They do not have much of a selection and are expensive for what my family calls hoochie wear.

Nice place and found a new sweater

I liked the collection of mens shirts on the back left corner, I went to go ask the staff if their dressing rooms were open, three staff members were talking and barely acknowledged me. Then one of them just started walking towards the dressing room with a key, I figured I should follow him but he didnt say anything until we got to the dressing room, there was no welcoming vibe from the staff except for the latina girl hired to greet by the entrance. She was a sweet heart ❤ either way the rest of the staff felt like young & unexperienced.

TERRIBLE customer service. i went in and none of the workers greeted which is fine but all five of them stood at the counter loudly talking and cussing which didn’t bother me even though it’s unprofessional, but what bothered me is i overheard them making fun of and laughing at people to eachother. other customers came in and they’d just laugh to eachother. i had never seen such poor service before in a big clothing store.

Came to EXCHANGE a shirt because their fitting rooms are closed do to covid which is understandable. Therefore, I wasn’t able to try on my shirts before purchasing them. When purchasing them they didn’t care to ask for my number with them, nor did they hand me a receipt, at the moment I didn’t think anything of it until I got home & realized they didn’t fit. When I came in & explained this to them they were very rude towards me. I simply asked to get a different size yet they said they could only give me $8 for my $16.95 dollar shirt. When the same shirt was still in store. They claimed to not know how much I spent on it when i clearly just wanted a different size. Very rude costumer service.

The sale is buy one get one half off, so we had 2 expensive items and 2 cheaper items, I said I wanted to do two separate transactions so that we didn’t have to pay full price for the 2 expensive and get the two cheaper half off. All of the sudden the lady says you can’t mix and match men’s and women’s, which was what my more expensive items were. When in the beginning she clearly stated you can mix and match EVERYTHING. It doesn’t say anywhere in the store that the sale is men’s or women’s only. F that. Really disappointing.

I went in today to return a couple online orders that didn’t work out. Kaili helped me out and was amazing! There was a problem with the machines not allowing the refund to go back on my card, but she called someone who I’m assuming worked at some sort of PacSun customer service and went through each of the order numbers one by one to get the refund from a merch card back to my credit card. I felt so bad about taking up so much of her time but she was super patient and kind the whole time. I appreciated all of her help so much! Everyone else was very kind as well. All in all a very good experience. If you see this, thank you so much again, Kaili! You are the best!

I am extremely disappointed and perplexed as to how the sale associates males/females lack in customer service. My multiple experiences here have been terrible when it came to be acknowledged or even asked if I was needed any help in finding product. I have experienced associates simply walk by me or look and say nothing. As a customer I have to initiate contact when it came to having to find additional inventory when I didnt find my size or any special going on. I simply see the associates at the counter talking amongst themselves and not interacting with customers who might need assistance. Such a shame at how many potential loss sales Pacsun have lost due to dissatisfying customer service

School clothes shopping

I havent been into a pacsun in a few years. This place has gone downhill. Seems like they have all the leftovers from the other stores and mark them up. Poor layout of the store too.

Horrible customer service the two young ladys just sat on the counter I had to interrupt there conversation just to get into a dressing room twice. I asked if a tee shirt was on sell they just laughed and said no really Iam a customer like Iam suppose to know. Never going back.

10/10 would bangreally though, the clothes are great, and the people who work there are amazing!! give them a raise!
