Walked in with my mom for the first time since the shut down. They had a very large selection of purses and handbags of all sizes. Weren’t greeted immediately when walked in but once we began looking at the purses we were then greeted and asked for assistance. My mom took pictures with the maniquís in the store and just had blast trying out purses and looking at prices. Didn’t last that long in there. Not much people shopping here during noontime Thursday but all staff had there hands full with other customers.
I had the pleasure of going to this store on its opening day (Sat, August 29, 2020) and I couldnt have been happier. The employees were EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable and very well put together. Ive been to multiple store openings over the years and Ive never seen a more well put together group. I honestly wouldnt have had any idea it was opening day had the woman ringing up my purchase not have told me.If you look at my other reviews youll notice that customer service is a BIG deal to me. I think at one point or another every one of the ladies answered a question for me. Not once did they falter and every time I was met with a positive attitude. Even while waiting in line to come in the store (due to COVID) the woman working the front door was kind as she asked my family and I to wait a couple of minutes.I have always been a big fan of Kate Spade and the designs put out by her company. This store definitely didnt disappoint. My family and I are VERY happy with our purchases and cannot wait to return.Thank you everyone at the Woodburn Kate Spade store for creating such a wonderful and inviting experience!
Just left and super happy with my purchase but the ladies working have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don’t need them up in my face helping but they all looked miserable.
Just stopped in tonight 12.19.2020. This was not my first time in a Kate Spade store but it was my first time with intent to buy. I wanted a very specific thing to better help my busy weekend urgent care working life. Raymee B. suggested the extra large backpack (I had two purses at the counter I could not decide on) she had me go try the backpack on and told me another person had come in that day looking for a bag for the same reason. After her help I was definitely sold on the backpack. Now, Im a real weirdo about not grabbing the first item on the shelf so I was going for the one in the very back but Raymee let me know she was going to the back to grab a brand new one still in the wrapping. Literally made my entire day in top of the amazing customer service she showed me. Could not ask for a better first buying experience than I had with her. The store was also nice and free flowing and didnt feel too jam packed like other competition stores. Other staff was also very friendly. Everyone was very professional and everyone has really great fashion sense!!! Yall did the damn thing!. Nice work. Its greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas to you all and have an amazing new year!!!UPDATE!Went back on Xmas Eve 12.24 to buy the bag I was going to originally buy. Raymee yet again did an exceptional job at customer service, literally my favorite person there. Her attentiveness is something to model after and she definitely takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond for the people she is helping. So appreciate her help and all the staff at Kate Spade for not only working in a pandemic but also Xmas Eve, as a healthcare worker I too get it and I see you, all of you. Great job everyone. Yall are doing something right ( and please dont model your store anything like Coach like I read in a comment below)
They seem to ignore customers. I dont think they care for customers or there was no mamager at that time. They need to learn from couch store. By the way I purchased a wallet.
I gave them 5 stars because my girlfriend loves them. She said theyre friendly and helped her decide on the right bag. Other than that I have no opinion.
