What a great team! I was blessed by the service which included an oil change, tire rotation and brake service. Well at this present time we did not need the brakes replaced as previously mentioned and that in its self was a savings. However, in lieu of that we had the air filter and cabin filter changed. All of the for mention items were completed sooner than we had expected which allowed me to spend sometime in conversations with friends. Thanks for a job well done!

I’ve been taking my three vehicles here for years. They are always upfront with what things will cost and what repairs are needed. Informative regarding other issues and providing cost but never push you to do them. Do not have to wait weeks to get an appointment.

Had a busted tire and was having trouble finding a replacement. I went to 4 other shops with no luck before I remembered them. This shop is amazing. I took my Ford fusion sport in for a second opinion on a wheel alignment and the guys at the shop are just outstanding. They are very friendly and helpful. One of the text was talking to me about other various car parts and helping me out with questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my car back here every time for wheel alignment, mechanical work, and tires.

These guys have been very helpful for me and my vehicles for a few years now. Recently moved to the Woodstock area and tried a couple before finding them. They are always professional and polite and have always tried to get me in as soon as they could. When they couldn’t do something same day they were in contact with me as soon as a time was available. Keep the vehicles clean and completed whatever job they were doing to satisfaction. I’ll keep coming back. Also they offer a veteran discount, really appreciate that.

Jesse could have done better in price quoting, and definitely mislead us about the loan they offer to help cover car expenses. He assured us it didnt check our credit, but it does and so now that will be on my credit. Appreciate the $150 off but because the price went from $1100 to $1670 to $1870 was just too much and caused a lot of stress and confusion. be truthful the first time bro.

Absolute legends. One of the only places Ive felt good about taking my car to. Wait time is sometimes a bit long, but its worth it. Theyve always done a great job and helped me understand the process of any repair necessary. The pricing isnt bad and theyre always friendly and helpful.

These people are scam and con artists. I took a foreign car to there shop and instead of recommending me to a different shop with a issue already at hand. They said the issue wasn’t what I thought and that they kept saying they could fix it and said it was a different issue. Come days later they said the issue was out of there hands knowing they didn’t have the proper tools for the repair and I still had to pay $330 for them not fixing my car. Horrible people all around and I do not recommend this place for anyone. They take advantage of those who aren’t familiar with cars.

They told me my battery was bad after I had just had it tested somewhere else 10 minutes earlier and it tested good. When it was determined what the problem really was and I would have to take my car to a specialty shop they came back and said it now tested good. 3 mechanics have told me a battery doesn’t test bad and 15 minutes later test good. They were just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Buyer Beware!

The manager is very nice and knowledgeable.I was there for a LONG time but they were busy when I got there.He took me to the back to let me take pics of the brakes to show my hubs to ask if the hubs wanted to get new brakes. I told the manager I had to talk it over w hubs. When hubs said no the manager didnt push and was nice about it. I would deal w him again.

Yall have been doing us well so far and thats the only reason Im giving a 4 star, but a grinder was used to cut the axle pivot bushing bolt off of my truck that Im trying to build to a show truck, without me being notified about it. Now there are deep gouges in my lift bracket and my front chunk, that I just recently got has been beat up or used to pry with. I brought this truck to yall because I know you also build up antiques and was hoping that for a little over $1,000 my truck would have been treated better than it was. After all, its not just some basher, and to me, thats how it was treated.

These folks definitely know what they’re doing and they do a great job for a fair price. They also provide very friendly customer service.

I have been coming here for Oil changes and tires for years. I let them put a new engine in my old truck and I think it was 2009 or 2010 . I am still driving it and it has never used any oil between oil changes. Great service here always. The truck is a1997 Chevy and I drive it anywhere I need to go. Very satisfied customer here.

Decent place. Decent service. National franchise pricing, but at least you know they wont go out of business and have your car towed as abandoned instead of just calling you.Location is good. Several places within short walking distance to eat while you have your work done, or go bowling at stars and strikes.The manager Doug is knowledgeable and professional. He remembers regular customers and their cars.Work is done in a timely manner. No issues with any work they have completed, from tires to head gaskets.

I would like to thank Doug Liebert & his crew at the Woodstock Goodyear. They have always taken great care of me & my vehicle over the years but this time went way above & beyond. They took on a water pump replacement right before the 4th of July Holiday that I desperately needed as my job depends on me driving all over North Atlanta to inspect houses. Staff was very nice and respectful, they honored my road hazard warranty for my tires without a problem. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I drove in about an hour before closing with a nail in my back tire. They immediately checked my car and found nails in both back tires. They gave me a good deal on two tires and had me out within 40 minutes. Excellent customer service and they do not try to jack you! I take my car there for oil changes.

They were very friendly and fast.I only gave 5 star because the tire pressure on the new tire was 39psi while all the others were 30psi. Wasnt sure that was right.I will use them again. Very nice.

Needed an oil change, didn’t have an appointment on a busy Saturday. The staff scheduled me to come back a couple hours later so I wasn’t waiting. Did some errands, returning on the agreed upon time. Only suggested extra was for windshield wiper replacement, but I have a new pair at home, although the staff offered to put them on for me if I brought them back in. My car was ready sooner than I expected and I was on my way. Been coming to DW Campbell for years, and this is why. I’ve even moved further away, but still come back to this location for the excellent service.

Went there to make sure I got what I paid for, I had a super oil change on my truck .They sent me a note telling my truck was due so this made wonder if I got what I paid for . I was told that I was good until 12 of 20 .hope thats wright.

This is by far the best place to take your car for repairs or for tires. Very friendly customer service and pricing is very fair. Everytime I’ve ever brought my cars in for service, I’ve always received excellent service!

Really nice staff but did not do a good job. Came for an emissions test. They told me my horn didnt work. I told them I already knew that and was planning to take it to the dealership since a blown fuse wasnt the problem. They convinced me to stick around so they could diagnose. I waited 5 hours on a day that I didnt have time to wait. Had to do work from their waiting room. After 5 hours, they said the horn still didnt work, replacing the relay didnt help either, they didnt know what was wrong but they still tried to charge me for it. Complete waste of time going there.

I had a very bad experience here. Had an appointment at 8 am. Did not receive my car for 2 hours. I asked them to not do a tire rotation and they did. Will not be returning. Plus when I got in my vehicle it smelled like cigarettes.

Went in to get tires balanced. An hour and a half later, all I got was pressure to buy four tires that I did not need. Technician said that they couldnt balance tires that werent bought there. What a waste of my time!

DO NOT USE! Overcharged me by several hundred dollars for routine brake pads and rotors. I was a single Mom at the time and I know nothing about cars, and they completely took advantage of the situation. I recently had the pads and rotors replaced AGAIN (at a different location, 13 months later but out of the warranty) where the 2 extra rotors were replaced and it was over $200 less than at Goodyear for MORE work to be done. I was quoted one price over the phone and then charged a different price. Should have just taken my car and left but I really needed it done...hindsight is 20/20 and $$ out of my pocket. I would not recommend this place.
