Pulled in at 11am. Didnt have an appointment, said I didnt need one. The bay was empty. I was hoping for an oil change. I was told it was almost lunch and that lunch ended at 1. Id need to leave my car. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Would not recommend.

If you look up the word jackass in the dictionary, you will see a picture of Peter from the Service Center. After speaking with someone on the phone who diagnosed the problem, I drove 30 min to the service center to have my tire light recalibrated. Should have been simple. Not only did Peter refuse to look at or fix it, he interrupted me every time I tried to explain what was going on with the car. No idea why he had such a terrible and condescending attitude when I just wanted a simple computer recalibration.

We had a customer that needed to get a key that broke from the plastic holder that held the chip for the ignition. Spoke with Josh in parts and he was very helpful. Meet the customer at Hennessey with thier documents and Josh gave the customer a new key and fob that the customer was very happy with.Great customer service all the way around. Thank you Josh!!

So pleased with our service at Hennessy. So easy to book appointment online and they confirm/follow up via e-mail. Their staff is very friendly and careful with your vehicle. The waiting aera is comfortable and clean.
