next size up. She was patient with all my questions about the storage and items that they had inside the store. The facility is secure with many cameras and very clean. Very happy that I found Extra Space Storage!

The facility was very clean and well kept. But the price of the unit quickly doubled after the first couple month at the advertised price. Seemed very disingenuous. We won’t be using their facility any longer. But it was secure, climate controlled, and clean.

They keep raising prices every couple months, thinking once you’re settled you won’t go thru trouble of relocating. My bill went up nearly 50% in the year I rented the same unit. Insane. So I pulled my stuff out and went elsewhere.

Absolutely great customer service! I wanted to move units; the same space requirement, but with a wider door. I initially thought I would need to initiate a new contract, but Sunil was very informative on what my options were. He made the transfer of space seamless, which allowed me to move units without any additional costs. My initial representative for my move-in nearly one month ago was great as well. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but she was just as willing to accommodate my requirements. The representatives here have been great professionals.Additionally, the facilities are very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in transition or just looking for extra space.

We secured our storage unit back in October, the price was $237. In January we received a Rate Change Note advising our rate is has been increased to $284 due to current market conditions. Please do your due diligence and research your storage facilitys policy. I guess they figure, once youve moved your stuff inside, your stuck and have no choice but to pay.

I have been to dozens of storage facilities in the DelMarVa area, and this was the most pleasing to look at and clean. While walking the facility I felt like I was on vacation at a resort.

I’ve never rented a storage unit before and not only was this the cleanest and nicest facility I’ve seen while searching all day, but the service here was excellent. Over the phone, the employee I spoke with was accommodating to my need for a storage unit near a door. Called minutes after I reserved online. Upon arrival, I was greeted by manager Nadia, who showed me every available space (with patience) and recommended the option to fit my needs. There was also a discrepancy with the pricing and she took her time to creatively work around it. Service was incredible here and these 5-star reviews are clearly real based on real experience.

Went to see about possibly renting a unit and was pleased with how pleasant and nice Nadia was. She was very knowledgeable on everything. Not to mention, the facility was extremely clean. I didn’t have time to rent a unit, but I will be back.

The management team was really great. They honored the price online. The unit is clean and easy to access. When I locked myself out of the storage unit, they cut the lock for me super fast and helped me get access to my unit again.

Sunil and Shawna were more than helpful when it came time for me to rent my storage units. They spent alot of time over the phone helping me get the amount of space I needed, and even called me back when an additional unit I was needing opened up. I have been to the storage space several times over the past month and it is evident that they are walking through regularly to check everything. Sunil and Shawna have also been very helpful when I have needed to stop by the office for something. There is plenty of light in the units which makes it easy to see what you are doing and is greatly appreciated.

The space is very nice, spacious and clean. I had to put everything into storage super last minute and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rebecca helped me personally and she was wonderful! I ended up needing a larger unite and she kindly walked me around the facility to find the right fit. She sent time to walk me through all the details and logistics and got me settled. Couldn’t be more grateful for all her help and kindness, it made a challenging process almost painless.

He was balancing multiple customers and phone calls, but didnt leave anyone here feeling neglected even though he was quite busy.Facility: Feels new and clean. Was comforting to see the vast number of security cameras recording app the doors. The units were clean and spacious. I like that everything is unique-PIN access controlled for security.Overall: I would recommend this location. All the buildings and grounds are neat and tidy, the staff is friendly, and the rates are very affordable.

Had an excellent experience overall with this storage place. I found a quote online and made online reservation, and then I received a call from the storage place within 15 min of putting in my reservation. Customer service was really excellent, and the young lady assisting me was great. Units are clean and facility is very new. I did however see a small mouse as I was leaving the building where our storage unit was. I am not sure where the mouse came from but its presence was the only down-side of an overall excellent experience.

I’ve had my house in storage for two years, and everything (move in, move out, touching base while out of state) went very smoothly. They were very flexible with providing discounts for longer, prepaid terms, and their rates couldn’t be beat. Worth it!

I have rented at many storage facilities the past and I can say from experience that this is the most well kept of all. Even the people who helped me move said WOW, its so clean and comfortable and they even have music. Sunil manages and delivers superb service.

Love it! Its all about SERVICE! Andrea, the manager, knows her stuff backwards, forwards and blindfolded, and is so very thoughtful and helpful. The other staff is really exceptional, too, even Rebecca, who is new but has that customer first attitude. Every companys unfinished 10x10 space is the same, so look for the best service; dont even think about going anywhere else. Six stars! (Oops, the limit is five....)

I had been searching and searching for a while and then I stumbled upon this place in Woodbridge after calling many storage places. Showed up fifteen minutes after closing with truck full. The employee was still on site and opened for me and processed me so i could unload and return my rental truck. It was the most courteous and professional I have ever been treated at a place like this. The price is also very good.
