They were four people in front of me and I was able to get in oil change on a Thursday afternoon in less than an hour.When I called to make an appointment they picked up on the first ring, extremely affordable and fair upfront with any car repairs you may need!They have a TV, 2 comfy couches with fresh water and coffee, the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a car shop! Also a desk full of reading material

I cant believe I am just now reviewing Edwards! Most people cant say they love their mechanic, but I can! Edwards is always my first call when something goes wrong with my car. Their pricing is beyond fair, they never try to up-sell, and the work is quality. Theyve had many opportunities to take advantage of a girl that knows nothing about cars, but thats not who they are! They only fix what needs to be fixed and will do it at a reasonable cost. I have been a customer for 15 years and hope to remain for a lifetime.

The guys at Edwards tires were wonderful. I got there about 4:15 4:45 I was out there with two brand new front tires and ready to roll.

PSA..They charge 3.65 percent if you use your credit card. Im good with companies doing that but they need to tell you up front. Not just on some obscure small sign on the counter that was far from eye shot where you pay. Not once was I told the amount that was put on my card. Just handed the small receipt with the 31 extra dollars. I did call and they said I could come back and write a check and they would give me the 31 dollars back. I went to get the money back and there was some issues getting that done but after 15 minutes or so and after catching that he had not removed the correct amount I did get my money back. It probably wasnt intentional, and I would hate to think it was, but it still left me feeling something wasnt right.As far as the tires and installation it was a good deal and installation was great. Lug nuts were tight, tire pressure good, balanced and sidewalls washed. I would use them again posssibly but armed with the knowledge of the 3.65 percent comes with credit cards usage up front.

Always give the best deals, and NEVER try to scam you into buying what you dont need! A friend of mine had a tire that was leaking, so he came to buy a new one. Instead of just charging him for the new one, they found the leak in the bead of the tire and cleaned it and it was as good as new!

We totally trust this place and repeatedly gasp at the good value they offer on very competent service. Visitor should be aware that they tend to do only what you ask them to do; this is a plus when you dont want to be ripped off for unnecessary work, but it may be a liability if you passively depend on your mechanic to spot things that might need work. The solution is to just ask them to periodically check things, and they will absolutely give you an honest report. Ive nearly needed to talk them into replacing parts such as brake pads, at times...if its nearly but not quite worn out they will send you away with no charge, wanting you to come back only when its totally worn.

If I could give a ZERO stars I would. I had a rattle in my wheel and after diagnosis they told me price (which was acceptable) and that part would need to be ordered. So we rescheduled for the following day when they had the part delivered. I came back the next day and was told the repair would take a 1/2 hour. After close to 1 & 1/2 hours they finally came to me and said they were sent the wrong part. They said it was sent back and the second part was the wrong part. As well. I was told by the owner that there were four variations of the part. To make sure it was the correct part moving forward I could pay $15 dollars more to get it from the dealership and by using my VIN # they knew it would be the correct part. However I would have to come back th next day. So it was a THIRD trip back. When I returned at the appointed time I was again told 1/2 an hour. 50 minutes later they come to me and tell yet again they have the wrong part and now they say its not 4 variations but 5 variations of the part. And the owner is not happy that at this point Im exasperated with his company. Im just the paying customer who has to take time out of 3 days of a busy work week impacting my income for that week since I work commission. How dare I be exasperated. They waste your time and dont tell you the entire story. I went to a dealership immediately following and the dealer fixed it with the CORRECT PART in an hour & for the same price they quoted me. Steer clear of this place as they dont have their act together and they dont give a darn about the paying customer.

Bad oil change wrecked my daughters car. They also replaced a starter that may or may not have been defective. Their oil change failed as the filter worked loose and fell off. My daughters 2002 Corolla lost the engine due to seizure. $6000 gone! Ive never seen such incompetence in over 50 years of driving! Plus, it took 2 months wrangling with their insurance carrier before we could get a replacement car for our daughter. Stay away from Edwards if you value your money and your time. They also replaced an ECM on my van. Took them 3 weeks! !! 3 weeks of a rental car cost, plus the repair, because they couldnt manage a simple job. Id give them zero stars if I could! !

These guys are not honest. They said on order to do alignment on my truck, I had to fix 2 other things first and price was $450.Took my truck to another shop. Got it done for $95. They didnt need to fix anything before the alignment.

Man this place is not cool guy took more then 20 minutes to put one tire on and didn’t even finish then he asked if I wanted the new tire I bought from them patched up how am I going to pay for a new tire that needs a patch this place is crazy
